It is a pleasant and suitable place for my son. From the first day of care, they welcomed him with affection and appreciation. They dedicate their time to teaching them with love and professionalism, allowing the children to feel confident with their surroundings and other classmates, especially

I'm very happy with this nursery and with the staff as well! The accommodations for my son was hard only for 2-3 days, after that he loved going there! They have a lot of activities and my son it's always excited about it! I recommend to all my friends which are living in this area!

Amazing nursery staff who work with parents to constantly improve the performance of all pupils. Would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.
I was initially nervous when my child started in the nursery as he is so attached to his parents but the nursery have settled him so well that he

Alphabet East Ham is a fantastic nursery with nurturing staff. Choosing a nursery is one of the most important decisions a parent can make, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Alphabet House for my son. From the very first visit, it was clear that this is a place where children are genuinely cared for, nurtured, and encouraged to thrive.
The staff are
truly exceptional-warm, attentive, and deeply committed to each child's development. They take the time to understand every child's personality, interests, and needs, creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel confident and happy. My son settled in so quickly, which speaks volumes about how welcoming and reassuring the team are.
The learning environment is both stimulating and fun, with a great balance of structured activities and free play. I've seen such a positive change in my son's confidence, communication skills, and curiosity since starting here. He comes home excited to share what he's learned, which is the best sign of all.

We used Alphabet House for our first daughter and were very pleased, so it was an easy choice for our second daughter too. The staff are friendly and always provide a handover at the end of the day, in addition to updates on the app. Particularly when our daughter was younger, the frequent app
updates were very reassuring. The purpose built space and garden appealed to us (some nurseries in churches/halls seemed overwhelming for small children). Nursery have been very supportive with potty training. The team organise extra activities to involve parents, eg Eid or mother's day celebrations.

We are very happy with the nursery and the care our both children receives here. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which gives us great peace of mind every day.
One thing we particularly appreciate is how mindful the team is about our child's meals. They take the time
and effort to ensure that each child eats something, even if they initially refuse the food. Their patience and thoughtful approach really stand out, and it's clear they understand each child's individual needs.
Overall, it's a nurturing and supportive environment, and we're grateful to have such dedicated staff looking after our children.

My son started when he turned 2 and he had a very hard time in the beginning but the staff was lovely and helpful. He is having great time in nursery and one thing I really like it's how many activities they do. It's really great to be able to see it.

I've been extremely pleased with this nursery. My daughter has attended here since she was 1 years old and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff are all so lovely and help resolve any query I have very quickly. My daughter is extremely happy and comfortable here and has learned so

My son goes to this nursery and has been since he turned a year. He's 2 now and is making great progress in his development- speech, reading, behaviour, etc. He skips to class and smiles at his teachers and classmates.
Solid management team and professional experienced carers. Learning takes place
as the tools and techniques used are top notch. They monitor development and performance, keeping parents informed regularly.
Lastly, I do recommend this nursery as they are very accommodating for both children and parents.

We are very happy with this nursery. My younger daughter has been attending since she was one year old, and we have seen wonderful progress in her development. She has learned many new words and enjoys a wide range of daily activities that keep her engaged and happy.

I am very happy with this nursery and with Eesa's development since joining. He has built a lovely, close attachment with his key person - Rasila, which has made such a positive difference. It's clear that they care about the children and create a warm, supportive environment. I really appreciate
