Our first child attended this nursery right up until he started school, and now our one year old goes here too, which really says it all about how much we trust and value this place.
The nursery is absolutely brilliant, with such warm, caring and reassuring staff who truly go above and beyond. They
create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy and supported.
Our baby absolutely loves it, not a single tear at drop-off, which speaks volumes. The food is fantastic, and the overall standard of care is exceptional.
We genuinely couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

The nursery are amazing and we can't fault them. They are always happy, smiley and welcoming. We are greeted with smiles every morning we go and we couldn't trust them more with our child.. Thank you to all the team.

We've used BusyBees in East Grinstead since 2021. And i would never consider sending my child to any other nursery!
From covid to post covid, BusyBees EG has been our second home and family. Exceptional management by Alex who always goes above and beyond for each individual child and parent.
Incredibly wonderful staff (shoutout to Elaine, who has been with us since my first was 8 months old, and to Helen who's the most nurturing and wonderful human ever!!).
My kids both love busybees and have had such a nurturing fun and safe environment to grow and develop. Plus the food there is the best!
I cannot recommend this nursery enough. As a parent i feel my children are in safe hands and that is what matters the most!

We absolutely love Busy Bees and couldn't be happier with our experience. Alex and the staff are incredibly kind, caring, and passionate about what they do, and it really shows in the way they look after the children. It's such a warm, welcoming environment where we know our daughter's feel safe and
supported.
Our kids are always excited to go in and have made some wonderful friends. The nursery provides such a fantastic mix of learning and play, with fun, engaging activities that help the children grow and develop. We've seen such an amazing boost in our daughter's confidence and happiness since they both started. We would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent.

BusyBees East Grinstead is truly living up to its reputation as the best nursery in the area. I'm amazed at how many fun activities they come up with - the creativity is overflowing. They keep us updated with photos of our son every day he's in the nursery - it's incredibly reassuring to see his
happy face on photos.
Manager Alex has been incredibly competent and responsive, especially during the Great Drought of January 2026, putting SE Water management to shame. Alex and his team are always friendly, approachable and true to their word - something I never take for granted.
A special mention goes to Seobhshan and Lexi, who are such caring and attentive carers. It's clear they genuinely love what they do, and they've created such a warm and supportive environment for the children.
The quality of the food is fantastic - judging by how much my son eats at nursery! Most importantly, he is always happy, confident and excited to go in each day, which speaks volumes.

Our second daughter joined Busy Bees East Grinstead in September 2025, and we had no absolutely no hesitation sending her there after the fantastic experience my first daughter had there until moving on to primary school, where she hit the ground running.
The Centre Director and his team do a
wonderful job, and our daughter arrives at nursery each day happy, and excited to see her key worker. The team are caring and approachable, always taking the time to update us about her day and answering any questions we might have.
The facilities themselves are clean, spacious and well organised. I'd have no hesitation recommending the nursery to anyone.

My experience with Busy Bees East Grinstead has been nothing short of wonderful. My eldest 'graduated' September 25 and my youngest is still there, absolutely loving it. The staff are amazing, with a genuine interest and care for the children. I feel so confident and comfortable with the care they
provide. The food is excellent! The meals they provide are varied and nutritious and my kids have both tried many new things and enjoyed them. I honestly would recommend Busy Bees East Grinstead to anyone. I cant fault them. Staff, cleanliness, food, care. Very happy we chose them!

My son is attending Busybees in East Grinstead since October 2024. So far we only had good experiences with them. Everyone is very attentive and caring, his teachers helped him settle when he just started and I can be sure he is safe and happy there. I am especially fond of the updates on the app
with photos of the activities and reports on all important aspects of his day. Communication with teachers and management couldn't have been better. 5 stars overall.

Both of our children have attended Busy Bees East Grinstead since late 2023 and I can truly say that, with their help, they have blossomed. We've had experience of almost all the 'rooms' and each has in their own way provided fantastic care and support to us and our smalls. The staff and management
are supportive, experienced and committed - you can tell that they really enjoy working with and developing the children they look after. Our two loved (and still love) their time at Busy Bees, and I'm staggered at what they learn each day. They have an absolute blast. A great nursery with wonderful people running it.

We couldnt be happier with Busy Bees Nursery. Our little boy absolutely loves it and has come on leaps and bounds since starting last year. All the staff are amazing. No tears at drop off, he runs straight inside! We cannot recommend it highly enough.

My son has been at Busy Bees East Grinstead for just over 6-months now and I can’t thank the staff enough for their reassurance and care on his first transition into nursery. The staff always take the time to talk about their day and he clearly loves it there as every time I pick him up he has a big

My daughter joined Busy Bees in January 2022 aged 1 year old and she absolutely loves it. She attends four days a week and has really got to know and like all the staff in the baby room, so much so she happily leans out to be picked up by them in the mornings and waves me goodbye! The staff were
fantastic at helping to get her settled. As a lockdown baby, she took a while to adjust to being away from home for so long during the day, but everyone was very patient and caring with her and really got to know the things she enjoys and what settles her. She eats and sleeps well there (they've been able to accommodate her dairy allergy amazingly, due to having an on-site kitchen) and there's a great app which lets you see how she has got on during the day. I really appreciate the photos and development snapshots and love when she comes home with some of the crafts they've helped her to do! Would highly recommend.

Only amazing things to say about Busy Bees, East Grinstead. Being a lockdown baby, my son was always wary around new people and it would take a while for him to feel comfortable around someone that wasn't immediate family. He has been at Busy Bees for just over four months and has gained so much
confidence and made such good progress. The staff have been absolutely amazing and genuinely care about the children. The nursery has such a warm and lovely feel to it. I would highly recommend to any parent!

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees since 1 year old and she absolutely loves it! The staff are so kind and lovely. We can tell that our daughter loves going in. It has a home away from home feel, which is something we deemed important. The staff keep us well updated throughout the day too. Blown

Amazing nursery, very happy with the care and facilities! My son is very happy, and even on days when he doesn't want to go the staff are always brilliant at encouraging him to go! He always comes out extremely happy with lots to talk about. He talks about his teachers and how much fun they are and
the activities during the day. Lots of art sent home at Christmas, which was lovely to see what he has been up to! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pre-school!

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees since seven months old and she loves it! The staff are lovely, caring and keep us informed. They are accommodating with allergies too (having an on-site chef is an extra layer of reassurance). I never have any concerns and I frequently recommend them to people I
know! The outside space is great with what they have available, but not a huge amount of contact with nature which would be a bonus.

My daughter started at Busy Bees at short notice and the staff went above and beyond to help get me a place and were extremely flexible and bent over backwards to help me out. My daughter absolutely loves it there, she has a huge smile on her face when we drop her off and the regular photos shows
how much she is enjoying herself. The settling-in process was brilliant and I feel confident that she’s being well looked after. The food is exceptional and the menu is brilliant and provides a great variety. She’s currently in the baby room but I am sure she will be there for many years to come!

Busy Bees at East Grinstead is the best nursery and I cannot recommend them enough. My son started here in July at 17 months old and he settled in so quickly. He is so happy here. He failed to settle at a previous nursery and cried every single day for months. It was heartbreaking. I eventually went
to see Busy Bees at East Grinstead and met with the Centre Director. He was by far the most genuine and nice nursery manager I have ever met. I instantly fell in love with the nursery and the setting which is amazing. Within a week my son had already settled! I couldn't believe it! No more tears! The staff in the baby room are so kind and attentive and just loving to all the kids there. And it wasn't just for show. My son gets to be himself and he's active, plays and learns so much from them. We get regular updates and photos which is so great to see. It is always a pleasure speaking to them and seeing my son want to go in with a huge smile on his face. What more can you wish for? Nursery jackpot.

Outstanding Nursery, my son has been attending for roughly a year, he has come on phenomenally and thoroughly enjoys his time there. I cannot praise them enough, they truly love and support the children in their care.
