We couldn't recommend this nursery enough!
Our little one loves it here and we feel like they are really helping along with her development!
She always comes away with her smile and it's so nice to have a daily update on activities

Absolutely love this nursery both of my children have gone here and the staff remembered my daughter even though she left four years earlier. Everything is so personal and we know our children will be looked after perfectly whilst here

Our daughter has settled in so well to the nursery, the staff members are brilliant and she has warmed to them so much. Meals are varied which lots of healthy options and they do lots of crafts as well as time in the garden to keep the little ones busy.
Her confidence has grown whilst she's been
there and we have noticed lots of developmental growth, especially as they use baby sign language which she has picked up whilst being there.

I was initially very apprehensive about enrolling my daughter in a nursery and delayed the decision due to concerns about how she would settle. However, from the first day, the staff have demonstrated a consistently high standard of care, and it has been clear throughout that my daughter's wellbeing
is a priority. My daughter has now settled well, which has been a great relief, particularly as she is naturally sensitive. It is evident that she feels safe, happy, and valued, as she now looks forward to attending nursery each day. She speaks very positively about the staff and frequently mentions them at home, reflecting the strong and trusting relationships they have built with her. The nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports both learning and emotional development. Communication with parents is clear and regular, and I am always kept informed about my daughter's activities and progress. She has grown so much in confidence. I am truly grateful.

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. My daughter has been attending since she was just 8 months old and she's now 3, and we've honestly never had a problem.
On the rare occasions we've had any concerns or questions, they've always been dealt with quickly and professionally, which gives us
so much peace of mind as parents. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children.
Most importantly, my daughter absolutely adores everyone who works there. She's always happy to go in, comes out smiling, and has built such lovely relationships with the team. We're so grateful for the care, support, and kindness they show her every day.
Thank you for creating such a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for our little one

We have had a wonderful experience since our daughter started in September 2024. The staff settled her in so well, she's always enjoyed going to nursery, loves all her teachers. She has developed so much whilst at nursery, her language skills are amazing and she's smashing all her targets. They have
always been so supportive from enabling me to continue breastfeeding my daughter to being supportive during her surgery since October 2025. Thank you

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so caring with our son - it's clear how much attention and kindness they give each child. He comes home every day full of stories about all the playing he's done and the arts and crafts activities he's enjoyed, which is
lovely to hear. It's such a reassuring feeling knowing he's happy, engaged, and well looked after. We're really grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

All staff are brilliant and have the child's best interests first. My son has been teary on several mornings dropping off and naturally as a mum this makes you feel worried and upset yourself. The staff have always been so supportive in helping my son overcome this and to build his confidence and
make it a positive experience going to the nursery. Regular updates via the app which I think works really well as a parent, and staff always welcome a phone call if I ever want to. I will be sad when he leaves for school. My son comes home weekly singing songs he has learnt and knowing more numbers and words. Food and meals supplied are always of a great range and nutritional. Staff always give an hand over at the end of day when collecting with updates and messages of how the day has been. I feel they have really got to know my son. Would absolutely recommend the nursery.

Staff here are lovely and great with the kids. My son absolutely loves them and regularly calls some of them his best friends. I feel the nursery has been great in furthering my son's development and helping with teachings we do at home like potty training, alphabet etc
The age he's at now is
getting more independent so they have introduced a lot of things within nursery to help develop that independence. For example getting their own breakfast in the morning from dispensers. Now my son loves helping make his breakfast in the mornings! My son has been with this nursery for 2 years and I've never had a complaint!

I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery and the care they provide. From the outset, the team were extremely supportive in helping my foster children transition into the nursery environment, ensuring the process was gentle, reassuring, and child-centred.
The staff show a genuine commitment to
meeting each child's tailored individual needs, adapting care thoughtfully to support their emotional wellbeing and development. Communication is excellent, and I am kept well informed about progress, daily experiences, and any concerns, which is very reassuring.
The nursery staff are proactive in attending meetings and working collaboratively with other professionals, always keeping the children's best interests at the centre of their practice. They have also been very accommodating in adapting meals and snacks to meet the younger child's specific dietary needs.
Overall, this is a nurturing, inclusive, and highly supportive nursery, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

All the staff at have been absolutely amazing and the nursery is very clean and meals are great. They put me at ease as a first time Mum and couldn't ask for a better settling in process for my little girl. My little girl loves going, she's learnt lots of new skills and friends, we get updates,
reviews at pick up and lots of activities for us all to get involved with. Thank you

Highly recommend!
Our older daughter has loved her nearly 3 years at the setting and we're very glad she's got another year to go! Friendly staff, differentiation of learning and lots of fun.
Our younger daughter started in April and has settled so quickly. She has fun, eats loads of
different food and is happy! There has been great communication and we have always been listened to.
Since the change to KP we've really seen the benefits of the management having a wider support team to go.

Both of my children attend Kids Planet Nursery and they absolutely love it. They're always excited to go, enjoy all the meals, and are learning so much every day. It's been amazing to see how their confidence has grown through play, encouragement, and a really supportive environment.
The staff
are fantastic, and I love how everything is tracked on the app from meals and naps to learning activities and daily updates. The culture is warm, caring, and fun, and it really shows in how happy and settled the children are.
The nursery is always clean, well organised, and full of engaging toys and resources. The team is professional, approachable, and genuinely passionate about childcare. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my children are in such good hands. I couldn't recommend it more!

My youngest son has been at Kids Planet since 2022 and before that his big brother attended from 2019 to 2022. All the staff are great with the children of all ages, accommodating their needs day in, day out. They know the children better then they know themselves and at drop off we often don't get
a wave as my son is so excited to start his day. The app is great for looking at what they've got up to throughout the day and for communicating with staff. The refit has refreshed the nursery building and play equipment - the children love the space they are in and all the toys.

An excellent nursery, that is constantly evolving and upgrading to meet the children's needs.
I love all the new imaginative play areas.
The food is well liked by my child.

A fantastic nursery, from baby room through to pre school. Staff are fantastic, menu is excellent and varied. The app helps us to 'stay in touch' with our little ones and see what fun they're having etc. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been with Kids Planet since 10 months old. She is turning 2 next week. My daughter was born 10 weeks premature and was on oxygen for 6 months upon discharge from hospital. It was therefore very important picking a nursery setting that we both, as parents, felt was a safe place where
we could fully put our trust in the care for her. I cannot fault this nursery at all, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds and a lot of it is down to how she is treated and cared for at Kids Planet. She runs in most mornings and as soon as we mention the word nursery she jumps with excitement. Which is all we could have ever wanted for our teeny tiny baby who was so delicate to turn into such a confident little girl.

So pleased we chose Kids Planet. We genuinely feel so trusting of the staff; they're enthusiastic, knowledgeable, caring, and you can see all the children love them. Our daughter needs some help settling in a morning and the staff are so patient and kind. We would highly recommend the setting.

My son has been at this setting since he was 10 months old, the staff in the baby room are wonderful and I always felt so at ease leaving them in his care.
Since going into the toddler room and being at an age where he is more aware of being left he has been abit teary on arrival, but the girls
always greet him with a smile and comfort him and get him settled.
I believe he has learnt alot through his time in the setting and has grown so much in confidence.
We have had a few injuries from other children by way of biting/, scratching but the staff are quick to communicate this back to parents and are responsive to any concerns.
As a busy mum, not having to pack nappies, wipes etc every day is also super helpful!
You don't seem to be able to speak directly to accounts over the phone which can be frustrating.
