I've had two of my boys at Kiddi Caru Ower. My youngest started half days at 6 months old. It's never easy leaving your little ones at such a young age. However the love and the care that they have received I can't fault!
I never worry when they are at nursery as I know how happy they are. Thank

My little girl started at Kiddi Caru Nursery a few weeks ago in the baby room and she absolutely loves it. She's growing more and more confident everyday which is so lovely to see. The staff are very friendly and attentive which has definitely helped her settle in. I've also had add days last minute
due to work commitments and the staff have been really quick to respond and very accommodating.

We've been with Kiddi Caru since January 2023, and overall we've had a really positive experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the lovely relationship my little one has developed with all the carers, it's clear that the staff genuinely care and create a nurturing environment.
If I had
one bit of feedback, it would be around the app updates. Most days we only see check-in and check-out times, but not much about meals or daily activities, and there aren't many photos. It would be great to get a bit more insight into what our child is up to during the day.
That said, I feel confident leaving my child in their care and really value the consistency and kindness of the team

They are outgoing and very caring towards my neurodivergent son every time I see him he is happy and well looked after the staff go above and beyond! Due to his special needs he needs extra support and the staff have been great at helping get his ehcp, he has a good bond with all the staff
especially his key worker!

My little one always loves going to nursery, is desperate to get through the door in the mornings and never wants to leave! She's made great bonds with some of the carers which is clear to see. The team are always great and keep me updated throughout the day!

Lovely staff always kind and caring. My son enjoys everyday he spends at nursery. Always coming home with stories or play and learning. He's thrived in the environment and we believe it truly has given his the best start to education

A Good nursery. It has Good hours available which fit in with working parents. Ladies in the baby room are so lovely and kind which my daughter enjoyed. The manager at front desk is very smiley and friendly for questions.

Would like to thank the whole toddler team for making my son enjoy his days at nursery. Everyone is so happy to see you in the morning and we are always kept well I formed though out the day on what he's up to though the app. Keep up the good work all.

Amazing nursery and preschool. Staff are wonderful feel like family. Food is great my daughter tries and eats lots of different things which is so good. My daughter has grown so much in every way starting at 2 and now 4 highly recommend

The nursery and been brilliant for my two children. The staff build superb bonds with the children and all the children feel valued and included.
The nursery have wonderful family mornings throughout the year. They have created a lovely, warm and friendly environment for the children to develop.
Highly recommend.

My son has been attending Kiddi Caru for over 3 years and I have watched him grow and flourish in their care. The team are absolutely dedicated to their work and really do care! We love the Kiddi Caru family and are so thankful to the role they have played in our son's development.

We anttended our first settling in session and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. There were lots of smiles from our boy! We are really looking forward to him starting and being part of the community!

Absolutely fantastic nursery! My child started off in the baby room at approx 1.5years old, fast forward a year and she is absolutely thriving and cannot wait for the days she attends! She adores her key worker and the room leader & often speaks of them at home! Such a welcoming, warm nursery and
pro's at dealing with children who may not like change! Couldn't imagine putting my child anywhere else!

Recently started and team have been great so far. Very communicative and helpful which has made settling in very smooth.
Lots of updates on the app too which is really helpful to see food and naps. Thanks

Having now been at the nursery for over a year, the service we have received has been second to none. We have recently moved up from the Baby room into the Toddler room and the transition was very smooth and all staff made us feel very welcome and really supported us. Would highly recommend the
nursery and their lovely staff to to everyone!

Our daughter loves attending Kiddi Caru. The staff that look after her are always so friendly and are happy to see her in the morning and she always runs in and is happy to seem them too. When we collect her at the end of the day, the communication is great. They tell us what she has been doing,
what she's eaten and how she's slept. This is sometimes updated on the app too. We see observations on the app, with photos attached, so we have a good understanding of her progress. We enjoy receiving things that she has made at nursery too. We really can't fault the care at Kiddi Caru and we highly recommend this nursery!

I've had the best experience with the all staff and facilities at Kiddi Caru Ower. My little girl loves coming in everyday, and my favourite part is all of the photos we receive of her having fun! Thank you KC Ower :)

My son loves going in to nursery everyday, the staff are very caring, kind and engage well with the children. They have a vast range of equipment and activity led play and are extremely good at trying to encourage the children to do things for themselves. could not recommend them more

Kiddi caru ower is run fantastically. Every staff member really cares about the individual child and their needs. My son has been going since he was 6 months old and is now 3. He absolutely thrives there and is excited to go! The staff keep you up to date with everything that is going on. Nothing is
an issue and every experience I've had in the last 2 and a half years has been nothing but positive. The facilities there are great and what every child needs to help them learn through play to develop all their skills. The food allows them to try a range of different healthy options! Highly recommend to anyone!
