Fabulous nursery, lovely staff who genuinely care about the children. It has a really nice family vibe to it as you get to know majority of the staff. They always put on lovely things for the children to do during the year. Both my children have attended and loved being there.

I've been with Kids Planet at Loughborough Road since my first born joined in May 2022 and our time there has been amazing. All the staff are super friendly and I love my chats with them. They'll give me full feedback of my child's day. I love the building and gardens which is what first attracted
me to the nursery, really big and lots of room to run around and play. My first child is at school now but when we drop his brother off, he always wants to see the preschool staff before we leave for school. Also when picking my youngest up, he never wants to leave lol I'm really thankful for my time at this place, ive got so many good memories seeing the boys have lots of fun and making so many friends. They've developed so quickly as well thanks to the staff. I've also made some lovely friendships with the mums that I still see now for play dates even though our oldest are at school. I can't recommend them enough! Xxx

I've been happy with this nursery. Both of my daughters have attended, from the baby room through to pre-school, and I've always felt confident that they are well cared for. The staff are kind, attentive, and always listen to any requests I have. The manager is approachable and understanding, which
makes communication easy. Overall, I'm very pleased I found this nursery-even though it's not in my local area-and I would happily recommend it.

We love the nursery and our daughter loves being here. We've always felt she is looked after and cared for so well. She's thrived here under the care of the staff team.
Activities are great and the outdoor space is amazing.
We'd highly recommend kids planet Loughborough Road to everyone.

This nursery is just so lovely. From the moment you walk in, there's such a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are so friendly and smiley. It's lovely to hear all the children having a lovely time as I walk down the corridor to the baby room. My godchild is so happy and settled here, I think she
prefers the staff to me!

A wonderful nursery! We've now had 2 children attending Kids Planet Loughborough Road for over 2 and a half years and we've found it to be a great nursery which our children love.
Our only negatives would be there hasn't been forest school for a while (but I think it should be back v soon!) and
some teething issues with the kids planet takeover (changing the app and then back again with some mixed messaging on timings from head office down to the poor staff). But seemingly sorted now.
Much longer positives list!
- The massive outdoor space
- low turnover of staff and brilliant, hard-working and caring staff. I remember when my eldest first ran down the corridor for a cuddle with one of the staff at drop off and I knew she was so cared for!
- Varied food
- Fun messy play / craft regularly
- Yoga & signing sessions
- solid & consistent accident / safety procedures
- Have dealt with criticism and feedback / suggestions with professionalism, transparency & kindness
