We are very happy with the nursery. The teachers are very friendly with our little one, they seem they truly love him. Our little boy is at the babies class so huge congratulations to all of the team. Only one thing. We would like to take the babies for a walk more often. From the other hand I understand that most of the time there are too many babies to go for a walk which makes it impossible. Other than that we are very happy with everything!

My 2 children transferred to this nursery in July when their old one on church walk closed down. The boys love it here and the new management go above and beyond for them to ensure they are happy. Any issues we have encountered have been dealt with promptly, efficiently and with care. We are kept up to date with what they do throughout the day including what delicious food they have eaten (and the allergen free option) and pictures of activities. The key workers for both children have such a special bond with them, hand making a book bag for one of them when he asked them to. My only gripe isn't with the nursery itself but having to pay nearly £2 a day for parking is quite annoying!

Would not recommend if you have a SEN child. The issue with this nursery is upper management, my son was in this nursery for less than a year and the upper management refused to train their staff in SEN and decided to completely remove my son from the nursery because they could not learn how to teach and nurture a child who has additional needs. This left me without any childcare for my son and I had to get in touch with Kids planets director to come to a conclusion and receive a massive apology. I would not send your child here if they have any type of SEN or additional needs.

I am very pleased that my child attends here. He is very happy and has thrived. He enjoys his time here and has made friends with the children and the staff. The city centre location is great because I work there so it is not far for us to walk. There is car parking outside which helps if you have a car. I truly feel that my child is loved here and I wouldn't put him anywhere else.

The manager has always been clear, helpful and accommodating to my ever-changing work hours. She has also been super helpful arranging my finances with Universal Credit. The girls who look after my daughter all seem to really care for her, I always see my daughter busy at play during pickup. Excellent hot food cooked daily by a lovely young male chef who uses local ingredients. Location of the nursery is fantastic for those who work in the city centre. Highly recommend.

My daughter has now attended this nursery for 3 years, she started at the age of 6 months and is now 3 and in the preschool room! Throughout that time I have always been so happy with everything, all the staff that have cared for her have provided both her and myself with a great deal of support! Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing, 2 of my children attend the nursery, both are under 2, the nursery manager has been very helpful from the day we stepped in there. My children are still attending now and the staff are amazing and are very attentive to the children. I am very fussy when it comes to my children attending a nursery but all the staff made me and the children feel very welcome, it feels like home away from home, hats off to all the staff.

After having a horrible pregnancy and my baby nine weeks early, you can image how anxious and nervous I was bringing my child to nursery and returning back to work! The nursery have been amazing! Helping me feel at ease, communicating my child’s needs and progress and offering advice and support. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the building has a warm touch to it. I cannot thank Kids Planet Oxford Place enough for making it so easy. Thank you.

Staff all really pleasant and welcoming. Management is really good and hard working and always available to help out when needed. I like that you get daily pictures and videos. They have definitely helped my son come a long away! I wish there was more skills teaching such as balance bikes. Or some kind of a structure to educational play and free play. But that is a personal preference.

My little girl has attended nursery since she was around eighteen months old, she was delayed with her walking (didn't walk until just over two) and she is delayed with her speaking, she is now just over three. She moved up to the preschool room end of January and the progress she has made is remarkable and somewhat amazing. I have all the staff to thank but one in particular, my child absolutely loves her. She has been listening well, trying to ask for things, repeating and counting. Anyone that knows her, this is massive. Thank you again staff you are simply brilliant.

My child like to go to nursery. She likes the staff there. Very lovely staff, helpful. The food is good, she likes almost all the food. The toys there are good, she likes to play all the toys there. The activities are all good.

I really enjoy the nursery for my kids the teachers are lovely and my kids enjoy themselves at nursery. I also enjoy that my kids get to learn different things and use there different senses, and I love that I get to see what they do everyday at nursery.

My son has been part of Oxford Place for 1 and a half years and is very happy and settled despite being very shy towards unknown people. The staff are really kind and helpful, they really care about the kids. They do loads of activities and trips together, make great food and give good updates at the end of each day. I'm very happy to pick my son each day with a high smile on his face. Would recommend to anyone working in or near the city centre, it's an easy pickup and drop off.

From our very first whilst still pregnant to my daughter's first day we have felt nothing but welcome by every member of the team. I never imagined I would be so comfortable leaving her in their care. Cannot recommend enough!

My child is only new to the nursery but really enjoys going. She loves all the staff there and is enjoying the opportunity to participate in all the activities and interacting with other children.

We find the staff and nursery very helpful, professional and engaging. Communication has been fantastic from the start, from initial enquiry up to present-day queries. Our kids love the staff and are very happy which is what we want. We don't have a single complaint but we know that if we did that it would be addressed and dealt with fairly and professionally.

My son has settled really well at nursery. He has created lovely relationships with the staff who always provide feedback after every day. After every week he seems to have developed a new skill. It is so reassuring that he enjoys himself and feels safe to explore and learn.

Both my children attend this setting. They love, learn and enjoy every single day they attend. The staff are lovely and friendly, and I’m always made to feel welcome. They always enjoy the resources and the activities on offer. The nursery is clean, tidy and well presented at all times. Twinkles has advanced my child’s development in a way that, once she moves on to big school in September I have no doubts that she will just walk in and fit in full of confidence the way she does at Twinkles. Thank you for the last 2 years.

My son has been attending Twinkles since he was a baby and I could not be happier with the service provided! He is now in the pre-school room and the transitions through the nursery has been smooth sailing! All the staff are very welcoming and friendly! The meals provided are outstanding and the activities and learning opportunities are amazing. My son has done nothing but thrive at Twinkles and has he has developed his confidence skills ready for school. Thank you Twinkles!
