Our little girl has been attending Bright Horizons Ewell Road since March 2025 and its been a delight! She's settled in really well, is particularly fond of her key person, and the communication is great! Its very upsetting that we have to move and leave this wonderful nursery!

Kind, caring and nurturing. The staff provide a fun and educational space for play and learning. Our little one goes in with the biggest smile as he knows he is about to have a great day. They have supported his naps and walking. Would recommend.

Nursery staff are welcoming, friendly and caring. Very creative activities to stimulate learning and engagement. Great daily feedback and photos! Thank you for the recent special Mother's Day cards and gift too - so sweet!

I've been so impressed with this nursery recently and wanted to follow with another review to express my gratitude. The staff are amazing, especially one member of staff in particular, our son's key person, who has a special bond with him and nurtures him wonderfully. A huge thank you as well to another member of staff, the toddler room team lead, for her experience, knowledge, and genuine care, as well as the entire toddler team for being so sweet and skilled. Thanks also to the management team for their hard work and creativity, particularly the nursery manager, who has been supportive and helpful from the start. The nursery itself is fantastic, with great room setups-like an indoor slide, quiet reading corner, and free-flow garden access with bikes and fun toys. The daily activities are engaging and well-planned, the food is nutritious, and the updates through the app and daily photos are excellent. Most importantly, my son loves it and looks forward to going every morning. This nursery is truly a gem!

This was our first experience with a nursery and we are so pleased with the everything about Bright Horizons, from the caring, nurturing nursery workers, the amazing management team, the delicious food that's being provided by the catering team and how careful they are when dealing with my son's allergies. They also always strive to do the best for him e.g. if he doesn't eat the provided lunch or dinner they will go out of their way to provide a sandwich so he doesn't go hungry. They are so communicative with issues and when he's not feeling well. He's learnt so much since going there and he loves all the activities they do and loves playing with his friends that he's made there. Choosing Bright Horizons Ewell Rd was the best decision we've made for him.

She has days full of adventure, filled with many stimulating activities and healthy meals that get logged. Everyday a post is shared so we can feel part of the day, I'd recommend Bright Horizons Ewell road to other moms!

I highly recommend Bright Horizons Surbiton Ewell Road Day Nursery and Preschool to anyone in the area looking for exceptional childcare. My daughter recently joined, following me returning to work after a few years being at home with her. Understandably a worrying time having to leave your child but the staff really helped me with the transition by putting my mind at ease with a tour of the nursery and showing me all the facilities and activities they have on site. Seeing first hand all the other children having fun, learning and being really well cared for really put my mind at ease. My daughter has settled in well, she is excited to go in every morning and comes out each day with wonderful stories of what she has been up to through out the day.

My child is really happy at the nursery and gets so much love, support and enrichment from the staff. The recent addition of things, like the wellness room for the children to do yoga and practice breathing, has been so beneficial for managing his young emotions. I think the team there are excellent and we are very happy.

We have both of our daughters in Bright Horizons, Ewell Road and they absolutely love it. The activities they do are endless and it's always something different, so much creativity and thought goes into making sure the children are learning and entertained. From the moment we stepped in I knew it would be the perfect place for our children. I've always felt the girls are safe and looked after really well. They both run in and are smiling every time we collect them. They talk about the nursery when they aren't there and ask to go. Their development has improved so much since being a part of the Nursery. I'd highly recommend the staff are lovely and so helpful.

We have had a lovely experience with both our children at this nursery. Our eldest started when they recently opened and is now at school. We are happy with her development and felt she was well equipped for school. Our youngest currently attends nursery and loves going in every morning. The staff are great and the overall learning and development plan is great.

My children have been going here since it opened. I love everything about this place. Initially, I was on the fence about sending my daughter to a Bright Horizons, in case it might not have the personal touch due to being a large company, but it is the complete opposite. The staff have always been great, the atmosphere here is always positive and fun. The kids love it and the staff here help make the nursery experience straightforward and enjoyable.

We have been so happy with Bright Horizons. Since the beginning, the staff have been kind and caring and we feel like we are part of the nursery family due to this. The nursery is clean and tidy and the food always smells good! We would 100% recommend!

My son has gone to this nursery for a year and a half and we are very pleased with his development and with the nursery, overall. The staff are caring, kind and attentive. The facilities are great and clean. I wanted to mention the baby group especially, and one staff member in particular, for developing a great connection with my son and being there for him at nursery.

Ewell Road Nursery has been exceptionally welcoming and friendly to our baby and us. Within two weeks of settling in, she was smiling on her way into nursery, excited to play with her babies group and the wonderfully fun nursery team. The nursery even called me on settling-in days to check I was ok - what a caring ethos! We are very reassured that our child is thriving and so happy to join in. The nursery team are highly professional and work very well together, not to mention creative! Every day we see photos on the app of the creative activities and outings to encourage their development and confidence. Thank you Ewell Road team, for your dedication!

I love receiving the updates in the Bright Horizons app and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can check in to see what has been happening during the day. I highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a safe and stimulating childcare place for their child.

This is a very nurturing place for children and really feels like a second home. Staff are professional and well qualified. They are genuinely caring for children and provide all necessary help that a child (and parents) would need. They listen well to parents enquiries or issues and address them in a very satisfactory way, are flexible in their approaches to children and always try to cater to every child’s development need or learning pace. The cost might be a little high but worth the quality of care and also worth the peace of mind and assurance that the child is in a safe environment. My child joined Bright Horizons nursery following a bad experience that he had in a previous nursery. The staff really worked on understanding my child's personality, character and past experience and truly helped my child to overcome such bad experiences from the past! I can see that my child became independent, has amazing friendships with the other children, and learned positive discipline.

She is very happy there, and it is very reassuring to know that she is in a safe environment with people who care for her. Amazing nursery with very supportive team of staff. They cater to every need, including my changing work patterns! I’m so grateful to have them on our doorstep. They have made going back to work so much easier and we couldn’t be more happy. It’s a shame we are relocating soon and we can’t bring the nursery with us! I would recommend it to anyone! My son is so happy at this nursery. The staff are so patient with him and he does lots of lovely activities that keep him busy every day! Everyone at the nursery really takes the time and effort to get to know your child and you as parents.
