My little girl started in September and she absolutely loves it and gets so excited to go in. I am so happy with the care she receives. It is a warm, safe, and stimulating environment. The staff are patient and truly understand each child's needs.

Always so caring! Little one loves to just run in, so happy! 5 star. Becky & Elisha are amazing in my child's classroom. Sometimes my little girl doesn't always eat meals but she is a picky eater but they always provide snacks throughout if she hasn't liked the main meals that day.

We're so happy with the care our child receives at Footprints Nursery.The staff are kind, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. Our child has grown in confidence and skills, and it's lovely to see how much she enjoys her time there.
The environment is clean, welcoming, with lots of
engaging activities. The regular updates give us great peace of mind. Our child loves attending Footprints, often asking to go in on her days off. As parents we couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful, my daughter loves going into nursery. You can see that the staff genuinely care about the children which makes me as a parent feel relaxed dropping her off at nursery.

My little girl started at the beginning January and it been the best thing for her! So she started around her first birthday and the sheer excitement when I drop her off just tells me how much she loves the nursery. I'm confident that she receives the best care while she's there and they genuinely
care and love their jobs. I love the daily updates and the activities, session ideas they have for the little ones.

Joseph always comes home saying he as had a lovely day , staff keep me updated on the app on his day at footprints , staff are, lovely , He always looks forward to going, the staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble

Fantastic nursery, all staff are warm and friendly. My child is always very happy there.

Can't Fault this nursery one bit, never felt so comfortable leaving my child somewhere when having to return back to work after a long 17 months off. The App is amazing! updates daily! Not sure how the girls find the time to
do it all but couldn't thank them enough!

We honestly couldn't be happier with Footprints Nursery. Communication is absolutely brilliant - the app makes it so easy to stay in touch with staff and to keep up to date with his learning, development, meals and personal care throughout the day, which gives us so much reassurance as parents.
The
staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our son is always so happy to arrive and be greeted by his room team, which really shows the strong bonds they've built with him. Knowing he feels safe, secure and cared for means everything to us.
The facilities are fantastic, with such a lovely range of engaging activities that clearly support the children's learning while still being fun and exciting. It's clear how much thought and care goes into everything they do.
We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing, supportive and professional nursery - we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

My son has attended footprints for 3 years, since he was 10months old. They have always provided excellent care and my sons loves attending and I always excited to tell his teachers what we have doing at home. He is also always excited to share with myself and his dad all the fun things he's done
whilst at nursery!

My daughter has been at footprints wallsend nursery since she was 10 months old, she is now 2 years old almost 3 and the staff here at footprints have been amazing with her. They are all polite and understanding and very helpful with what ever comes along.
The nursery itself has the best equipment
for learning and growing with a nice play area also outside.
This is by far the best nursery and I feel safe and reassurred leaving my daughter there whilst I work. 10/10 for every aspect.

Footprints has been a wonderful experience for my now 3yo. He has going since he was but 9 months old and its the highlight of his week. The staff are attentive to the needs of the children and demonstrate endless patience. They have put in place individual plans to support development when needed
and provide regular updates. The facilities are as good as the staff, with a large outdoor space to go along with a range of indoor activities. Food wise my son eats like a King and has helped expand his palette.

All staff are so caring and thoughtful beyond their role, they all have such beautiful relationships with my daughter and the other children. Any concerns they help with instantly and my daughter's development has been encouraged and supported evidently and she has came on so well. They have lovely
outside resources and try and push for outside play as long as it's weather permitting, take the children on lovely trips and have great activities. They are fantastic regarding any safeguarding and ensure their safety is at forefront. I have recommended this nursery several times and will continue to do so as my daughter is super happy to go into nursery everyday and I have no worries as I know she is safe and cared for above and beyond

Amazing care from the very start, always putting children's needs first, encouraging independent behaviour enhancing skills.
Staff are amazing, always very informative on handovers, the app always being updated during the day!
Overall I wouldn't have my child go anywhere else, I even secured a
place for my unborn child to guarantee a nursery place in the future.

Can't fault any of the girls at footprints. As an anxious mother returning to work after maternity they go above and beyond to make sure my little girl is having the best experience and keep my mind at ease and have helped creating the most smoothest transition. They seem to genuinely care about all
of the kids and make such a fuss of them all which is exactly what you want. One month in and my daughter has advanced so much since attending.

The team at Footprints are amazing. Sending your child to nursery for the first time is daunting and the team couldn't have been more caring and accommodating. My son loves his time with the team, you can tell they really care for him and he has fun when he's there. They regularly share updates with
parents, their flexibility with changing routines and replying to parents is impressive. It makes me happy to see him excited when he recognises those who work with him when I drop him off. I know he is in good hands and that's the most reassuring thing. They really have exceeded all of my expectations.

The staff are lovely and you can clearly see how much they care about the children's wellbeing. I couldn't fault anything at all. Although my child hasn't been attending for long, I felt comfortable from day one knowing she was in the best care.

Footprints Day Nursery is all round amazing! The staff go above and beyond to ensure my daughter has the best time when she is at nursery, my daughter was nervous when she first started and now she is thriving in the setting and enjoys nursery so much now!
