All staff are friendly and professional and seem to know all The children in their care very well, especially important for the little ones who don't have the communication skills of older children. The nursery has a calm, warm and welcoming atmosphere and is always tidy and clean. The team work
hard to ensure the children have a range of activities appropriate to their age, along with an amazing menu which is adapted to dietary requirements. The children are taken outside to play as long as weather permits. Rest time is as important as activity. Our little one loves her carers and clearly has a wonderful time, it is great to know she is looked for by those who love her nearly as much as we do!

Trying to put into words how amazing this nursery is proving tough! My son joined when he was 1 year old and I was very nervous how he would get on but the girls here are absolutely incredible; the love and care they have for my son is amazing and this is very much reciprocated the smile on his face
when he sees them in the morning, is so heart warming. I really couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

Staff are brilliant, its obvious how much they care and we are always fully informed throughout the day. Very grateful for what they do and never need to worry about my son. I would recommend them to others.

Our daughter has been at Kids Planet since January 2025 and we have been very pleased. The staff are so lovely and competent, and we will aim to put our baby into this nursery as well when he's ready.

Kid's Planet has been a wonderful place for our son since he started at 8 months old. We chose it because of its dedicated separate rooms and facilities for babies at different stages, which gave us great peace of mind. Now a confident toddler, he's learned so much at the nursery (especially in
developing his language skills, as we are a bilingual family) and we're so grateful for how much he's thrived there.

My son moved from a nursery to this one and I cannot express the difference In him! I have nothing but good feedback from this nursery the staff are so kind ! Amazingly helpful and the activities they ALWAYS come up with daily are so impressive! My son is so happy with the staff at kids planet they
always go above and beyond! I highly recommend Sevenoaks kids planet! My child has had an extremely hard time with food and eating and they always help him and introduce a variety that he now tries ! 5 starts!

My daughter loves the nursery and all the staff. There's enough structure, space, outdoor areas and early education and skills learning to keep her stimulated all day and it feels very secure and friendly.

We've been sending our son to this nursery since it was Perfect Start Sevenoaks, and while we were happy back then, the transition to the new owners has truly taken things to the next level.The new management has invested in improving the facilities, updating the toys, and creating an even more
engaging and nurturing environment for the children.
One of the biggest changes we've noticed is the transparency around funding and communication. It's clear what's included, where resources are going, and we always feel well-informed and involved as parents. The staff are fantastic-warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
Highly recommended.

My son who is 7months old has recently started at perfect start Sevenoaks, the staff have worked so hard on ensuring his needs are met and has settled nicely. Each day they have activities out to support all development areas which look great. The nursery has a lot to offer the children from a
loving warm environment to a sensory room in which my son loves. I cannot be happier with the staff within his room and the communication I get from handovers at the end of each day.

We have been having an excellent experience with Perfect Start Sevenoaks and our little boy loves his time there. Settling in was challenging for him (and for us parents), but the staff was absolutely amazing and always kept us up to date on his progress. Their communication is great and there is
always space to do proper drop offs and handovers. They know my son's personality, what he loves and what he doesn't and they do an amazing job at helping with his development.
The rooms do sometimes feel a bit crowded, but I feel like they do an effort to keep the kids busy with many different activities.

Little one has loved attending nursery, lots of activities, great food and has been really happy! Love the nursery, great communication, amazing staff, really clean. Really enjoyed the bakes and crafts he brought home.

Perfect Start Nursery in Sevenoaks has a wonderful management that reflects in turn a very professional care of children throughout their time there. Our son had to receive first aid at the nursery and the team were fantastic not only handling the inside but informing us and following up. It's a
true privilege to have our children growing up as a part of the Perfect Start community.

Our daughter has been attending since she was 7 months old, she is now 3 and has moved up through every room. The staff have been amazing and she has always been lucky to have great key workers including her most recent one who she really misses since moving into the bigger room in the last few
weeks as he was really great and engaging with her - wanting to help her progress. She has learnt so much since being at Perfect Start and the staff are always great at coming up with new activities and ways of learning. She is a really confident child and I think the nursery has done wonders for this. It can be a scary thing leaving your child in someone else's care all day so having a welcoming face from staff each morning does really make all the difference. Our only concern which we have raised prior is the door security - we don't feel it is adequate enough (more due to other parents holding the door for other parents) we feel anyone could easily enter if they really wanted to!

My eldest has been going to Perfect Start since 2020 so has been in all the rooms at the nursery. They have been fantastic. They are kind, interested in each child and their development. They know the child’s personality so immediately notice if something isn’t right. My daughter’s confidence has
grown and she really enjoys going to the nursery. The outdoor space is brilliant. I found the parents' evenings really helpful to gauge how my daughter was getting on and what we could to help too. A great nursery.

We have always been happy with Perfect Start Sevenoaks. Our first child joined this nursery when they opened in 2019, and almost 5 years later our second child is enjoying his time there just as much as our first did. The staff have always gone above and beyond expectations with the love and care
they show towards the children. They continuously provide a fulfilling day for the kids and are remarkable with the amount of new and fresh ideas they come up with for entertainment, learning and enrichment. The staff, at all levels, are always very welcoming towards the parents too and always make the time to tell you about the children’s day. Our youngest was recently having some behavioural issues and the nursery put a fantastic plan into place to bring him back on track promptly, the effort put in by all staff during this challenging phase was truly outstanding. We feel fortunate to feel a part of Perfect Start Sevenoaks and are very grateful to all the wonderful staff members there.

Perfect Start has been amazing with my son who is 18 months old. He has been attending since October, first in the baby room and now in the senior baby room. The staff are so lovely and caring and I am confident that they really care about his experience and development. He is involved in a huge
range of activities and we receive regular baking and arts and crafts! He has come on so much in terms of his development since starting which has been lovely to see. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Start!

Perfect Start have been fabulous with my daughter who is 18 months old. She has been attending since December 2023 and already she has so much more confidence and is coming on in leaps and bounds at each development stage. The team are so friendly and patient and I am grateful for their expertise
and kind approach. The facilities are great and they have a fab outdoor space that gets used as much as the English weather will permit.

Perfect Start have been amazing with our youngest who is currently in the senior baby room. She gets involved with an amazing set of activities each day and from an early age they have ensured that she is learning key skills associated for her age. We receive regular updates on progress and
development, as well as photos of what she gets up to. The environment is fabulous with outdoor play areas separate to the older children. The staff are wonderful and we have no doubt that she is well taken care of and learning in a supportive and caring environment. Could not recommend them highly enough.
