My daughter has been coming to KP Hoylake since she was 8 months old she is now 3.5 yrs. We have been through every room; baby's, tots, toddlers and pre school. I cannot fault. She enjoys going to nursery which says it all. The environment is warm, safe, and stimulating, with a wide range of
activities that encourage learning through play. She comes home happy, confident, and excited to talk about her day, which says everything. We've seen such a positive change in her social skills, independence, and curiosity since attending.
Communication with parents is excellent. We're always kept informed about our child's progress, daily activities, and any milestones, which gives us real peace of mind. The staff are approachable, attentive, and always happy to answer questions or offer support. What really sets this nursery apart is the genuine kindness and dedication of the team. They treat every child as an individual and create a nurturing atmosphere where children can thrive. Great menu too

A brilliant setting for both of my children! From the most caring, kind and personable staff to creative and exciting activities for them every day! The food is diverse and healthy, and they have regular trips out to the local park and beach no matter the weather ensuring the children get fresh air

As parents we cannot praise Kids Planet Hoylake enough. Choosing a nursery can be stressful, we visited several before deciding on this one. The settling in sessions calmed us but within a few weeks of our baby joining we were confident we had made the correct decision. The staff in the room were so
gentle with our baby, listened to our "new parents" concerns and always willing to work with us.
2 years on from those adorable baby moments, and our child has now progressed into a full term toddler. He has moved through the baby room to the tots room and onto the toddler room. Every move has felt at the right time and has included settling sessions to keep the transition as natural as possible for him. Every room our child has been in we have seen him progress so much.
We watch our child go bouncing into nursery confidently with a bubbly smile on his face, yet when we pick him up, he comes straight back at us with the same bubbly smile.
Every member of staff should be proud. Thank You

Our 6 year old attended Kids Planet from age 1.5 to 4, and our daughter is now there, having started at 10 months, so we've been through all the rooms from Baby to Pre School. Our children have always had the most wonderful care and attention. They know, and are known by all the staff, who are all
so warm, attentive and caring. They participate in a really good range of activities, appropriate to their age groups, and have multiple well thought out spaces to explore in the setting, as well as lovely outings where they get to connect to nature, and to the older generation on their care home visits. We are always kept well informed by staff, communication is great, and I love that we get to see pictures of our children enjoying their day on the app. Our son started school with a really good foundation of learning, and both kids have thrived under Kids Planet Hoylake's care. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Little boy joined when he was 8 months old and now over 1, since day one he has always been given so much care and loving from all staff members. So many learning opportunities and activities for him to explore and he really enjoys his days in nursery

This nursery is fantastic I could put my son or daughter anywhere else the staff are fantastic they get fed well, my kids are always happy they learn and have fun which I think is the most important thing. They simply had the best Christmas there singing all the songs and concert. My son is still
singing the Christmas pudding song at home he simply love the place and all the staff.

The reasoning behind my review is to appreciate how excellent the staff have been towards my niece and I. The atmosphere Is welcoming every morning when I take her into nursery. She always comes home with a big smile on her face, that leaves me with all the reassurance and trust that I need form the
nursery. All the staff are very well mannered and professional when communicating with them in the morning or throughout the day with any concerns. Lastly I can't help but mention how clean of an environment it is when I attend the nursery it's lovely to see a myriad of resources that you have in the corridors for parents to see and my niece and I also enjoy when the nursery is decorated for events!

Kids Planey Hoylake have looked after my daughter for 3+ years. The staff within Kids Planet Hoylake are a credit to the business. Their dedication and commitment to a child's welfare and development is second to none. Sammy and Jasmin go above and beyond every day to ensure the nursery runs
effectively and we would have been lost without them. Bekrah and Keighley are fantastic nursery staff and deserve all they are offered. Thank you to you all.

Kids Planet Hoylake has given my daughter a wonderfully supportive start to nursery life. The attentive and caring staff helped her settle in and gain confidence interacting with those outside the family, supported her speech development and learning through a variety of creative ideas, presented in
a fun, age-appropriate way. We cannot thank them enough for putting our minds at ease knowing our daughter is well cared for whilst we are not there. Management have also been very supportive for us on the administrative side of things too. Definitely recommend!

As a dad, I couldn't be happier with Kids Planet Hoylake. From day one, the team has been warm, caring, and incredibly supportive. Our child settled in quickly and absolutely loves going each day. The staff are brilliant - always friendly, attentive, and full of energy. We've seen real progress in
our child's confidence, speech, and social skills. The daily updates and photos are a great touch and really put our minds at ease. It's clear the team put so much thought and care into everything they do. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, happy, and nurturing place for their child to thrive. Kids Planet Nursery is truly outstanding! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a genuine warmth and sense of care from the entire team. The staff are incredibly attentive, always taking the time to really listen and understand each child's needs. It's clear that they go above and
beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
What I love most is how personal the care feels-every child is treated as an individual, with so much thought put into supporting their development and wellbeing. The staff show patience, kindness, and genuine affection, which makes all the difference as a parent leaving your little one in their care.
Kids Planet Nursery is more than just a childcare setting-it feels like a second home. Knowing my child is so well looked after, cared for, and encouraged every day gives me complete peace of mind. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

My daughter started Kids Planet in January 2024 and has excelled. She is happy and always wanting to go to nursery. The staff are very attentive and have supported her in learning her letters. Kids Planet is a vibrant and sociable environment and is somewhere I would recommend to parents for their

My son is in the baby room and I can't thank and praise the staff enough! I love to get the notifications on the app of what he has been up to - I love the photos and videos they post of him and seeing that he's often eaten 'all and seconds' of the food, it gives us ideas of what to cook at home
too! All staff I've met are happy and welcoming and I feel at ease leaving my baby with them, knowing he's in good hands! It isn't the cheapest nursery in our area, but you can't put a price on your child's happiness and seeing how much he is blossoming makes it all worthwhile!

My child loves coming to Kids Planet Hoylake. She’s grown a particularly strong relationship with her key worker. I love being able to log on to the app and get regular updates on what she’s doing throughout the day. Their activities are so varied and consist of things we wouldn’t do at home for the
most part (e.g. pancake making on a log fire). All the staff are so welcoming and friendly and are always so happy to have a chat at handover and to tell me all about my child's day and answer as many questions as I have (even daft ones). The best part, in my opinion, is the menu that’s provided for the kids. I often joke with friends and family that I wish I could join for lunch too as I’m sat at my desk with a sandwich whilst my child is eating seafood pasta or snacking on a ploughman’s platter.

Overall more than happy with our experience with this nursery for both of our children. Staff are very approachable and are fantastic at communicating the child's progress and next steps in learning. Our children have both been very happy attending and the staff go out of their way to make sure that
they are safe, happy and welcomed into the nursery every day. Couldn't recommend it more.

This nursery has been very inclusive of our family, they have helped us with additional advice, and paperwork and have gone above and beyond in making our son comfortable and entertained including providing a unique menu for him. We’d recommend this nursery to anyone.

Always met with extreme pleasantries. Very professional staff who take the role of security very seriously. I was prompted for a password each time picking up. It was good to be asked today when dropping off my granddaughter if she was well. I have seen lots of examples of the flow of information
from staff with my daughter. Great updates on child’s eating and play activities.

My experience with Kids Planet Hoylake is second to none. I have a 7-month-old in the baby room and they take care of my son like he's comfortably at home. He gets daily enrichment activities and is actively socialised with the other babies in what can only be described as a tender and loving
environment. The babies are given independence from an early age and I am constantly impressed with their abilities to feed themselves and manage themselves whilst under the care and guidance of the staff there.
He goes in every morning with a smile and comes home every evening with a smile, almost like he's just remembered I exist. The staff are welcoming and will remember you long before you get used to remembering their lovely faces. They listen and practice your parenting style, but ultimately encourage children to achieve what you didn't imagine possible!

Great staff who are very caring. They are all sensitive to all children’s needs. Couldn’t be happier for grandson to be part of Kids Planet family. He started in September 2023 and settled very quickly. He enjoys his days spent there and when I collect him he is always happy. I really enjoyed my
time when I was invited to visit and stay to see how he was in another environment.
