My son absolutely loves his nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff are truly lovely-always helpful, kind, and welcoming. Every morning he's greeted with a big smile and a cuddle, which makes such a difference to his day (and mine!). It's clear they genuinely care
about the children, and the warm, nurturing atmosphere they create is wonderful to see. I'm so grateful for the support and attention they give him. Highly recommend!

My little boy started in the baby room quite young and the support I have had from the Walmley team has been amazing. My baby is thriving and has developed so much in the time he has been at the nursery. I get great feedback from the app which updates throughout the day which gives me a huge sense
of relief knowing what my baby is up to.
The staff have positive attitudes towards helping with an concerns i have and direct me to an further support needed when I ask. I cant praise them enough!

Not only has my little one been made to feel welcome, is happy to go in and loves all of the activities that they do, I feel confident leaving him with the staff there.
We have built a good relationship with the team and feel confident that we can discuss anything should we need to. He enjoys
the toys, the activities, the outdoor space and the varied food there and is developing so well with the time the team spend with him as well as getting to be with the other children.

My little boy is very happy at Footsteps. He is a real foodie and I love how varied the menu they offer is, it is rare that he doesn't eat all of the delicious food he is offered and I often see that he has gone back for seconds. The outdoor space is fantastic and I am satisfied that he is well

My daughter loves everyday at Nursery. She loves all the activities that are available everyday and has great bonds with all the staff. She has bonded with every staff member within each room which made each transition from room to room very easy for both her and me.

My daughter has just started in September as we recently moved to the area.
She was in another nursery before so I was worried she wouldn't settle in well.
She went straight into preschool, and im pleased to say she has settled in very well. Ellie, Louise and Hannah, plus all the others involved
were so helpful in helping my daughter settle in. She's only been there a short while but she already loves it and enjoys coming into nursery daily! So thank you all and defos recommend this nursery to all.

My son has been with footsteps since he was 9 months old and we are now in preschool. My years of experience with the team, all members of staff had been nothing but positive. The team are attentive build amazing relationships with the kids and identify any concerns early on. They have provided
guidance and support when asked and work alongside parents to ensure development is on track. My son has loved footsteps, particularly forest school which has enhanced his experience and love of the outdoors.

We absolutely love this nursery! Every member of staff we've come into contact with has been lovely! My child absolutely LOVES coming to nursery and he has made lots of progress while being here, particularly with his speech!
I have only ever had one concern during the 16 months my child has
attended and when I spoke to a member of staff this was dealt with promptly and has never been an issue since!
We have found and continue to find communication to be excellent with key workers and management. They are all always happy to communicate in person when you catch them at the start or end of the day and the new app they are using allows communication to be prompt throughout the day too. We love receiving the photos and videos and being able to see what he has eaten and sleep times.
Other nurseries are closer to our house but Footsteps was recommended to us so we went to view and there was no competition, we wanted our child to attend! We have already secured a place for Baby number 2!

The nursery in all is very good the team are always good with my children and they are developing very well. They are meeting the needs of my child with dietry needs and the kids love going there. I think recording of food should be done until pre school as the children are unable to tell you what
they have eaten witch contributed in my child having low iron levels but when i asked for this the nursery complied.

Walmley Footsteps have been very warm and welcoming towards my son and our family since my son started. My son enjoys coming into nursery and thrives as each session goes on. It is very nice to see how his days have gone through looking on the app and seeing which skills have been met

Wonderful nursery where my daughter has really thrived and loved going to. She is really going to miss all the fun, laughter and care and when she goes to school in September. The staff are amazing and it shows how much they love their job.

Since starting at Footsteps, our son and we as a family have had nothing but a positive experience. Our son loves nursery, and it's great to see him growing both in confidence and skills every week. This is down to the happy and positive environment. All the caregivers are fantastic. Everyone is
friendly and it seems they have genuine care for all the children. At pickup we always get a detailed rundown of the day which we love and they are always prompt at letting us know of any key information we know to know. We also enjoy the daily diaries.
The facilities at Footsteps are brilliant. A deciding factor for us when choosing a nursery was the outdoor space. The playgrounds and forest school are something our son loves. We're really happy we chose Footsteps.

Footsteps Walmley have been amazing with my daughter. She settled in so easily and quickly and genuinely loves going on her days. The staff have built such strong bonds with her and I never worry about leaving her with any of the staff there. She does so many fun activities and the communication

Amazing nursery, they have helped myself and my daughter through the SEN process the whole way through and she is now thriving, after having problems at home with her and not much support outside of nursery, they have arranged a meeting for myself to seek advice, my son also goes here and was very
shy at first but has bonded so well with the staff and doesn't stop talking about it when he gets home! Overall brilliant nursery would not want my kids anywhere else!

My two girls love the nursery and look forward to going in, they settled perfectly and are comfortable and have become very confident since joining.
The staff are amazing, the setting is clean and tidy and they will always do their best to suit the children’s needs.

My son started not long after his first birthday and has flourished with the help of the amazing team. He has now been attending for almost two years and has loved each room and staff team. Activities are always highly engaging and from experience, themes have been adapted to meet the interests of
the children.
Staff have always kept us very well informed of day-to-day events and strive to give personalised details of each child’s day.
During toilet training, staff were on board, flexible and also suggested ideas to support the process.
Overall, a fantastic facility and highly recommended. Staff are clearly passionate about what they do.

Sadly gone downhill. Poor parental communication and documentation. Fail to take an individualised approach or put the child’s needs first. When concerns raised told “staff don’t have time”. The food provided is also poor. There are many other better nurseries in the area. Serious previous issues
were also raised by Ofsted.

I have nothing bad to say about this place! The staff are lovely! The actual nursery is lovely with a great outdoor space! My son has come on leaps and bounds since joining!

We are thrilled with Footsteps. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We feel so at ease when dropping our son off each day. We have seen such a difference in our son's confidence and are so pleased with how well he is doing. The staff are informative each day and we feel we have positive
