Child started nursery here in January and has thrived in every way. She enjoys the activities and the outside play and have had glowing reports daily. I'm really happy with the bond she has built with her key worker and staff in the room with her, they have a fantastic connection. The office has
helped when needed, and kept up to date with any events and information. The food is a great variety and always eaten. Overall really happy with her settling into nursery here, and how I'm being updated. Daughter has really come on leaps and bounds and enjoys her nursery's days.

Excellent staff who have gone above and beyond with my children, supported me as a parent with putting plans in place and keeping me up to date with outcomes, changes and future plans there have been.
Children always happy and excited to enter the setting and see the workers and friends.
Welcoming
environment, staff are approachable and have the children's progress as a main priority.
Highly recommend to others be sad to see my children leave when the time comes for them both to leave.

What a fantastic setting, the staff go above and beyond for each individual, both my children have attended shining stars, my eldest boy left in August but he still has the huge warm welcome and inclusion when we go to pick his little sister up. I would highly recommend this nursery setting to
anyone, especially if you are a sen parent like me, all my worries soon went away when he started here. Amazing with advise and the support from management is absolutely outstanding in every aspect. The play area is fantastic, the meals are nutritional, the setting is extremely clean and safe, learning and development activities are phenomenal, and the love and care that staff give is warming. My children absolutely love it her and have made huge progression within their development.

I am just in awe with how well they have helped my little boy! It's taken him a while to get used to it, but the care and support the team have provided to help him, amazes me. He is now excited when I ask him in a morning if it's time for nursery! Everyone in the team is so helpful, kind, easy to
talk to and just make me feel at ease when they look after my child.

Never had any problems as the service all the staff provide is impeccable. Both my children have loved attending to the point of not even wanting to come home when it's home time, which just makes you realise that your children are in safe hands and attended to the way you would wish. Thank you

My daughter has been attending Shining Stars since she was 9 months old, and it's been a fantastic experience from the very beginning. She settled in so quickly, which I believe is a real testament to the caring, attentive staff who clearly love what they do and genuinely care for each child.
Shining Stars has a warm, homely feel that instantly puts both children and parents at ease. Every day my daughter is excited to go in, and it's been amazing to see how happy and confident she is there. The staff take the time to get to know each child individually, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
I couldn't be happier with the care she receives, and I'm so grateful for the wonderful team who make the nursery such a special place. Highly recommended!

My Child has loved been at the nursery since about 9 months old. My Child has come along in leaps and bounds with the communication and learning development whilst been at the nursery and the social skills have really developed too with time.
We did have one issue with the safeguarding in the summer
and this was noticed by the nursery and has not happened again since.
Would highly recommend!

Our child has come in leaps and bounds since joining the nursery. They have gone out of their way to help her settle in at her own pace. The team, especially the chef, have been dedicated to meeting our child's dietary requirements as she has multiple allergies and many places would struggle to
meet her needs. We are confident our little one is in great hands while we are at work which means the world to us.

Nothing but great things to say about Shining Stars, key workers are amazing! They go above and beyond to keep us updated throughout the day on general things and send posts & messages of activities the kids get up to. The nursery manager is lovely and is more than happy to have a meeting to
talk/update on any comms that have been distributed! My son walks in & out of nursery with a smile every time, it's like his second home!

We've had an amazing experience with this nursery. The staff are warm, caring, and truly focused on each child's development. The environment is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities.What I love most is that they're not just there for the children they support parents too. As a first-time
mum, they've helped me in every way possible, especially with my child's communication & dietary needs, which hasn't always been easy. We're very grateful for all the advice and support they've given, especially as he can be a handful at times.My little one has grown so much and comes home happy every day. I was trying to get a placement for my kids for the first time and it was so difficult, then I came across Shining Stars.
First, I was very impressed by the reception I got from the manager, She was so welcoming.
My kids were leaving home for school for the first time so my demands and expectations
were high but shining stars too care of it. My kids are happy, when I come to pick them, they communicate better and can accommodate others within the same space.
The staff team is amazing and I get multiple feedbacks about my kids and how they are working to improve.
I will definitely recommend Shining Stars any time, any day.
I would also want to ask for a possible price reduction especially when kids are doing long days, so more families can enjoy the amazingness of the service.

My little boy has been attending the Shinning Stars in the baby room since he was around nine months old, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff are wonderful with him, and it's clear how much he loves going - he's excited every morning to go see all his friends!
They offer such a wide range of activities, from sensory play to creative crafts, and he gets plenty of time outdoors, which he really enjoys. His confidence has grown so much, and he's tried a great variety of foods thanks to their meals. I'm so grateful for the loving, stimulating environment they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.

We're really happy with this nursery. Communication is excellent - the app keeps us updated throughout the day with photos, notes, and anything we need to know. The staff are very accommodating and always willing to work with us on any requests or concerns. They offer fantastic sensory activities

As my child struggles with new faces, I was made aware of someone no longer being his key worker, she private messaged me to prepare for this and has got me ready for the change, the nursery always has my sons best interest at heart and he's grown so much since being here

My little one, who's nearly two, has been attending Shining Stars for a while now, and we've had a really positive experience. The nursery is always clean and well-organised, and I appreciate the quiet nap room - it's lovely to know the children have a calm, comfortable space to rest. The nursery
also appears to have a varied, healthy food menu. The staff are warm and friendly, and I value the verbal updates I receive at pick-up - they're always reassuring and informative.
One area that could be improved is the use of the app. Individual updates sometimes come through several days later, occasionally when my child isn't even in nursery, and there aren't many personal updates overall. It's always nice to see a happy photo of my child but even in the group posts she's not always featured. Another is that invoicing was a bit confusing to begin with. Overall, though, I can see that the team genuinely care for the children and work hard to provide a nurturing, safe environment.

I was very nervous to send my baby to nursery as she was at the time fully breastfed, loved contact naps and rarely settled for anyone other than mummy. But just a few months in, my daughter LOVES going to nursery. The staff have always been very warm and welcoming; my daughter has grown quite
attached and now throws her arms out for the ladies in the morning drop off!
They show lots of care and attention to the children and I love hearing what my baby has been up to and seeing photos of her playing and exploring. They have been supportive in my daughter's growth, always encouraging her movement and keeping me updated on her achievements. The team have always been really good at staying in touch, especially in the early days when I would worry, and making sure they know our preferences as parents.
Overall, our first experience of nursery has been really positive and we would recommend.

I can't thank this nursery enough for everything they've done for my two girls since January 2024. The staff go above and beyond to make them feel happy, safe, and special - it truly feels like a home away from home. Each member of staff has made a lasting impact, showing so much care, love, and
patience every single day. My eldest has an incredible bond with the manager, who's known her since she was 6 months old and now at 2 treats her like one of her own. It means the world knowing my girls are surrounded by people who genuinely care. The nursery also has an amazing app where you can see what your children are doing throughout the day, which really helps calm your nerves when you're apart. I'll always be grateful for the warmth, kindness, and support they've shown our family.
