My son started at Fennies Woking about 3 months ago. This is his 3rd nursery (due to house moves and waiting lists) and by far the best setting he has attended. He settled in very quickly and has walked in happy and confident most mornings which is a new experience for us as he took a long time to settle previously. The activities and updates provided by the staff are excellent and my son looks forward to telling us all about what he's been up to with his friends, he's learnt so much already. I have been impressed by all the staff too. Everyone from across the whole nursery has been very friendly and the staff has gone out of their way to be helpful. I am so glad we found Fennies Woking.

Fennies is an excellent nursery and our daughter was very happy here. The staff were all excellent. It's a happy feeling nursery. There's lots of space for the kids in the venue and the outdoor play area is fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic. Caring, wonderful, thoughtful team ensuring my son had a great day, every day. Many of the team are parents themselves and very understanding. Delicious and plentiful fresh food of regular snacks and meals, all reported daily via the app. Photo updates and many fabulous themes and celebrations throughout the year. Fun, big garden and clean, spacious rooms and facilities. My son has had a fantastic start for school, sad to leave but with many happy memories. The graduation ceremony and party to follow it are a really lovely touch, above and beyond expectations! Highly recommended.

My child has been at Fennies since a baby in the baby room, she is now graduating from pre-school and ever since the beginning see absolutely loves going to nursery! She loves the staff her friends, as a parent it is such a relief to be able to leave her at nursery knowing she is well looked after and that she loves it there. She is so ready for school and all thanks to the hard work of all the teachers teaching her all the key things (and more) she needs for school readiness. I would highly recommend Fennies Woking to any parent, for us it was without a doubt the best decision.

Our son has attended Fennies since 2022, and we couldn't be happier. The food is excellent, the campus is beautiful, and most importantly, the care is exceptional. He has Epilepsy and SEN needs, and the staff and management are always on top of his medication and well-being. Their support gives us total peace of mind.

We have had the most wonderful experience at Fennies Woking. The staff and managers are just incredible. They have always gone the extra mile for our son (and for us). Couldn't have navigated the last three years without them! Thanks, thanks and thanks again :)

Our little girl loves her time at Fennies! The staff are so lovely and the setting is so much nicer with more space than a lot of the other nurseries we visited. Our girl settled really quickly and loves her key worker. Would recommend!

We moved from another nursery to here and are very happy with the care they provided for my son. They identified when there was a change in behaviour and resolved it promptly as well. Happy we are with Fennies

Lovely staff who are kind and attentive to the kids. The processes and policies are clear and well communicated and adhered to. My 4-year-old has thrived since joining a year ago and hasn't had a single day where she hasn't wanted to go into nursery (very different to her previous nursery, where she didn't want to go). I also have a 1-year-old in the baby room, and she absolutely loves it and the staff. Big outside space and bright rooms.

Really fabulous nursey! My son is in the discovery's room and I know that he always has the best time. All the ladies are really kind and helpful and special mention to one of them thanks ladies for being so wonderful!

Our daughter has been at Fennies for 3 years, and our son is now going too. We've been so impressed with how much thought and effort the staff put in. The activities they do with the kids every day are varied and great, they've supported our daughter really well through the big transitions (learning to walk, moving to the next year group etc) and their management always know what is going on in the rooms. Many of the staff are like an extension of our family and both our children are very happy there.

The team at Fennies Woking have all been amazing and so welcoming. I trust that my daughter is in good hands. Her key worker has been so friendly and thorough. I appreciate her honesty when she tells me how my daughter is settling in. The team were quick to identify "triggers" which make my baby upset and find new and interesting things to help calm her. But, the thing I've been impressed with most is that you've managed to get my daughter to nap - even we struggle at home. Can't wait to see how much my baby will grow here.

I am very happy with Fennies - The Manager and team have been amazing in overseeing the turnaround and have worked hard to get to the Ofstead rating they truly deserve. The rooms are lovely and the large garden space is currently having a refresh. The care, fun and development shown by all of the team and also the reassurance/guidance for me as a first-time mum have been so appreciated. Our son has gained so much in terms of confidence, experience, and vocabulary and as much as he will miss his "teachers" and friends, he has been given a fantastic start to his school journey. He is always talking about his key worker and can't wait to get inside for more fun. Weekend special events are a great extra and for kids to show us all their favourite activities. The app is great offering real-time updates and the daily photos/updates on what they have been up to are a delight to read - also helps decode some of the stories on the way home! We will miss you all!

We have had an extremely happy time at Fennies Woking, and have always felt that our son has been very well looked after and cared for. The staff have been fantastic, there is a lot of love and support provided.

Very disappointing behaviour overall, extremely poor management, stretched staff and not up-to-standard care. We have taken our child out of this nursery after realising that the only good thing about it was the setting. Even though there were teachers there who put the effort in, the crux of the matter is that there were way too many children and as a result, they were not properly looked after. We've picked our child up dirty, injured and on many occasions waiting for the staff to find him in the class, as he was out of sight completely. He developed the habit of biting his nails during his stay at the nursery, his bottom would be unwiped and sore and upon him leaving the nursery we haven't received his final assessment for our records, even though I asked for it twice in the following 3 months of his departure. I would avoid it. It's unnecessarily expensive and poorly managed, and all the good teachers eventually left, as well as lots of other children in my son's class.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience at Fennies Nursery. Once our child settled in, he became excited when he entered the room, which shows how well he is cared for and how safe he feels. The staff has been wonderful, and Fennies Nursery does an excellent job updating the app with photos and details about his activities, meals, and even how often he is changed. The key person assigned to our child keeps us informed about his development and is always available to discuss any concerns. We would have continued to stay if we weren't moving out of Woking. Highly recommend!

We moved our two children to the nursery in January after moving to the area. The nursery were really supportive in arranging the transition for us. We were really worried about how the children would settle but we shouldn’t have, they love it there. They run into their rooms first thing in the morning which is a testament to how comfortable they feel in such a short space of time. They are both thriving, every day they do different activities and learn about new things that they are excited to come home and talk about. The outdoor space is huge! The app they use is great, so many photos and great communication about what the children are up to! It is expensive compared to others but I think you definitely get what you pay for.

Both our sons have been through Fennies, from the baby room to toddlers. Our oldest is now at school and our youngest is only leaving because we are moving overseas. We have been proud Fennies parents, grateful for the care and creativity that our sons have experienced. The staff have all been wonderful. Our sons have been happy to go to nursery, excited to see staff and friends, and they have built relationships of support and learning that have given them such a great start to their experience of education. We will miss everyone at Fennies very much.

Fennies Nursery Woking has always exceeded in delivering a tailored experience for my son and has been supporting him through his developmental milestones, from sitting up unaided to weaning. The staff in the explorer's room have played a key part in this and are a credit to the nursery.

Fennies is an excellent nursery and our daughter was very happy here. The staff were all excellent. It's a happy feeling nursery. There's lots of space for the kids in the venue and the outdoor play area is fantastic.
