My daughter has been attending the nursery for almost a year and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. She joined when she was just under a year old, and from the very beginning the team made her feel happy, settled, and genuinely loved. They create such a warm, nurturing environment,
and it shows in everything they do, from engaging activities to calm, comforting routines.
I've watched her confidence grow so much during her time there. She comes home excited to show me new things she's learned, and it's lovely to see how her language, independence, and social skills have developed. The staff communicate brilliantly, always keeping me updated and sharing the little moments that mean so much.
What stands out most is how kind, patient, and attentive the team is. They truly know her, her personality, her quirks, and what helps her feel secure. and that level of care gives me complete peace of mind.
I'm incredibly grateful for everything they do and would highly recommend.

Our family has been part of the Blossoms Day Nursery community since 2022, and despite various management and structural changes, the level of care has remained exceptional. When my eldest son had a gluten intolerance, the team went above and beyond; the chef tailored almost every meal so he never
felt 'different' from his peers-even providing GF treats for parties so he was always included. When he outgrew the intolerance, the transition back was seamless.
Beyond the meals, Blossoms has been our support system through highs, lows, and family crises. Their pastoral care is second to none. In fact, when we moved house two years ago, we chose to stay with Blossoms despite the longer commute because the trust we've built is irreplaceable. Communication regarding staffing or funding changes has always been transparent. A special thank you to Emily, Kerrianne, Aleyna, and Gemma for their incredible support over the last four years with both of my children. I cannot recommend them enough!

Blossoms has been nothing short of amazing through the time our child has been attending.
The staff are professional, friendly and show a genuine care and investment into the children right from the get go, our son has developed massively thanks to the time he's spent in Blossoms and loves
attending the nursery.
The food provided is top quality and even though our son is a picky eater he is always well fed and offered alternatives if he won't eat the food on the menu.
They provide constant updates on his development and care and have really fostered his growth. I'd recommend blossoms to any parent looking to give their child a fantastic start to life

We've had a really positive experience with this nursery. Communication from the staff is excellent, and we love receiving regular updates through the app, including photos, details of what our child has eaten, nappy changes, and sleep times, it's very reassuring. The nursery is always clean, and
the staff are incredibly friendly and approachable.
The food provided is thoughtfully catered to allergies, which gives us great peace of mind. Most importantly, our child genuinely loves their time at nursery and is always excited to go in. There are lots of fun, engaging activities that clearly support learning and development. We're very happy and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

The staff there are soso friendly and understanding when it comes to a child crying etc. They give great feedback at the end of each session. I love the different activities the staff carry out with the children. My daughters have blossomed so much since they started and everyday my elder daughter
enlightens me with something she learnt! The new manager Amanda is also extremely understanding and helpful.
My daughter always talks about her teachers which is wonderful to hear.

My daughter has been at this nursery since September 2024 and she has flourished. The team are nurturing, kind and consistently show effort. They support my daughter emotionally and observe her meeting the EYFS Framework. The app is wonderful and displays photos, updates, how much she has ate and
her sleep schedule. This is updated frequently and is really reassuring to see how she is while I'm at work. Staff are proactive and regularly discuss with me about my daughter's day. We want to keep her here until she begins school. Highly recommended.

I strongly advise against sending your children to this nursery. Our children attended for the past three years, and while the nursery was excellent under the previous leadership, standards have significantly declined under the new management.
We have experienced serious incidents of negligence.
Most concerningly, my child was left in a wet nappy for the entire day, from 8:00am until 4:30pm. This represents a clear breach of duty of care. When this was raised, the nursery owner, Kulvinder, refused to properly address or resolve the matter.
Additionally, my child's dietary requirements have not been followed, and the response from management was appalling and dismissive. I was racially abused and told to take the kids to a nursery where their is no "ham".
Given these experiences, I can no longer recommend this nursery and urge parents to reconsider before enrolling their children.

FANTASTIC nursery. I can confidently drop of my child knowing he is in safe hands, My son also has allergies, the care and concern I have received is so reassuring and comforting. My 9yr old and 6yr old also went to this nursery (some same staff) they really did/do care for your child as if they
were their own and I wouldn't want it any other way. Grateful and VERY happy.

Very friendly staff team. Management are always happy and smiling at drop off and collection. Always find time to ask how you are. Their activities are great and children always come home with a variety of artwork.

Fantastic nursery with fantastic staff, my son has been so happy whilst at this nursery and has made some lovely relationships with staff and peers. As he moves on to school in September, he will really miss being here, he has really felt at home and it's reassuring, as a parent, that your child
feels safe and happy in their nursery. He's made some lovely memories, one he won't forget is meeting football players! Thank you to all the staff at Blossoms Day Nursery for your hard work.

All the staff have been so accommodating, adaptable and understanding. They work hard to ensure the best outcomes for each individual child, providing a nurturing, play-based learning environment. Most importantly the children are happy.

Blossoms has been an amazing nursery for my son. He has only been there a few months and will sadly be leaving them this term and I know he will miss everyone there, since he has been attending he has been talking so much more and putting sentences together, thank you for all the help and support
for the short time he has attended. I would highly recommend this lovely nursery.

My son and my daughter both started attending the nursery back in May 2022, my son was 2 and my daughter was 1.
My son only attended for a year before he went to nursery school, and I can honestly say that he exceeded so well and was definitely ready for school, even now he will always tell me
about his time at Blossoms Day Nursery.
My daughter was just taking her steps when she first started and now she has grown into a confident, bright, chatty, bubbly little girl and will always tell me about her day at nursery.
Thank you to all the staff at Blossoms Day Nursery Coventry who have helped my children on their journey, a huge credit to your company.

My son has loved his time at Blossoms. He's come on leaps and bounds, made new friends and learned so much. His key workers are always ready to discuss anything about him with me and the management is fantastic. We will all miss Blossoms when he leaves to start primary school.

My son has been going to Blossoms since he was 10 months old and is now 3 years and 4 months old. He absoloutely loves going and has developed so much and is always learning new things.
The staff are always so lovely and friendly and always there to offer advice.
The food choices are amazing with
lots of different varieties throughout the year.
Would highly recommend the nursery and will be sad when he leaves for school next year.

They are there, ready to teach our children to function around others. Nothing we, at home, can do. They are full of energy and never stay still. There is always something going on. They take care of little ones like their own. They help them progress in all aspects and support when needed. The
communication is always excellent.

My children have attended this nursery for over 2 years now.
Whilst many positive experiences especially in the buttercup room my children enjoyed nursery and come so far forward, the staff have such compassion for their work. Sadly I can't say the same since moving up rooms I find the staff abrupt
and rude and they don't have much understanding of my son and his needs, he's not as happy going to nursery now.
I find the management can be helpful when needed but it is difficult to discuss on the door issue.
For younger children, I'd definitely recommend as the staff are amazing and show real care.

Excellent nursery, the staff are amazing and will go above and beyond. My daughter enjoys going to Blossoms and has developed in her confidence and abilities so much since she started at 11 months. She is now 2 years old and enjoys the range of activities provided at Blossoms including Spanish. She
is able to tell me what she has been learning about each week when we look at the pictures on the app. The management team are very friendly, supportive, and understanding. The level of care they show the children is outstanding.
