Had a really disappointing experience a week before christmas holidays, when I was asked to pick my son up in the middle of a working day because staff is having a christmas party and my husband have to leave his work and come to pick up our son from central london.

Great service at the nursery. Very understanding staff. Reali happy to leave my child with them . Always keep me updated about my child on the app. Appreciate the skills child learning which helps with there development.

So far I have nothing but positive things to say about the nursery. Very good clean environment. The staff are extremely supportive and helpful. They have worked with me and listened to my requests giving me peace of mind about my child.

My daughter started at Twinkle Totz Havelock when she was 10 months old. The staff have been sensitive to her needs and she settled well. They keep us thoroughly updated through the app and my daughter seems to be thriving. They don’t accept reusable nappies at the moment but apart from that, the
service they offer is excellent. They really care about the children.

My son attends this nursery, he is well cared for and loves attending. He has learnt so much I am very happy with his development. He has made so many bonds with both the kids and the staff. The room is lovely well-resourced and very clean. The garden is secure and safe. I definitely recommend it to
anyone who is looking for childcare.

Very happy with my overall experience with the nursery, both my children attended this school. They were well looked after, they learnt so much here and prepared them to primary school. Hard working and loving staff, felt safe leaving my children in their care, would definitely recommend

My child began the nursery when she was only 9 months old. As a first-time mother, I was very nervous but the amazing staff at Twinkle Totz made me feel reassured in my decision. Over the 3 years we spent with them my daughter has learnt so much and gained skills which will aid her further as she
continues to develop. At each stage of our journey with Twinkle Totz, I felt involved as the staff ensured to communicate.

My son loves to attend the nursery, runs through the doors straight away. Since starting at the nursery his speech has improved massively and that is down to the time and effort put in by the staff. I feel my son is safe and well cared for there and he always seems to be doing fun activities.

Good care and look after kids in a nice manner. Always friendly. The kids learn a lot. Small suggestion - arrange more flexible hours like 9 -15:00 and please send kids activities photos to parents. Overall rating I will give very good.
