My children have came here since 2019 and have had a great learning experience. The staff have always been friendly and approachable and have went out their way to make sure their emotional and learning needs are met. We have loved many fun family celebrations, such as Easter parties and Christmas Fayres, bookbug classes and more recently Father day's stay and play in the baby room. My older kids attend the holiday club and enjoy a range of fun activities and outings and they have great relationships with the holiday club staff. What I really like is all staff know all of my children and can name them when we are passing, even if they are not in that room. The nursery staff were great when my wee one was settling into the baby room this year and as a family we felt supported.

Certain staff are rude and completely unprofessional, get reports home and when i question them about the way they handled a situation (e.g.) 2 staff members picking up my child at same time when he didn't want picked up and needed time to cool down they then backtrack and say the report that they wrote was wrong! My son also managed to leave the nursery without any staff member noticing!!!

Fantastic nursery and after school. High-quality staff with a warm, fun and friendly teaching approach. Fantastic garden space and the children get to play outside every day. My daughter loves attending and has made great progress.

The service is exceptional, my son loves the staff and the play space. The staff and manager do so much in the community, their eco focus is great. The staff are so creative and helpful. I cannot think of a better place for the kids to grow and learn.

I have had a very positive and joyful experience bringing my son to Monkey Puzzle. He is a very confident and happy child and is learning new things daily. Monkey Puzzle has excellent management guiding key workers.

My older daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle Glasgow Central for over three years. We are delighted with the nursery - the staff are incredibly patient, cheerful and caring. The staff retention is excellent and as a result, my daughter knows all the staff at the nursery and they all know her and greet her by name even though she is no longer in their class. Every day she returns from nursery with new skills or knowledge and has never once complained of being bored. The range of activities provided is fantastic with a strong focus on healthy lifestyles. My younger daughter has now been there for a year and again, we have only got good things to say about her experience. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle in February 2019. Immediately, I saw a change in her behaviour, for the better. We have had some behavioural issues since then but the support both she and I have received from the management and staff has been above and beyond. I cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle enough.

My son has attended Monkey Puzzle Glasgow Central since he was 11 months old and is now 4. He's enjoyed every minute of his time at nursery and we can't recommend it enough. The staff and manager are great and so helpful. We've already recommended it to our family!

My step son attends the nursery and has been there now for 6 months. He has come on greatly since transferring to Monkey Puzzle Glasgow Central. The staff have been fantastic at encouraging him to eat and try new things. He is excited every day now coming to nursery and it has made my girlfriend's life so much more flexible. The nursery is well run, it has fantastic resources and the garden is amazing. Staff communicate with us daily and are always available to chat and discuss any concerns we have. Can not praise the nursery enough.

Fantastic flexible services, great staff, outstanding quality across the board. The term time contract has been a fantastic help and allows me to enjoy work and family time in a cost effective way. My daughter has developed so much in the last 6 months thanks to the nursery.

My son has learnt so much since starting the bilingual documents, translation information and helped me and my family to understand and be a part of his learning here in Glasgow. The food supplied is good and meets my son's religious needs.
