This nursery is amazing, the staff are so friendly and caring towards my little one. They have made me feel so comfortable going back to work knowing she will be well looked after by amazing staff in the baby room. I am forever grateful, as it's so hard to know your having to work and not being
there for all those special moments they have made that transition so easy and put me at ease.
I can't thank you all enough!

Cannot fault the nursery.
Staff are amazing with the children.
My son really enjoys going to nursery. Always so happy and bubbly when we pick him up.
Staff are very good at feeding back what my con has done throughout the day.

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was 8 months old she absolutely adores all the staff and enjoys her days at nursery. Her development since attending the nursery is amazing and I can not fault anything. Management are very efficient and friendly such an amazing team.

My child is starting to settle really well and enjoys playing and comes home and tells me the fun he's had at nursery.
He's starting to interact really well which makes me happy.
He's enjoying his food there too and starting to eat a lot more.
I love that I get updates and how well my child is
doing.

The staff at Monkey Puzzle are absolutely brilliant! I'm very grateful to have such a lovely nursery on our doorstep with such caring staff who really go that extra mile to look after our little boy. The details in their observations never go unnoticed and everything they write relates to what he's
interested in and things he does and says! We are always greeted with smiles and happy faces on drop off and pick up, and if anything needs bringing to our attention they are hot off the mark! 10/10. Great nursery

We are incredibly happy with monkey puzzle! The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children's well-being and development. Our son has grew so much since joining-he loves the activities, has made wonderful friends, and comes home excited to share what he's learned. The
communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel reassured that he is in a safe, nurturing environment. Thank you to the amazing team for creating such a happy place for our little one!

The staff are very helpful with encouraging the children to play together. I am very proud of how far my child has grown with the help of the nursery, all staff are pleasant and supportive. The weekly updates give parents an insight into the environment and give peace of mind when away from the
child. Overall I think the nursery is doing fantastic with how many children they have and the way every child is engaged equally.

Monkey Puzzle is the Bee's Knee's of Nurseries in Stafford. Our son has been going there now for over 18months. He started in the baby room and now is in the toddler room. All the way through they have supported Ted and given good feedback through his progressision each week. My child really enjoys
coming to Monkey Puzzle and we highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nursery for their child.

My son absolutely adores everything about Monkey puzzles. His confidence has grown so much, he loves his yoga sessions and his French lessons and is always in the garden! He's always doing different activities, messy play, reading. Everything. The staff are lovely, open to communication and
handovers are given after every single session. Communication with management is quick, efficient and really simple. We love Monkey Puzzles and are going to be so sad when he graduates this year!

The nursery has always supported and worked with me and my child from the start, they help work hand in hand with the learning and skills my child needs to learn both at home and at nursery. The communication between them and ourselves is very strong, regardless of how hard the subject might be. My
child is very settled in the nursery and has come on leaps and bounds since starting there. We couldn't thank the staff and management enough for all the continued support of our child's education and continued support in the family in general. Monkey Puzzle isn't just a business or a nursery, it is a family, they all make you feel so welcome and so safe to be around.

Monkey Puzzle is a warm, friendly nursery that really cares about its kids. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting there and is a happy, sociable little girl. The staff are all fantastic, and there is a great range of activities for the children to do set out each day. Facilities
are good, particularly the outdoor space. They have an onsite kitchen and are fed home-cooked well-balanced meals daily.

Amazing nursery, such lovely staff, and a tidy Environment. Would definitely recommend it to others due to the high standards of learning and also the kindness the staff brings. It is such a lovely nursery.

We moved our child to Monkey Puzzle from a childminder setting about 12 months ago, and it was the best move ever. Since then, she's transformed from a shy, reserved little girl into a happy, confident child who's always wanting to learn.
The staff are really friendly and communicative and keep us
informed. The app is great for seeing what she's been up to during the day too, with photos, updates on her progress as well as being informative about what she's eaten, toilet, etc...
Overall, it's obvious our child is engaged during her nursery time and she comes home tired and happy, which is a credit to all at Monkey Puzzle.
Would highly recommend it.

My son has attended Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Stafford since he was eight months old, he is now two years and ten months old. With the help of the lovely staff at the nursery, they have helped my son progress in all areas of learning. I have regular updates on an app, so I am able to see what area
of learning they have been focusing on. My son is happy and content when he is at nursery, if I ever have any worries, I am reassured straight away. My son has an allergy issue with foods, and whilst I am going through a stressful time with the doctors, the nursery has been so helpful in cooperating with not only myself but with my son's needs to ensure he has the appropriate foods at meal times. Thank you again to all the staff at Monkey Puzzle.

Monkey Puzzle has been brilliant for my son; he's been there since six months old and has thrived in his development. His walking and communication skills are improving and can understand what he's saying. The staff work really hard and are non-stop in their roles. They are very accommodating to
work around you and your child, which is great because each child develops differently. My son goes in with no problem and really enjoys himself. The food is always great, and he's tried lots of different varieties, which is great. It's a brilliant nursery, and so pleased my son enjoys it there.

I have always had a positive experience with the care of my child whilst at Monkey Puzzle and the general concern for safeguarding and everyone's well-being. My child is always happy to go to nursery, full of excitement when I collect him, with lots to tell me about his day and often crafts to bring
home, which we always love. My child loves the food at the nursery and loves the outside area. I am always satisfied with the friendly and helpful staff and have had a brilliant experience sending my child here.
Management has always done their utmost best to cater my working hours around my child's care to the best of their ability, taking a massive weight off my shoulders, and it is always appreciated.

My son has been with the nursery since September 23. At first, he didn’t settle at all!
It took 5-6 months before I could drop him off and didn’t cry or cry when picking him up! It took a lot for me as a first-time mum to trust that the team knew best. To continue to believe he would settle in
time and to trust the process! Every day I did a handover in the morning, and the team communicated via the app during the already busy day to keep me updated and reassured!
We had a few tough months with being unwell weekly and generally not settling, but the team and management worked with me and my son to make every day a more enjoyable one. I trust the team and the processes. I believe they listen to me, and nothing is too much. I’m confident that my little boy is now happy and in the best place to learn and thrive. All members of the staff my son at 19 months know and talks about at home. I definitely would recommend - my son loves the daily activities, the fish, the outside area and the staff.

Very good nursery! Always keeps me updated on my daughter's progress and is forward-thinking with her learning. Always take in all festivals and get everyone involved. My daughter has been here since she was four months old, and loves it here. A lovely bunch of staff - always smiling.
