We simply love this nursery. Staff are very warm and engaging. There has been a good level of stability in terms of staffing across the years. New team members are being well integrated and the positive team dynamic can be felt at drop off and pick up times.
The nursery organises many opportunities
for parents to join nursery activities across the year, e.g. for celebrating seasonal holidays or special days out.
The facilities are well sized for the number of children, very clean and appropriate for play. Staff varies daily core activities and pays attention to what each child likes to engage with. The nursery has a lovely outside space, which children can access daily. When the weather is fine the afternoons seem to be spent outdoors in the play area, which is lovely.
At drop off staff provides a thorough handover with a short summary of what our child has been up to during the day, what they enjoyed doing and eating and how long they napped. We are very happy with this nursery!

I cannot express more gratitude and thanks to the manager and team at William Patten Daycare. They are fantastic and care so deeply about each and every child. They consistently go above and beyond, and we feel completely safe leaving our son there, knowing he is in great hands and never wants to
leave at the end of the day.

From my experience with the daycare, I can say the best things about it, my son is happy and has learned so much from the staff, they are helpful and supportive. Everything is excellent, hope they will grow up and get more and more kids in their nursery, I'm pretty sure the parents will be grateful
for how fast their kids will learn and be safe that's the best things for us.

This is a fantastic nursery. My daughters are excited to go to nursery every day, and the way they and the staff greet one another each day speaks volumes-the staff are creating a little community that my daughters love being a part of. I feel they are safe and nurtured, given everything I could
want from a childcare provider. Also of note is that they are fed nutritious and interesting lunches that they actually like, which is hardly a given in my overall experience of childcare situations! I highly recommend William Patten Daycare.

William Patten Daycare is an absolute hidden gem. It is a professional outfit but above all it holds at its heart the values that really matter when letting go of your child for the first time. It is a warm, kind, fun and nurturing environment. My children love their time there and all of the staff
dearly and I feel part of a very personal community ran by people with a very genuine love for what they do. I feel very lucky to have found it. Thank you Daycare.
