My daughter loves her days at Bright Horizons surrounded my warm and nurturing staff members who constantly come up with creative ways to teach her and keep her busy and happy. She is smiling when I drop her off and smiling when I pick her up which fills me with comfort.

My wife and I are eternally grateful for the amazing staff we have at bright horizons Leatherhead who have taken our boys from strength to strength. They love it and we love it and are confident it was the best choice we ever made.

Fantastic mgmt, fantastic practitioners- our little one has a great time here- and we're really pleased to say we feel really comfortable with her set up and her learning & development environment.

Our 5 year old attended from age 1- 4.5 years old, and our one year old now also attends. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Our 5 year old absolutely thrived and we can't thank the Bright Horizons team at Leatherhead enough. Now our one year old has settled in, she's gaining confidence and we
are so pleased.
The team are reliable, friendly, approachable and fun!

Our son joined Bright Horizons Leatherhead in January 2025, and we've been so impressed with the progress he's made. Since starting, he has shown real development across all his milestones, and it's clear that the nursery provides a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports his growth.
He
has built a wonderful relationship with his key workers, who are attentive, caring, and always encouraging. They really take the time to understand him as an individual, and we've noticed such a boost in his confidence and independence.
Most importantly, he's genuinely excited to go in each day, which says everything about how happy and settled he feels there. We're so grateful for the dedication of the whole team and the positive impact they've already had on his early learning journey.

Our son started at Bright Horizons Leatherhead in Jan when he was around 8 months old and it has been absolutely nothing but a pleasure since he first started. The staff are all outstanding and know all the children by name which is wonderful. Plagued with illness for the first six months, as
expected. The staff are so understanding and accommodating whilst navigating illnesses, teething, and separation anxiety. We are so pleased we chose to go to BH Leatherhead and would without a doubt recommend to other parents. I leave the building knowing that my son is in good hands, will be cared for, loved, and fed with nutritious meals. He's so happy when I collect him, showing how comfortable and happy he is at the nursery. His development is staggering since joining. Thank you to all the staff and management team - particularly with two members of staff in baby room for their unwaivering support.

My son started Bright Horizons in Leatherhead in April and I can't recommend it enough. He found the initial few weeks a big adaption, but the nursery staff were great with him. He now doesn't even look back when I drop him off (which is great!). The staff are so friendly, know all of the children
and it is such a warm and caring environment.

I would really recommend this nursery highly to anyone, my child really enjoys attending nursery and has created special bonds with the staff. I would say that the environment is perfect from them and you can really tell, just from the short time you spend there, that my child is really being looked
after well. My child also learns really well here and their development is going amazing too since starting. The staff are really helpful with any concerns I've ever had with anything and help me with anything I need. Overall, I just feel happy and safe to bring them here everyday and I know he feels the same.

We are very happy with this nursery - the staff are very skilled and caring, and they communicate with parents in great detail. They genuinely care about the whole family and they partner very willingly with us on anything our family needs. We can see how much our son enjoys the activities, indoors
and outdoors. The way the staff are encouraging children to socialize and become more independent is great. We also really appreciate how healthy and varied the meals are - they are all cooked onsite by a brilliant chef, who caters for each child's dietary requirements. The lovely artwork which our son brings home is a pleasure to see, and the Christmas concert was also a recent highlight. We would highly recommend Bright Horizons Leatherhead Day Nursery and Preschool.

My son started nursery at the beginning of September just before his 2nd birthday. We had a couple of teary mornings as expected but he absolutely loves going to nursery. We have the app which allows us to see what he's doing each day, activity wise and food wise which is great. We always have a
warm welcome every day and when we go to pick him up, we get a little run down of the day. Couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. Thank you to all the team at Bright Horizons Leatherhead Day Nursery and Preschool!

Wonderful experience at Bright Horizons Leatherhead!
We've been incredibly happy with the care and attention our daughter receives at Bright Horizons Leatherhead. From the moment we toured the nursery, we felt immediately reassured by the friendly, professional staff and welcoming atmosphere.
She's been there for 7 months now and really enjoys her time there. I love that we receive regular updates through the app on her progress and daily activities. We love knowing what she's got up to and what she's eaten each day.
Overall we highly recommend it to other parents.

My daughter has settled into the nursery incredibly well. The staff have all got to know her and I have been amazed at how quickly I have been able to leave her with no tears! All the staff are kind and helpful and early all care about the children.
I feel reassured knowing I'm leaving my daughter
in such safe hands!

Bright Horizons has potential with its location and facilities, but our experience was disappointing. Constant staffing changes made it hard for my son to form relationships, and he went 4 months without a key person, which is unacceptable for a child's development. Communication was inconsistent,
staff said he had a good day, others said he was upset. We also got mixed messages about his eating habits, raising concerns about attention to detail. One upsetting incident during toilet training involved a male staff member who didn't help when my 3-year-old struggled to pull his pants down. As a result, he had an accident, getting urine on his pants and shoes. This avoidable situation made him anxious about using the toilet at nursery, leading to a long-term issue of holding his urine, which we had to work hard to resolve. On another occasion, I found my son crying while the preschool group was told to stay quiet because the toddlers were sleeping. No one followed up with us afterwards.

manager and her team are outstanding. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure both our son and we felt comfortable and supported. We highly recommend Bright Horizons to any parent looking for a nurturing and professional environment for their child.

Bright Horizons Leatherhead is a great place for young children.
The staff is loving and caring and I felt safe and happy to leave my 14-month-old (back then April 2023) with them. What I appreciated highly was the love and the fact that they would comfort him every time he was upset. He was and
is always happy to go back and would hug and kiss all the staff not just his key person: this was critical for me, reassuring me this was the right choice for our family. I also appreciate the fact that staff puts real-time updates on the app about his activities in the day, like food, nappies, sleep and play (really helpful to be able to track what he is doing during the day). Another positive: the food and the fact that they have a chef and in-house kitchen is a massive plus! (not many around the area are able to provide this). The nursery also has great facilities, particularly a soundproof room where babies can sleep there. They will be the number one choice for our next baby in the future.

Bright Horizons Leatherhead Day Nursery and Preschool is a lovely nursery. My youngest child now attends, following my eldest who left four years ago. It’s been lovely to come back to. They have taught a lot in the five months he has been there and is so happy going in! It’s a great nursery to
transition from their preschool room to big school.

The nursery has been an excellent childcare setting for both my children. My daughter loved her time there before she left in 2023 to attend preschool. The staff knew her well and were extremely supportive. My son has now joined the baby room and, once again, the staff have been very welcoming and
nurturing. They have really taken the time to get to know him and support him with his developmental needs. As a result, he seems to be happy and thriving. Would highly recommend.

This nursery was the best choice for my 2-year-old daughter. She loves going there. The teachers are well educated and trained, kids do lots of activities and are in the garden a lot. They eat very healthily too. Another of my children started on the 11th of March 2024 and she already is changing so
much, sharing toys, and sitting nicely by the table. Honestly cannot recommend them enough!

The nursery has been hugely supportive of my children & myself. My eldest left to start school in September 2023 and was very well prepared thanks to her fantastic experience in preschool.
My second child is now in the toddler room having moved up from babies - the staff made her transition as
smooth as possible, doing everything they could to make it easier for her and meet her individual needs.
Staff make the effort to get to know the wider family and aim to do whatever they can to support the family unit as a whole. Highly recommend.
