We moved our son to the Bright Horizons Maidenhead Day Nursery and Preschool when we moved home back in October 2024 and wanted to have a nursery within walking distance of the new house and are so pleased with our decision. Our son is absolutely flourishing there. I really cannot recommend the
nursery highly enough. The app is updated regularly throughout the day so we know what he has eaten and how well, how well he has slept etc. We also get updates and pictures marking his developmental progress and showing him participating in the very varied activities. He has a great relationship with his key worker and key buddy and it's actually quite difficult to pick him up at the end of the day as he doesn't always seem to want to come home! The staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional. All around, a really great nursery and we are so happy we were able to get a place!

Our son is so happy and well cared for at this nursery. We were particularly impressed with the four week settling-in period which enabled him (and us) to slowly get used to this huge change. It is a really slick, well-designed operation and all of the staff we have interacted with are enthusiastic,
switched on and really caring people. The only negative is that it is more expensive than other similar nurseries in the area.

Bright Horizons Maidenhead Day Nursery and Preschool is an excellent nursery. My son has been there over a year now and has experienced three different rooms. I can say that, without exception, all of the staff are absolutely fabulous. They genuinely care deeply about my son and look after him so
well. It's so reassuring to see him willingly leave me and go to them for a cuddle at drop-off each morning. Each child is treated as an individual. The communication is excellent; up to the minute information via the app; a thorough debrief at the end of each day and regular observations with pictures sent through the app as well as parents' evenings to discuss development in more detail. I think the garden is an excellent facility. Management is always super helpful with administrative needs. And finally; hats off to the chef; my son eats far better at nursery than at home! A big thank you to all at Bright Horizons Maidenhead.

A really excellent nursery. The staff are very caring and adaptable to your children’s needs. Your children get plenty of exposure to all the staff, so they can grow in confidence with different people. There are quiet zones if your child wants to have some time out and also plenty of different
activity zones in each room, which have different activities each day.

As our child prepares for school, Bright Horizons, Maidenhead have laid the foundation for as smooth a transition as possible, had a concise presentation for parents about things to tackle and what to do and have shared the wealth of their experience.

Thank you to an amazing nursery!
Right from the start, we felt the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredible, caring and skilled. They truly understand how to nurture and support my son. He feels so loved and happy there!
The nursery goes above and beyond to provide a well-rounded
experience. They have a wide range of fun and educational activities that keeps our child engaged and excited. My son is so excited when we repeat an activity at home that he did at nursery.
Communication with the nursery is always open and transparent. They keep us informed about our child's progress and are always there to address any concerns. It gives us great peace of mind to know our son is in such capable hands.

Bright Horizons Maidenhead Day Nursery and Preschool provide the perfect setting for our little one to grow, develop and explore. It is a very nurturing environment, ensuring that our little girl's needs are met. She loves her carers and is making beautiful friendships with her peers. We are always
kept up to date through the app and parents' evenings. The menu is excellent and well-balanced. We are very confident that she is happy and well looked after all day while we are in work - pretty priceless really.

Our daughters have been attending the nursery since June 2020 and October 2021. We have been delighted with the care and support both we and our daughters have received from the nursery since the very start.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, know the children very well and come up with
fantastic ideas to help settle them in when transitioning into the next room. Our girls have developed so much since starting nursery and regularly surprise us with the vast number of things they learn about and are always excited to share their day with us. Our almost four-year-old knows all the planets in the solar system! There are always a varied number of activities laid out for the children to explore each day and it is great they always get out in the garden.
The food is very varied and always healthy and we are delighted our girls try everything on offer, even if they are yet to have it at home. We love getting updates and photos via the app too.
A fantastic nursery and a fantastic team!

We've been delighted with the care that Maidenhead Day Nursery has given our daughter. The staff are highly trained, friendly and always helpful. Staff turnover is low, meaning that you get to know the team of carers looking after your child. Every morning, when we drop off our little girl, the
toddler room, is pristine with lots of stimulating activities laid out for the day. No wonder that my daughter loves her nursery! She has developed so much in the time that she's been attending. We love hearing all about all the things she has learned at nursery. It's clear that she's having lots of fun and also being given plenty of opportunities to develop and grow. Thank you to the team!

After a tour of the nursery we had a really good impression and they are definitely living up to that, my son loves coming in and his face now beams seeing his key person in the baby room. The staff are so kind and really do care for him, his development has been great there and they keep us up to
date with milestones he has achieved, and what they are working towards. The app is updated throughout the day and keeps my mind at ease! Highly recommended in every aspect!

Bright Horizons, Maidenhead team made us feel at home right from day one. My 10-month-old daughter, has a smile on her face as we approach the nursery every day, which speaks volumes of the care she gets in the nursery. The food menu is healthier and much better than some of the nurseries in the
vicinity. The staff are friendly and genuinely care for each and every child. The regular app update of my child's status, while I am in my office, gives me peace of mind.

I send both my children to Bright Horizons Maidenhead Day Nursery and Preschool and have seen a huge development progress in them. The key workers go far and beyond to show attention, give phrases and encourage the children to do well. Key workers show true passion in their role.

We took our kid to this nursery and couldn't be happier. He went for the whole year and all his needs were met. Whenever something needed our attention the staff would talk to us and keep us informed of any developments. Via the app we could see pictures of their activities and every time we needed
something from them it was available.
I also like its family run, and both management and staff have been excellent in their management.
Also of note is that our kid hit the ground running when he got to reception, so clearly everything he learned in Bright Horizons helped him out. I can't recommend the place enough!

My daughter attends Bright Horizons Maidenhead and the nursery is outstanding. The staff are wonderful with my daughter, activities are varied and communication excellent. I have been so impressed with all aspects of the way the nursery is managed. My daughter loves her time there and I am delighted

Our twins go to Bright Horizons Nursery Maidenhead Day Nursery and Preschool. We cannot praise this nursery enough. The staff are very professional, warm and caring. Our twins have separation anxiety and we have tried two other nurseries in the area but faced much issues in settling, whereas here I
am incredibly pleased with the care, attention and empathy kids have received here whilst settling in. I find the nursery to be communicative anytime which is very important to us.

I am delighted that we decided to send our son to the nursery when it was time for me to return to work. He's never been anything but incredibly happy to see the staff and to go in for the day. The staff are incredibly friendly and you feel assured that they are taking very good care of your child.
I would highly recommend the nursery.

Wonderful nursery with lovely staff. My son literally runs into the nursery every morning to greet his carer, that's how much he enjoys it there. The staff truly care for their children and constantly offer help and tools to support their development also at home. What makes this nursery extra
special is that the manager and two of the carers are sisters. It really gives it a family feel. We can only recommend this nursery!

I am really happy with this Nursery for my daughter. She is always really happy to go into nursery, she has made lots of friends, knows all the staff and feels really comfortable and happy there. Each week she comes home singing new songs and telling us new things she’s learned. The staff genuinely
care and are very friendly and hard working.
