We have been super fortunate with the team and key workers that both my children have had over the last 4 years off attending this nursery. My little one is currently in toddlers and I can honestly say, in recent months especially, it has been transformed into the most charming, magical, exciting, yet tranquil environment... Just what that age group needs! Hand on heart, the toddler team are absolutely incredible! The recent bonus of use of a KP minibus has opened up even more opportunities for the kids and practitioners. This hugely broadens their enrichment and experiences. We are very grateful for this. KP Billinge have a wonderful chef, although it would be nice if Kids Planet HQ didn't restrict the menu so much. The foyer has been designed to be very welcoming with a cute little cosy / reading corner under the stairs. There are many OUTSTANDING people who work on the premises, some of whom have been KP employees for a long time. They are always welcoming with a smile.

Kids planet Billinge is a fantastic nursery! My little girl has come on leaps and bounds. She loves going in to nursery and comes home talking about what she has done in the day and who she has played with.

The staff have been fantastic at helping to settle in our twins. We have felt very reassured by them and know theyre in safe hands. Appreciate all the updates they send and how welcoming they have been.

My son currently attends the Tots room and will soon be moving up to the Toddlers room. The transition process has been lovely, with plenty of visits to help him settle in and get to know the new staff and environment. The staff are always friendly, supportive, and informative, they really look out for the children in their care and take the time to share updates about their day. It's clear how much they care about each child's wellbeing and development. The nursery provides a fantastic environment filled with fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences. My son absolutely loves coming in each day, and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention he receives.

Absolutely amazing nursery! My daughter transferred from a previous setting and I was worried but the staff made me feel so at ease and couldn't do enough for me! My little girl seems very happy here and I love all of the updates I receive!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kids Planet Billinge. The staff are always so friendly, approachable, and understanding - nothing is ever too much trouble. They really take the time to get to know each child, and it shows in the lovely bonds my children have formed with their practitioners and key workers. It's such a warm, welcoming environment where the children are happy, supported, and encouraged to grow and learn every day. I always feel confident leaving my children knowing they're in such caring hands. Highly recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at this nursery! From day one, my little one settled in beautifully, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about each child's well-being, making sure that nothing is too much trouble. It's great to see how much my child loves all the staff and looks forward to attending each day. The nurturing environment and engaging activities have made a significant positive impact. Highly recommend this fantastic nursery!

It asks me when does my review relate to and ask me to pick a month. There isn't a month to pick because the way the nursery has handled itself this year with so many changes they have excelled like you wouldn't believe. Before Megan joined, Steph and Toni were constantly in the office putting in the hard work and keeping the nursery going until Megan arrived. Steph who has been there for 15 years has done absolutely amazing and needs an award for what she has done for the nursery. All the staff I can't fault, the H&S, regulations, kitchen staff are absolutely faultless. Megan is lovely, always greeted with a warmth smile and is going to thrive with her expertise and knowledge with a brilliant team behind her. The nursery is very welcoming and go above and beyond for our children and nothing is to much trouble. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would, my son has been there since he was 7/8 months old and I can't wait to watch him grow educationally even more with them.

My child has been going here for 7 months and she has come on leaps and bounds, she enjoys every day and seeing her interact with staff and the other children, building social skills and growing in confidence is amazing to watch. She is well cared for with her dietary needs met. The staff are so friendly and on those days its a little hard to say bye, they offer great reassurance.

My son absolutely loves going to kids planet nursery, he loves coming home and telling me and his big brother what he has been doing all day and what he has has for his dinner. The staff are all fantastic and if I ever need any help or advice with anything there is always someone there to help. Cannot fault the nursery at all. Absolutely brilliant.

From day 1 of our little one starting at kids planet we were all made to feel welcome. It's clear my son enjoys his time at nursery, he goes in with ease which makes it easier for my as a mum. He always comes home happy, smiling and content. They keep us updated about everything. It was a great choice for us, thank you to the team.

A fantastic nursery. The staff are brilliant and really care about the children. The staff in the Baby Room are great at communicating with us, updating the app with information and photos. Our daughter has settled really well!

Kids Planet is wonderful for our daughter! The thought into the everyday is clear to see - the activities, the food, the trips outside walking in the local area, the events held at the nursery such as stay and plays, Halloween trick or treat nights, meet ups in the park - the list goes on! As a parent, I feel supported and confident in the welfare of my child. I have given management a 4/5, only because we have had 2 new managers recently - everything has been very well run in the interim!

An overall good experience of the nursery, staff members always seem to have a very happy positive attitude which helps with the drop off. Lots of events and days out are planned for the children which I find wonderful. I also feel like my child has come on leaps and bounds with communication and building relationships.

I can't thank Kids Planet Billinge enough for the care and support they provide to my little boy, with his additional needs they have gone above and beyond to make sure his days don't differ to anyone else's, whether that's a bit of 1 to 1 time or less time outdoors when needed because it's too much for him. They provide such quality care and friendliness from the management down to the catering staff and always have a smile on their faces no matter what. I couldn't think of a better setting for my child to attend and can't wait for my other little boy to eventually start there.

KidsPlanet Billinge and all the staff are wonderful and very caring. We always get a hello and goodbye everyday we are in. The staff have a great relationship with the children. I have recently had difficulties with finances and the management team and been so helpful in rectifying the problems very promptly. We are in our final year of nursery and it will be very sad to leave come the summer.

My son is very happy here. He has recently moved into tots where I have seen him progress really well. His speech has come on leaps and bounds and I believe this is due to nursery He has the opportunity to get involved with lots of different activities and has good relationships with his workers. It really says something when I pick him up and drop him off and there's no tears. I'm also happy as a parent with the relationship and communication I have with his key worker

Kids planet Nursery in Billinge is excellent. The staff are fantastic and nothing is ever too much. I always feel confident, when leaving my son, that he is well cared for and well looked after. I can't thank them enough.

Since my granddaughter started at nursery she has continued to thrive with the support of all the staff The acting manager has been amazing making myself husband and granddaughter feel at ease with the transition, if I have a query or a question it will be answered whether the explanation needs explaining to me a couple of times as everything has changed since I had my last child and sometimes I can't get my head around things Staff will make sure I am updated with how she is getting on if she has gone in upset and I appreciate this. I am happy that knowing when my granddaughter goes to nursery she is in a safe environment where I know she will be looked after

My son settled in so quickly when attending Kids Planet at Billinge following the end of my maternity leave. The team are excellent and ensured that he was cared for like their own. We were kept up to date with his progress through the app and regular parents evenings. He has especially loved his last year in pre school and will be so sad to leave!
