Our daughter joined the nursery at the start of January, after having a full year off on maternity leave and very little time apart it was a huge step for us both! We had visited a couple of nurseries but nothing was giving us that comfort we were looking for, then we came across Fern Bank and it
completely changed our outlook. We rang and arranged a show around that day and straight away the feeling of 'this is the one' came to both me and my partner, the lady who did our show around was so bubbly and positive, all the rooms were brightly coloured with the correct resources for the age of the room. My daughter was so relaxed straight away and that has continued through, she absolutely loves it! All the staff are so welcoming and lovely. I have access to an app which is updated daily with her food etc and photos are added which always gives you that little bit of reassurance when the mum guilt kicks in. Thank you to the whole team at Fern Bank for looking after our little ones! :)

Patou Fern Bank Day Nursery provides exceptional quality care and support towards my SEN child that attends. I could not of asked for more support for my child and also given to me as a mother. They have provided so much support towards navigating the pathway for additional need support! They take a
genuine interest in the children, getting them involved in forest school as well as many other activities. They really do go the extra mile. I highly recommend Fern Bank, they truly do an amazing job. Thank you :)

My little boy has just started the nursery and I could not recommend them enough. All the staff have been outstanding in welcoming my son and myself. They have helped him settle in so well on his first week and as a worried mother they certainly helped put my mind at ease. We are looking forward to
continuing our journey with Fernbank. 10/10 :)

We have been coming to Fern bank since my oldest child was 11 month old, she is now 4 and is almost ready to transition to school. There has been a few changes in staff since she first started, although these changes have not affected her experience, she has loved her fern bank journey! She always
has so much fun doing a variety of different activities. My son has been going for a year now and also loves his experience at Fern bank. The staff are lovely and always very helpful.

My daughter attends this nursery , she loves coming here has so much to do always telling me about her day when i come to pick her up. She is going to school this year and will definitely miss nursery. The staff are welcoming and wonderful.

My baby started in January and I couldn't be happier. The staff are so friendly and she bonded straight away with them, all the children seem really happy, stimulated and settled. The app is great and provides plenty of updates throughout the day which is so lovely seeing how much fun she is having.
Her needs are more than met and the staff have spent time getting to know her which is so reassuring. A great choice of nursery

My son attends this nursery setting three times a week as every parent leaving their child at the nursery i felt really apprehensive at the start however the staff have been amazing always making me feel reassured and at ease. My son loves coming to nursery and is always happy when coming in and
going home!
Well done to all the staff in baby room and toddlers you've been doing a fantastic job with my son since March last year.

My son is autistic and non verbal and I really struggled to find him a nursery until we found Fern Bank. They were the only nursery that would accept him without having to travel significant miles away from home. It can take him a bit to settle and the staff are kind and caring and have persevered
and learnt to understand his needs over time. He loves playing outside and there is good outdoor space and activities, and the rooms inside are spacious with toys and activities. I am grateful that he has a place to go other than family or home. If you're an SEN parent you will probably know how difficult it can be to find a setting, so full credit to them for accepting my son when others wouldn't. I would be happy to recommend this nursery

My little boy absolutely loves coming to fern bank nursery everyday, he gets excited when he knows we are approaching in the car in the morning. All of the staff including management are lovely and caring.

My child has always struggled trusting new people, I was worried how he would be when he first started going to nursery, but after 2 days of being there I could tell he was completely comfortable with all the members of staff, he is so excited to get to nursery every morning I couldn't imagine
having to send him elsewhere!

Partou Fern Bank is a fantastic nursery. My son has been attending the nursery since 2022 and he is so happy and loves attending each day, in fact, he sometimes doesn't want to come home! The nursery staff are really friendly and down to earth and take great care of my son. The nursery has improved
even further under the new management team and the Forest School and Jo Jingles are great additions as is the parent app. Thank you to all the team for always being welcoming and looking after my boy so well!

My child has been attending the nursery for a short time, and although the initial transition had some challenges, the impact of Partou's involvement has been overwhelmingly positive. Changes like the introduction of the library scheme and better communication through the app have significantly
improved the nursery environment. The staff and management consistently show warmth, kindness, and a genuine commitment to the children's well-being. It's clear they have my child's best interests at heart, seen in the joy he shows when arriving each morning. The food smells wonderful when I arrive early, and my child is always happy with the meals provided. While the outdoor space could use some updates, the activities provided are both sufficient and engaging. Overall, I'm confident in the care my child receives and look forward to continued positive experiences. The positive atmosphere and ongoing improvements continuously reassure me about my child's development in this nurturing environment

Both my children really enjoy going to nursery, have established great relationships with their key person and their confidence has greatly increased. They get excited when we pull up in the car and happily say bye now for the drop off in the morning.

My daughter goes to Fern Bank and I am really impressed. Staff are lovely, always welcoming and smiling. The new management team have worked so hard to create new environments and more opportunities for the children. The food is great, they cater to our dietary requirements and always make sure my
daughter is well fed. I like that they have CCTV in the rooms, it gives extra peace of mind. Nothing is too much trouble, staff are available for any questions and always give lots of information on my daughters day. Thank you everyone!

This nursery is great, my daughter loves it, and everything from the activities to the food has been amazing. The staff are so friendly and so lovely with the children.
My daughter has been going since she was around 14 months old and she has developed greatly since then.
The rooms are really
nicely designed, and it's a really fun, well-equipped layout with large outdoor areas.

Our little boy has been at the nursery for over a year. Initially, he struggled to settle in and was upset each time but the staff have been absolutely fantastic and gradually he's settled. He now gets excited to go to to nursery and always says he's enjoyed it. I'm so pleased that we stuck with it
and so grateful to the staff for their patience and kindness.

My little boy moved to this nursery recently and I can not recommend it enough. The staff are amazing and go that extra mile for each child and support them in any way they need. Their food menu is out of this world my little one has additional needs and struggles with textures etc but he absolutely
loves the food there is so much for the children to do with a large outdoor area, and plenty for children to do and learn, and support for the parents.

My son started this nursery in April 2024 and has loved it. He was upset to be left in the mornings but the staff were great with him to calm him down and he eventually got better. I now can't get him to leave at pick-up. All the staff are lovely and communicate with you at drop off and pick up. You
can see that all the staff love their jobs and do their best for all the children. Management is absolutely great and the support they offer to you and your child is fantastic, you are kept up to date with processes, etc. My son came from another nursery and some things were picked up straight away with Fern Bank management told me straight away, explained clearly what would happen next, and kept me up to date with everything, the staff provided support to him at the nursery and he is improving each and every day. They also cater to different allergies. The food is good and he loves all his meals provided.
