As a parent of twins, I was initially anxious about how their individual needs would be met but the team at Kids Planet have exceeded every expectation. The observations in reports capture their individual characteristics rather than treating them as a "unit."
I am always impressed by the
way the staff manage a calm and welcoming morning transition. During periods where drop-offs were emotional for both the children and myself, the staff handled the situation with incredible patience. They developed a consistent, routine that helped my daughters settle quickly, and they ensured I received a reassuring update (as well as a tissue and a shoulder to cry on a few occasions!).
The nursery play a key part in preparing my daughters for the transition to primary school. I have seen a marked increase in their independence and the staff have nurtured a genuine curiosity and love for learning, and I feel confident that they will start school with the foundations they need to succeed.

My son started in September 2025 and initially found settling into nursery very difficult, often crying each morning. Management and staff were fantastic and put steps in place to help, including a special box of items for him to play with. The pre-school team were always reassuring and supportive.
It's also clear that management spend time in all rooms - they know the children by name and are very approachable. Thanks to the support from the whole team, my son is now settled and happy. I now have the opposite problem of trying to get him to come home!

ever since we came to look around we have loved the ethos of the nursery. Staff are always fully engaged with the children whenever we come to pick up/drop off.
The staff in the two rooms our son has been in so far have all known him and his needs really well, often supporting us with our goals
at home e.g. trying to get into a good routine with napping. The input from staff has been invaluable to us as a family and most importantly for us, our son is really happy coming into nursery in the morning. We love that we are kept updated throughout the day via the app, as well as thorough verbal handovers given at pick up.
The management team are always available and have been very supportive- knowing our son and understanding his needs. We are all welcomed warmly every morning and staff also know and speak to our son's baby brother which really makes us feel valued and like staff take the time to get to know us as parents.

The team is so engaged, nurturing and attentive to each and every child's individual needs and the activities offered by the staff are so creative and educational. We have seen our daughter make such amazing leaps in her development ever since she started here.
As a first time mum, I was very
nervous to send her to nursery and now I can say it is one of the best things we have done for her intellectual, social and emotional development. The children seem to be absolutely spoiled with the amazing food that is served here and the range of options and flavours always seems incredible.
The staff have also navigated company changes with what seems like only positive impacts and improvements for both children and parents, the communication with parents is very informative and helpful.
My daughter is always so excited to arrive in the morning and see the staff and her friends. The staff are so kind and patient, they genuinely care about every child's development and wellbeing.

Our son started at Kids Planet just after his first birthday and has made excellent progress across all areas of development. The team have supported him at every stage, from settling in and taking his first steps to developing his language skills as he has moved through the rooms.We regularly
receive photos and updates via the app showing activities indoors, outdoors, and on trips to the park, which we really value. We are also kept well informed about milestones and ongoing development.
The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, with excellent communication both through the app and in person. Our keyworker Lauren and room staff always take time at pick-up to share details of the day, progress, and memorable moments, helping us build strong relationships. Charlotte is also always available and has an open door policy.
Overall, we have been thrilled with our experience and were so impressed that we have already secured a place for our second child.

Our son started nursery in June 2025 and settled so well. I believe this is solely down to the welcoming feeling the nursery brings. Staff are always so cheerful and positive and have built really lovely bonds with him. There are always different activities with themes set up in the baby room which
he is often excited by as soon as we are in the room dropping him off. He has learnt so much from his time at nursery, and I am often surprised with what he knows that he has obviously learnt there (songs, makaton, actions, words and more).
I really appreciate the effort put into the updates on the app and the fact all the posts about what he is doing highlights and categorises the skills he is learning. This really shows to me they are invested in his development as I can see activities are planned and focused on development.
Our son is safe and cared for at nursery and they put his best interests first and I am more than pleased with our choice of nursery and cannot thank them enough

Kids Planet has been an ideal nursery since my son started almost 2 and a half years ago.
The service they provide is personal and caring. I feel that my son is well known across the nursery by staff, which gives me the assurance that he is in safe and caring environment.
I know many of the
staff that looked after him in the baby room are still there, and when my daughter starts in a few months, she will be cared for by the same staff, which makes me feel secure and happy.
In terms of my sons education development, he's been well supported. We are seeing improvements in his numerical skills, and his verbal development is amazing. There seem to be new activities on a regular basis, such as Jeff's science experiments! Staff provide lots of stimulation and opportunities to explore new things.
They are flexible, and really do have an open door policy with management, and i feel like I can pop in for a chat of any kind.

You have made from start to now the process of my first baby starting nursery such a smooth transition. From what was a stressful and upsetting start, with her not initially taking to nursery - you spoke to me countless times on the phone whilst I cried away worried I was doing the wrong thing,
always reassuring me and going above and beyond to make her and I as comfortable as possible with nursery. The staff are INCREDIBLE. I really feel like they know my daughter so well, her little characteristics and personality traits, all the staff know her name even if they aren't staff of her room! I feel so safe and comfortable dropping her off to you, knowing she's going to have a wonderful day with what feels like people who genuinely care about her. I know that if I need to be informed of anything, you will always call me, even if it's just that she hasn't had a sleep like usual! These small details really mean a lot, especially when you're a huge over worrier like me. Thank you all so much

As a new parent, sending my now one-year-old to nursery was a significant transition for our family, which started last October.
We have been impressed by the warm and welcoming environment created by the team. Each member is not only incredibly professional but also genuinely caring. My son has
created a strong bond with his key worker as well.
The level of attention and care they provide has truly eased my worries as a parent. I feel reassured knowing that he is in such capable hands. The team goes above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where he can explore, learn, and grow with other children.
I am forever grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had on his development.

Perfect Start Day nursery Horsham and their lovely staff have gone above and beyond taking care of our little one. Our boy has gone to the nursery since he was one and now he is 3 in preschool. Our boy has special needs that would have gone completely under the radar if the nursery hadn't noticed
them! They supported us through this journey and have made every referral possible to get him seen and sorted. He feels very loved and secure in his classes and he adores his carers. We absolutely love and recommend Perfect Start Nursery at Horsham!

My child was in the baby room since March and loves her carers, specially her key worker. She would run to them every morning for a cuddle, and she loved playing and dancing and exploring. She has always been so happy to go to her class, it made going back to work so easy for me. They are lovely,
caring, warm and sweet ladies. She has now transitioned to the toddler room and they have made sure it was a gradual process for my child.

My son joined the nursery in October 2024 and we couldn't be happier - the staff have been amazing at settling him in and growing his confidence. We're really seeing big leaps in his development and confidence and I'm sure a big part of that is due to the nursery and staff with age appropriate and

Our son attended Prefect Start in Horsham for the last three years. Ever since we met the team they have been true to their word in helping develop and nurture him into the boy he is today. From the activities that are set up to the food they are given to the updates we get each day, we have been so
delighted with this Nursery. The employees made a big difference and us as parents and our son will remember this human experience and are truly grateful - thank you.

We loved our time at Perfect Start. Our daughter attended here since 2021 and has just left as she starts school in September. So many fabulous teachers in each room. Very sad to say goodbye now but feel we made real connections to progress to her next stage of education.

My son has been with the nursery since 2020 and we couldn't be happier. All the staff he has ever come across have been so friendly with him, even my older two children who come in with me at collection. The activities set out are varied every day and are always differently themed. It's going to be
a sad time when we have to say goodbye when we move on to big boy school this year! Thank you for everything you have done for my son!

I cannot praise Perfect Start enough. My little girl loves it there and always looks forward to going especially when she knows a particular member of staff is going to be there to do her hair! A particular member of staff and her team are awesome. I cannot praise the nursery enough.

We couldn’t be more happy with our experience at the nursery. We have had two children there and both have flourished under the care of the lovely staff. The activities are varied and engaging, the food is excellent and the staff really go the extra mile to ensure the children feel looked after.

We couldn’t be happier with Perfect Start Horsham, from the moment we walked in we knew it was the perfect place for our son. From his settling-in sessions to starting full days, every member of staff we see is so polite and friendly. Each room is set up incredibly, and the outside space is lovely.
