I would not recommend this nursery at all. My child only attended for two months and it wasn't a great experience from start to finish. We were given just two days' notice that their room was closing due to staffing issues, and the communication throughout our time there was consistently poor. Staff
were not consistent, and at no point did I even know who my child's key worker was.
It also took over two months to resolve an incorrect bill because I couldn't get hold of the family care team. Despite numerous phone calls, I still haven't had any contact back from them.
When the room closure was announced, the nursery offered no real support in helping us find alternative childcare. All they provided was a generic council phone number that just rang out, and even after asking for help, none was given.
Overall, a very bad experience. Unreliable communication, disorganisation, and no support for families. I certainly wouldn't recommend this nursery.

My son has just completed his first month at Partou Yeadon Day Nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As a nervous first-time mum, the thought of leaving him was daunting, but the incredible team have made the transition so much easier for both of us. He attends one day a week, and
every visit is met with warmth, care, and genuine attention to his development. The updates throughout the day are so reassuring and really help me feel connected to what he's doing. It's clear the team take a real interest in getting to know him and supporting his growth.
I'm so grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Knowing he's in such capable and caring hands has made all the difference. Thank you!

My daughter previously attended this nursery and my now my 12 month old does. The staff are excellent and my son really likes being around them and is very comfortable and happy, they are all so polite and friendly. They take them out regularly and always have lots of activities going on and update
the parent app constantly throughout the day so I know what my little one is up to, they never miss updates and this has really improved from when my daughter attended. It is a great nursery and I would highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending Partou Yeadon Day Nursery & Preschool since November and she has settled in lovely.
The staff and managers have all been amazing! The environment is warm friendly and welcoming. The staff follow her home routine sleep patterns where possible. Staff give good updates
at the end of the day and always make time to answer any questions you may have. My daughter seems to really enjoy nursery and she always looks happy when I get updates on the app. She is engaging in a wide range of activities and developing new skills.

Both of my boys have been going to Partou Yeadon Day Nursery for 6 months. The nursery is set within Nunroyd Park and is very well maintained. Its always clean and tidy. The staff are exceptional, always friendly and eager to update us on the boys achievements. Our kids love going to nursery and
always come home telling us what crafts or stories they've been doing.
We highly recommend this nursery when we speak to other parents.

Perfect setting in a lovely big park. Not only was my daughter given so much love, cuddles, and support to settle in, but the nursery staff understood the difficulty of letting go of the 24/7 parenting giving regular updates and photos to put my mind at ease. This has continued in the perfect amount
for us to follow her time at nursery and know she's ok each day. Really impressed with the activities and provision, so pleased we chose this nursery!

Amazing staff and a lovely setting. They are fantastic and help your child get settled in quickly. They try and keep them as close to your home routine as they can. Lovely sensory room for younger children. Highly recommended.

My twins were 10 months old when they started attending this nursery. The staff have always been really good with them, very caring and reassuring especially during the morning drop-offs. They've always provided updates on how the twins are getting on throughout the day and they've got in touch if
needed. They've also answered any queries from my side promptly and professionally. Thank you!

Both of my boys attend this nursery. The staff and leadership team are amazing, I am so glad I moved my children here. All the activities are carefully thought out and they both love to come. The building is clean and looked after and I often notice the attention to detail for things such as
displays being updated and pictures etc. Great place, and a great team.

We're so pleased we chose Partou for our child! He has settled into nursery so well, which I attribute to the wonderful staff and lovely surroundings. Leaving your child at nursery isn't easy, but I have every confidence in the staff as I can see what a wonderful relationship they are building with
my son.

I knew my daughter would take some time to settle into preschool, but I trusted she was in the right place. All the staff were really welcoming and knowledgeable, they all made such an effort to help my daughter feel safe and entertained. She now bounces into the nursery and mentions staff and other
children fondly. I appreciate the updates and correspondence with staff and their honesty.

Our daughter has settled into Partou very quickly and always looks forward to coming. The staff are all friendly and have built up an excellent relationship with our daughter. The space is perfect for toddlers to have freedom and the outdoor space is a great addition for summer.

Really happy with my son's care and development since he has been attending nursery. His motor development has especially improved. The whole team are great with him, especially with his allergies.

Really friendly staff - always helpful and kind. Lovely variety of activities, including outdoors. Always lots of learning - alphabet, numbers, colours, Spanish class - as well as learning key skills around life eg: socialising with others - always learning in a fun way.
The food is always of good
quality and variety.
The nursery is always clean.

My daughter has been coming to Pebbles for 1 month now and I'm so glad we chose them! The team are professional, caring and I have no concerns about her welfare the entire time she is in their care. Communication has been excellent and I can't believe the change in my daughter in this month she has
been here.
The rooms are full of age-appropriate toys/games and she's entertained the whole time she is there.
Honestly can't thank you all enough - you've made something I was dreading really smooth and painless!
