Our son started nursery last summer, and he has been a big fan ever since. The staff has been incredibly supportive of his individual preferences and helped him become a confident, happy young man. He's gained a lot of skills, learned to participate in social situations and he's genuinly enjoying
his days at Bright Horizons.

Professional and warm management who are very responsive and knowledge.
Loving caring staff who show genuine interest in the kids. Would definitely recommend. Benefits of a corporate mixed with the homely feel of an independent.

We absolutely love Bright Horizons Hove Day Nursery and couldn't be happier with the care our son receives! From the moment we walk through the door, it's clear that every member of staff genuinely cares about our child and his wellbeing.
The team create a nurturing environment where our son
thrives. They're constantly organising creative activities that keep him engaged and excited to learn. The facilities are excellent and provide the perfect space for children to explore, play and develop.
A special mention to chef Dimitrios and the amazing food cooked fresh in-house (wish he would create his own cookbook!). It's lovely knowing our son is eating nutritious, delicious meals throughout the day.
Marissa, Becca and the management team have been incredibly supportive, truly taking the time to understand each child's individual needs and create a personalised approach.
We feel so fortunate to have found such a special nursery and cannot recommend them highly enough!

We are incredibly grateful for Bright Horizons Hove Day Nursery. After a difficult experience at another nursery when we first moved to the UK, finding this team was truly a blessing.
Marisa is an outstanding manager-everything is organised to a very high standard, and her leadership creates a
welcoming and supportive environment. Our daughter, who is naturally sensitive and was adjusting to a new country and language, was beautifully supported by her key person, Elnaz. She created a safe, caring space where our daughter quickly gained confidence and even learned English in a short time. She now goes to nursery each day with excitement.
We would also like to thank Daisy, Tia, Jack, Kennedy, Julia, and all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. We are equally grateful for the delicious meals (thank you, Dimitri!), excellent cleanliness, strong safeguarding, and enriching activities.
Choosing Bright Horizons Hove Day Nursery was absolutely the right decision for our family!

All staff are great, I feel very comfortable knowing my children are safe when I drop them of until I pick them up. The nursery is well run, staff are clearly happy, with good retention. The communication from staff is excellent. The bond my child has formed with the staff are lovely to see. Clearly
they genuinely care.

We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizons Hove Day Nursery! The building is stunning, and the garden is absolutely wonderful. The team is exceptional, warm, professional, and incredibly trustworthy. Our daughter has flourished here over the years, making wonderful memories and enjoying every
moment. The care and thoughtfulness that go into the activities are truly impressive. We have nothing but praise for the nursery as it consistently exceeds our expectations. A huge thank you to three members of staff, in particular, and the managers for creating such a fantastic experience for both our daughter and us as parents!

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. The experience begins and ends with a well-designed and executed drop-off and pick-up that help the children transition through enforced boundaries.
The staff are universally friendly and helpful and all are invested in making the nursery welcoming for
the children.
Our daughter goes in happily every day, looking forward to playing with both peers and carers. This was not our experience elsewhere.
We had a well-managed settling-in period that helped our daughter settle, whilst not dragging it out too long.
We have regular catch-ups with our key carer. Each time, their observations have been valuable and accurate. They have used these and our own observations to design a care plan that focuses on the aspects needed. They demonstrated how they apply these plans in productive, yet playful ways. The results we've seen have been great. Our girl has grown in confidence and ability greatly while attending.
Mainly, she enjoys going here.

Really happy we chose Bright Horizons Hove Day Nursery and Preschool! We had a really bad experience in another nursery so I was very reserved at first but the team and management have been amazing and very supportive to both myself and my son throughout his first few weeks of adaptation. Would

I honestly cannot recommend this nursery enough! My daughter is starting school in September and just had her nursery graduation party, all of the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for the children! Lots of different activities, a picnic, the staff had created different play
stations and a whole graduation ceremony which was so lovely! Also, little gifts for when we left the party were such a lovely touch! My daughter has loved attending the nursery & has grown in confidence massively since she first started! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to family & friends!

I just want to leave some well-earned feedback for Bright Horizons Hove Day Nursery and Preschool. We've changed our son's nursery twice due to relocating and we are so happy he's now with Bright Horizons in Hove. He's so happy at the nursery and is thriving after only a few weeks since joining.
The team have been amazing - I particularly want to call out the deputy manager and my son's key person, they've been brilliant - we receive daily feedback and updates from them via the app - learning what the group have been doing - the lovely food they've been eating. My son wakes up in the morning raring to go to nursery which makes me so happy.
Really enjoyed the recent parents evening which was full of helpful tips for parenting.

Bright Horizons Nursery is such a lovely place, with caring, loving and super friendly staff. My daughter loves everyone, especially her key worker and has built amazing relationships with other staff members which she speaks about regularly at home. They have helped her so much on her little
journey and I can really see their hard work through my daughter's improvement while at the nursery, she even asks to go to the nursery on the weekends. The next generation of my family will 100% be attending Bright Horizons seeing as they did such an amazing job!

My daughter has attended the nursery for over six months and she enjoys every day she spends there. We've changed nurseries a lot and this is the most friendly place, with very competent, supportive, and flexible management.
The staff regularly propose new activities for the kids and celebrate a
variety of different occasions. Older kids regularly visit a local care home, which is such a unique experience for both sides. Kids have a lot of space to play outside and the nursery has its own chef. My daughter has made a lot of friends there and as a parent, I feel very comfortable knowing she's well taken care of.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons since he was 9 months old and is now in his final 6 months before school. His journey through the age groups has really helped his development and the bonds he has made with the carers at each stage have been truly wonderful to observe. It really feels like
a family to him. I am very satisfied with the care he receives and the online platform gives us as parents the instant connection we need to stay on top of events, communication with the staff and of course, all the photos of the lovely activities and learning that goes on. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We are thankful to Bright Horizons for the journey our son embarked on in August 2023.
We were impressed by the prompt and accommodating email responses and the app which does include all the daily activities. Satisfied with the staff as they follow our baby's dietary requirements and support our
beliefs.
He has formed strong connections with all the staff and they all are very accommodating.
It’s truly heartwarming to witness my son’s physical, emotional, and communication development flourishing at Bright Horizons and also looking forward to more exiting experiences. Thank you for welcoming us into your nurturing environment.

This nursery is the best nursery I visited. Once I got my daughter into the nursery they have been incredible and have met all my daughter's needs in every aspect. They have helped my daughter achieve goals and work closely with her to help her improve every day.
