Over the past five years, both of our daughters attended Nannie Annies - from the 'Baby Willow' room right through to 'Mighty Acorns' - they've loved every minute. It's such a warm, nurturing nursery with wonderful staff who create a safe and happy environment. Our girls formed strong bonds with so many of them, and every member of the team has been a real credit to the nursery throughout their journey. Communication with parents has always been great, and we've loved seeing all the updates, photos, and little milestones. The girls especially enjoyed the outdoor learning and regular outings, which made every day feel like an adventure. They've learned and grown so much, and have been so well prepared for school - even though, to them, it's always just felt like fun! We couldn't recommend Nannie Annies more. It's a truly special place that gives children such a happy start and gives parents real peace of mind.

Both of my children attended Nannie Annie's from 12 months until the age of 4, and the experience has been exceptional. The care, dedication, and attention provided by the team ensured that both children were enthusiastic and well-prepared to begin preschool, resulting in a seamless transition. The staff consistently demonstrate creativity in their approach to learning, fostering curiosity and imagination. The nursery is truly inclusive, celebrating a wide range of occasions and faiths with genuine effort and thoughtfulness. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on outdoor learning and exploration, with children regularly enjoying time in nature as well as a variety of enriching trips and adventures.

My son started Nannie Annie's just after his first birthday and recently left almost 3 years later to take his next step into big school. He absolutely adored Nannie Annie's and still refers to it to this day as his 'friends house'. The care, nurture, patience and commitment that every single one of the staff provide the children is truly remarkable and I know the transition to school was so easy for my son because of what the nursery do to make sure all their children are equipped with everything they need (independance, kindness, curiosity) to take their next steps at school. Most importantly my son was just so happy at Nannie Annies from the very start to his last day there and as a parent knowing your child is happy every day is everything.

Nannie Annies has been nothing short of exceptional for my daughter - I truly believe it is the best nursery out there, and no other even comes close. From the moment she started, I knew it was the only place I would ever fully trust with her care. The love, warmth, and genuine dedication from every member of staff has been incredible, and it's clear they treat each child as their own. I've watched my daughter flourish in confidence, development, and happiness thanks to the supportive environment and thoughtful activities they provide every day. We are so grateful to have found Nannie Annies - it has been an amazing experience from start to finish.

My children have absolutely flourished at Nannie Annies. I still remember when I first became a parent and would see the children outside on the green in their little yellow jackets, happily engaged with the teachers, smiles all around. That was the moment I knew my child had to be part of Nannie Annies. I lived on a road with another nursery nearby and often saw their outings too, but the difference was clear - those children didn't look nearly as engaged. And you can't fool children; their joy speaks for itself. The love my children, especially my eldest, have for Nannie Annies and its staff is such a wonderful thing to witness, and I know it's genuinely valued by the team too. I'll admit, I was initially very against the idea of nursery. The thought of leaving my child with others didn't fill me with joy. But Nannie Annies has proven to be a true home away from home. This nursery is everything a parent could hope for.. safe, clean, and filled with loving staff. The teachers are attentive and make sure each child feels valued. I appreciate their communication with parents and the way they encourage learning through play. My daughter has blossomed here, and I have complete peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands.

From day one, this nursery has exceeded my expectations! The staff truly care about each child and create such a fun, engaging, and loving environment. My daughter is always excited to go, and I can see how much she's grown in confidence and skills. They offer great activities, nutritious meals, and excellent communication with parents. I highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a place where their child will thrive!

Our second son is greatly enjoying his time at Nannie Annie’s. This is evident when he runs through the door to meet his care worker. We are also so happy with all the different activities and learnings that he is exposed to.

Our 1 year old baby joined Nannie Annie’s this year and we have just been blown away with the level of care, creativity and outstanding environment for our baby. I must admit I was a bit hesitant at first as it’s more expensive vs other nurseries, but having experienced Nannie Annie’s it is truly worth every penny and more! We have 3 children so have seen different nursery settings and nothing, and I mean nothing at all, compares or comes even close to Nannie Annie’s. For example, every day our baby is involved in 2 planned fun learning activities e.g. making pizza or cookies, outings in the park, arts and crafts, which is devised by the learning lead with a PHD in child development and her weekly plan for the children is crafted with much thoughtfulness and love. The babies do the most amazing things, so much so that her older siblings are jealous. Our baby gets delicious organic meals 5 times a day and she loves the food at nursery. It’s the best nursery ever! We highly recommend it!

Our daughter has been at Nannie Annies since March 2023 and in the past 9 months, she has become a happy and confident girl. We are delighted by the care shown to her, the safeguarding, the learning opportunities, the trips offered, the structure of the curriculum, the varied food menu, and the excellent staff.

My son has been attending Nannie Annies for the past six months and we love it. They put a lot of care into the settling process, and I have always felt that he is happy and content in their care. All of the team are very nurturing, warm and communicate really well on all aspects of my son's day and development. The activities and curriculum are second to none, and there are many opportunities for parents to be involved also. I couldn't recommend enough.

An excellent nursery. My son has been attending since he was a year old. The curriculum they teach the kids is really good and diverse. The staff are lovely and proactive in meeting the developmental needs and easing any concerns first-time parents might have. It is expensive, but you genuinely get what you pay for. You can’t put a price on peace of mind when it comes to your children, and you get complete peace of mind that your child is well looked after at this nursery.

Ten out of ten, couldn’t ask for more, above and beyond nursery who care for our children. Everything is so well structured and designed we haven't faulted it yet. Would recommend and do recommend one hundred percent to everyone we speak to in our boat.

It is a nervous time sending your child to nursery and letting go for the first time but I could not be happier with Nannie Annies. Everything about the nursery is excellent but above all, it is the obvious care from all of the practitioners which I think sets it out from the rest. The nurture and keenness to ensure that each child’s needs are met is exceptional. My son has thrived here and I am thrilled to be part of the Nannie Annies family, I say family because that is what it feels like!

The team and culture at Nannie Annies are outstanding and it really is a home away from home where the children are treated like family. The activities are extremely well planned with a high degree of educational structure, but also fun. Communication is consistent and to a very high standard and the home-cooked food is healthy, varied and organic. It's great to see money constantly being invested back into the nursery, and into activities and events for the children such as bike lessons, ballet/dance classes, in-house spa days, trips to museums and cinema screenings, all planned and executed expertly. When our eldest left to start school the graduation ceremony was absolutely incredible. Thank you for helping us to create such special memories. All 5 stars are thoroughly deserved and I would highly recommend Nannie Annies to anyone. I only wish we'd have joined from our previous nursery sooner.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 6 months old and is now 2 years old. The team at the nursery are commendable, they care tremendously about what they do. The care they have shown my son is exceptional. He has developed, is happy and loves nursery along with his friends and teachers. The nursery pays great attention to the STEM criteria and provides parents updates on development, milestones and progress throughout the year, enabling parents to reflect on activities etc when the child is not at nursery enabling reinforcement so the child can really embed some key skills at this age. The children are encouraged to try new things and interact with such exciting activities. Nannie Annies Day Care Nursery has been amazing for my son and us and we are very grateful to have our son at this nursery.

Our daughter has attended Nannie Annie’s since she was a baby (she is now three). I can’t recommend this nursery enough. The team at the nursery take the greatest care with every aspect of a child’s well being, education and happiness and our daughter has come along leaps and bounds under their care. She loves attending and is excited when she knows she’s going to nursery. The children are encouraged to try new activities all the time and all of their activities are curated in an imaginative and thoughtful way with a learning outcome attached. The nursery uses an app and we receive 2-3 updates per day with pictures and a log of food. We also receive weekly updates specific to our daughter. This means we can talk about her day and try and reinforce some of the learning at home. The children take part in yoga, drama, dance, music, Italian and French as well as weekly STEM activities, science experiments and art. Best of all it is a loving family atmosphere that puts the children first.

Nannie Annies Day Care Nursery is a caring and nurturing environment with a personal touch. My son has thrived since he started at Nannie Annie’s and we are looking forward to sending our daughter there later in the year. I was very anxious about sending my son to nursery but it has been a wonderful experience for all of us.

Both of my children were in the care of Nanny Annies once it opened until they were off to school/preschool. They absolutely flourished under the care of the Manager and her team. The staff pay attention to their individual needs and really tailor their care and education to each child's level. The nursery itself is gorgeous. Clean and completely designed with children in mind. I found my experience with Nanny Annies to be great - flexible, accommodating, and most importantly - trusted that my children were well looked after and in safe hands.
