We've had a great experience from when our son started at 13 months and 7 months later he's thriving with all the activities, caring staff, and healthy and varied food at the nursery. The many updates throughout the day give us peace of mind, as well as our ability to come by whenever we like and immediately see and hear the children enjoying themselves and being cared for well. Staff are friendly and efficient and there's always a feeling of calmness, giving the parents time and space whenever needed, that's impressive in a busy nursery environment. It's also always spotless !

As a dad, I couldn't be more grateful for the care and support my son has received at this nursery. From day one, the environment has been warm, welcoming, and nurturing. A heartfelt thank you to his incredible key worker, whose kindness, patience, and dedication have helped my son grow in confidence and happiness. The entire Tower Room team has been amazing - always attentive, positive, and truly caring; and the management, always helpful with a smile and care. It's been the perfect start to his learning journey, and we'll always look back on this time with deep appreciation.

I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering it. Great facilities, nutritious food, caring and attentive service, and most importantly the staff are amazing. They really take an interest in developing the children's skills and milestones through exposure to new sensory activities daily, as well as outdoor outings. We also really appreciate the ease of communication and the daily updates on the app. It's really reassuring seeing photos of them happy and thriving when you're at work. We've been so happy with how settled and happy our little one is in the Galley

We couldn't have asked for a better start to our son's early years than his time at this nursery. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed, supported, and reassured that he was in the best hands. The atmosphere is warm, nurturing, and genuinely caring - everything a parent hopes for in a first school experience. A special thank you to our son's key worker and the amazing Tower Room team, who have gone above and beyond in making our son feel safe, happy, and confident. Their dedication, kindness, and attentiveness have made a world of difference. It's clear they truly care about each child and take pride in creating a space where little ones can thrive. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the management team - for their constant support, clear communication, and warm presence. They've been approachable, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns, making us feel like valued members of the nursery community. We are incredibly grateful it!

We're happy here! I would definitively recommend it to others, esp the care is good and communication has been great. Other than that the outdoor space is a bit small but that's the same for most other nurseries.

My little girl has been attending N Family Church Street for a year now- I have always felt like she is being looked after so well, stimulated and loved. The children go out every day, I am updated on what she is doing every day on the app and at pick ups. She is so happy to go- all the teachers are very kind we would really recommend N Family Church Street to anyone.

Lovely nursery, my little one adores all the staff and the other children there. Great communication all day long, and they always answer any questions you have very quickly. Great variety of food offered. The children play all day long. Only negative, my baby currently has 2 trips outside per week, ideally there would be more especially during the summer months. However they do go outside in the garden most days.

We couldn't be happier with this amazing nursery! From the very first day, it's been clear how much love and care goes into everything they do. The staff are exceptional - not only are they nurturing and attentive, but they truly listen to the children and make each one feel seen, heard, and valued. The management team go above and beyond - they know every child's name and even take the time to learn the parents' names too, which creates such a welcoming and personal atmosphere. It's more than just a nursery - it's a real community. The food is also fantastic - healthy, tasty, and thoughtfully planned. I can see how happy and well cared for my child is every day, and that peace of mind is priceless. We're so grateful to have found this place! My daughter loves this nursery and o personally couldn't be happier.

N Family Club has been outstanding for my daughter these past few months. As a parent and educator, I value clear, consistent communication-and the team delivers this brilliantly. Daily updates, photos, and genuine insight into her development make me feel involved and reassured. Special mention must go to her incredible key workers. They are warm, attentive, and deeply committed to her growth. It's clear they know her beyond the surface-what excites her, what calms her. That kind of care is rare. The atmosphere is calm, nurturing, and joyful-a real home-from-home. You can feel the love and intention in every part of the setting. Thank you to the whole team-and especially the key workers-for being part of the village that's helping raise my daughter.

My child started at N Nursery in May and we couldn't be happier with our decision! The staff are welcoming, kind and knowledgable. From the front of house to the lead educators and everyone in between, know my child's name. This makes us feel secure and valued. Their care of my child goes above and beyond, with clear communication and transparency always. The space itself is catered so well to the children. Above all, my child loves her time at N nursery, always leaving happy and content. I highly recommend.

My daughter started at a N family when she was 1 years old. She's moved from another nursery and we immediately noticed the difference coming into NFamily. The bright and engaging staff have been great every step and she is thriving.

My daughter moved from The Galley up to The Deck at the beginning of the year. We cannot praise the nursery highly enough. Some staff members in particular and the rest of the team are amazing. Now we are heading through Spring and into Summer the kids spend most of their days outside, either on the roof, at the Park or even in the forest. In between that, they are in the nursery doing a stimulating, fun and educational activity. There isn't much to say other than how fantastic the nursery is in every possible aspect. It's absolutely fantastic. It's reached the point where we pick her up and she doesn't want to leave! The app is really useful, we get to see photos of what they are up to every day. All the staff are really receptive to any concerns or worries. Keep up the good work guys!

My son has been at N Family Club for 1.5 years and we have always been happy with the nursery. Lovely knowledgeable and caring staff, healthy food, and great focus on development and activities. Our son has always been happy and content with his different educators and it has been great to watch his progression over this time.

N family is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend or rate them all highly enough. The staff is fantastic. Whether it's the educators, front office house or the chefs - they are exceptional. I am so grateful for everything they do. It truly is a family.

Our little one has been going to N Family since September '24 and absolutely loves it! Everyone there is so friendly and adore the kids so much. From the front of house people, to the carers. Communication is always great and the updates are very frequent. Very lovely nursery.

Nfamily and all its staff have been amazing to deal with as parents of our child, who is brilliantly looked after by the carers in the rooms. But all the staff from the front desk to the kitchen and cleaners are brilliant.

Team and management at this nursery are truly wonderful. They really looked after the child and parents from the moment we started settling in. The communication was great and management was very upfront with everything. Experiences set in the room for my son are engaging and the love and care he receives are just lovely. I also love that he gets varied home-cooked meals every day and they even provide eco-friendly nappies and wipes, so I don't have to. Pricey but the value is there, as they are better than others I've had experience with.

The staff are brilliant at N Family Church Street. They seem to really care about the children and their individual development. They do some fun activities and messy play. I wish there was more outdoor space at the nursery and that the younger rooms had direct access to the garden but the children get outside daily either to the garden or twice weekly trips to the park. It is an expensive nursery but costs similar to others in the area and the quality of education, facilities, food and support seems really good.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery-it's a hidden gem! Watching our little girl grow, learn, and thrive in such a nurturing environment has been a joy. The teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to each child's development. It's clear that every detail, from the curriculum to the activities, is designed to inspire curiosity and build confidence. Our daughter has blossomed here in ways we never imagined. We couldn't have asked for a better start for her, and we're grateful to have found such a perfect place. Highly recommended!

My child absolutely loves going to nursery! The activities N puts on are excellent (the team genuinely put thought into making them educational/development-supporting as well as fun, of course) and they go to the park at least twice a week (and my child isn't even two). The food is excellent - diverse, interesting, healthy and nutritious, as well as cooked fresh each day (I leave to drop off each morning with the delicious smells of their lunch!). We get several photo updates a day, which always brightens my day, as well as a detailed debrief at drop-off. But the thing I love the most is the staff. Everyone in the nursery seems to know my child's name (not just the ones in her room) and they are all so kind and warm. My child's key worker and room manager are just exceptional. They are fun, professional, caring and have formed a genuine bond with my child. I am so reassured leaving her with them each day.
