My kid was went to N since he was 11months and we loved it. The staff is awesome, carers are amazing and really bond with the kids. Nursery premises are really good, and the food is beyond amazing.
However, current management is the worst I've seen in 3.5 years. Sloppy, rude and terrible comms.
I've seen the nursery manager doing terrible things towards two of her staff. The only reason why I didn't change nursery is because I only had a few months before my kid went to school so it wasn't worth the effort. I hope N changes the management otherwise they're going to ruin the nursery's great reputation. I still speak to parents who go there and I don't know one parent who is satisfied at the moment.

We knew this was the nursery for our son as soon right from the open day-and we haven't been disappointed! The premises are lovely and clean, and the facilities are excellent. In just four months, we've seen huge leaps in our son's development. The staff are all warm, caring and clearly invested in
the children. Although there were a few expected tears at first, my son is now happy to be dropped off each morning and absolutely adores the staff in his room. We also really appreciate the thoughtful little extras: free coffee, fruit and pastries in the mornings, a sweet welcome pack before the first day, space to work remotely in reception, even water bowls outside for dogs during drop-off and pick-up. It may not be the cheapest nursery in the area but it's worth it!

After a few wonderful years with both of our children attending this nursery, we couldn't feel more grateful. They are always so happy to go, and it's been amazing to watch them grow and develop new skills, all thanks to the incredibly sweet, caring, and supportive teachers. We truly feel part of a
very special community.

We love nfamily Brixton. The staff are brilliant - so kind, friendly and incredibly imaginative with the play and learning experiences they offer the children. Our little boy joined several months ago and absolutely loves it. They were incredibly supportive of us and him as he settled in and it's a
joy watching him develop new skills and curiosities each week under their care.

Our daughter has settled in extremely well at N Club and I couldn't fault the care and communication that we receive from the staff. The nursery is well organised and maintained and there is a good feeling of local community.

My daughter is super happy in N family in the the studio room, she's made lots of friends and has become very social around them. The members of staff have been so helpful and have bonded with her really well too,

We are so happy with N club and our child loves the room he's in. The staff are wonderful with him and plan lovely activities each day. There is a lot of attention to detail and we are kept updated via the app regularly.

A Very good nursery , clean open space for the children to play it is a happy environment filled with lots of fun learning and friendly staff who have a positive impact on the children's growth and development.

My granddaughter is so happy at N Family in Brixton - so much so that she cries when she leaves to go home!! She has learnt all the animal sounds and is developing quickly. The staff are very caring and loving.

Our daughter loves the nursery. The staff are fantastic, and create a warm welcoming environment for the children. Our daughter will be absolutely devastated when she leaves to go to school in the autumn!

This is a wonderful nursery. I was nervous to put my son in so early ( 5 months) the team are so dedicated and professional. The Salon team are always setting up interesting and fun activities for the children, that we would never do with them at home. All the staff at N Family Brixton show interest
in each child and know them by name. They take the tike to give me a detailed summary of my sons's day, temperament and development. The App is a fantastic way to feel connected and the team share photos of the kids individually. We always get sent home with art work!! We will be sending our second there at the end of the year.

We love N. The staff go above and beyond and genuinely love the kids. The equipment and toys are great and varied and they are constantly doing new activities. The outdoor space is great and they move to a new garden as they get older which is great

We love N Family Brixton! The modern yet cosy design feels welcoming, and we're always greeted warmly by the staff. My son adores the large garden with a slide and plenty of space to play football. His key person bonded with him quickly, and he enjoyed the dance parties and yoga sessions. The room
manager is very organised and keeps activities engaging throughout the day. Regular updates and photos are posted on the app, making it easy to stay informed. Highly recommend it for a fun, nurturing environment!

We are overall very happy with the nursery: our daughter clearly enjoys going, and loves her time there. Although there could be some improvements in using the mobile app for communication between parents and staff (for example, we sometimes don’t receive updates about our daughter), the
face-to-face interactions we had at the nursery have always been very positive. Thank you N Family Club for the uplifting and positive vibes!

We absolutely love N Family Club Brixton! My son has been at N Brixton since February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier, so much so our daughter has just started there too! The staff are kind, caring and always happy to help. The daily updates on the app are invaluable and allow you to stay involved
with what your child is up to. My son has developed at an alarmingly fast rate and always has something new to tell me when he comes home. The food is really varied and always looks, and smells, great. The facilities and garden area are some of the best I’ve seen. Whilst there are a lot of children there, you really do feel like you are part of a little family there. All the staff know the children and you are always greeted with warmth! Parents’ breakfast bar is also amazing!

Our daughter has a strong bond with her primary career and general brings new ideas home showing development constantly. We love the updates about her day and the personal pictures that show how content she is in the space.

Very happy overall with the nursery. Staff is excellent and babies' activities are good fun. Staff very attentive and personable. Baby is very happy with the nursery and we could not recommend it highly enough.

N Family Club has been enjoyed by both my children and they absolutely love going there and using the extensive resources designed to encourage learning, creativity and social skills. The entire staff are very friendly and informed and it really does feel like a large family.

Our two daughters are at N Family Club and we honestly could not think of a better environment for them. Both are extremely happy and secure and have formed such strong bonds with all members of staff. The activities and learning exercises are fun, educational and varied. The nursery has a real
community feel to it with a really welcoming front-of-house environment. We are very happy.

Our children really love their time at N Family Club. Their teachers are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure they all have a great time. The menu is amazing, I wish I could eat it every day! The building is really great, lots of space and in particular lots of outdoor space, which they
