I was so worried about returning to work and having to take my little boy to nursery. The staff at Botanic Lodge have eased every worry I had and have took the time to give my little boy the most amazing experience at nursery. He absolutely adores every one of them. He goes in happily every morning and it takes me a long time to get him out each afternoon as he has so much fun and loves everyone there so much! Staff communicate brilliantly with us in person, via the app and telephone. We love receiving updates and pictures on the app about our boys' day. Every wish or preference we have had has been respected regarding his care and he has come on so much since starting at Botanic Lodge a year ago. He is absolutely thriving! I still hate leaving him each morning to go to work, but I know he is with lovely people who adore him and give him fun, learning filled days. I can't thank the nursery enough for giving me peace of mind that he's in safe hands each day.

My little girl has been going to this nursery for about 6 months after a bad experience at a previous childcare setting when she was just turned 2. Management were so understanding and went above and beyond with sorting issues with funding due to changing settings mid term. From day one all staff were so welcoming and helped my little one settle in, and provided reassurance when needed im those early days. My little one now runs in so excited and is greeted warmly by all members of staff. She has a great relationship with her keyworker but every staff member knows her by name, knows what she likes, and knows the name of her favourite teddy! She has learned so much since coming here and I feel happy going to work knowing that she is being cared for well and learning new things. The setting feels very secure and I love how parents enter the setting to do drop off and pick up. I honestly wouldn't consider anywhere else and I'm so grateful we found this nursery.

The staff have always been so helpful and reassuring. They provide excellent care and lots of development opportunities for our son. The food is excellent and we are always updated on the days progress through the app.

Our child is thriving in the supportive environment provided. Meals are nutritious and teachers are engaging. Since starting we have seen our child grow and become more confident in speaking and her enthusiasm for learning.

My son started at this nursery at 13 months in May 2024. The staff are fantastic, and it has a real family feel as a setting. Even staff who aren't in his room know my son, not just by name but by personality too. A new manager started a few months after my son did and I really feel like it's gone from strength to strength since then, she has such a nurturing presence. There are a lot of long-standing staff which I think makes a huge difference. The kids do lots of art and activities and spend lots of time in the fantastic garden space or have walks out to the park. My son loves it here and I feel really comfortable leaving him in their care.

My daughter recently started and I feel so at ease when at work that my daughter is here. The first time I visited, I got a sense of security and feel comfortable leaving my child in their hands. I recently returned to work from maternity leave and I get daily updates, photos, reassurance and support with her learning development. The staff are really supportive friendly and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing nursery with wonderful caring staff. Very friendly atmosphere and I am very happy with my child's progress. It seems fun they do a lot of painting and reading. Very good communication with parents.

This is my second child to go to Botanic Lodge Nursery, the staff are amazing always keeping me up to date with the goals my child is reaching, my child loves it there she wants to go on a weekend! The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Beautiful nursery, adaptable brilliant resources, dedicated staff and lovely activities. The Senco worker and manager are amazing help, would be lost without them. My child's development has changed massively and her shyness is gone, she's more involved in receiving the right support for her needs and personalized education plan for all children, I'm amazed at how my little girl is now, all thanks to Botanic Lodge Nursery and all staff and support she has received.

Couldn't be happier with the nursery staff/management/SENDCO who always go above and beyond to make sure my child is taken care of, supported and has the best time. Would highly recommend Botanic Lodge Nursery!

This is a lovely nursery where the staff are kind and welcoming to parents and children and staff communication is good. They get the children involved in crafts and take them to the nearby park or the children often play in the nursery's spacious outdoor play area. The different rooms have a range of toys for the children to play with, which allows for development and fun.

What can I say bout this nursery? I can't find any faults with nursery, I've been coming since it first opened with my second oldest child in 2013, now with my last in 2024. Staff are great, got any problem they are willing to help and sort any issues out. I really would recommend this nursery to anyone, friends and family, as helped my child come on, even with special needs children they try to help treat all children the same, no issue if they think you need help they give you help and support and point you to the right place. This nursery thinks about children and families, not just children. It's really lovely for any child, all my children loved this place. If staff have any problems or issues, always tell you first before acting on. Love seeing this nursery build as years gone by. What makes the nursery is the lovely, friendly staff. I'd say this nursery is a lot better than other nurseries by far.

Our (nearly 3-year-old) daughter has attended Botanic Lodge Nursery from the age of 1. Botanic Lodge has such a caring and welcoming environment in which our daughter has flourished. The practitioners are kind and encouraging and create a fun and friendly atmosphere for all children. We couldn't be happier that we chose Botanic Lodge Nursery and we look forward to watching our daughter continue to grow and develop in this nurturing setting.

The nursery is amazing, they truly do go above and beyond for your child. My son has come on so much with his speech and other motor skills since attending and he settled in so quickly he practically sprints into nursery!

My son has been coming here since he was 6 months old and now almost 4, is still loving every day he attends nursery. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, patient and kind with both children and caregivers. We are kept up to date on the app on how he is doing throughout the day which helps us get insights into his life at nursery. The girls have worked with us to help go through potty training along with many many other things that our small people are evolving through. Only a few more months left here before school, we are all going to be sad when this time comes. Thanks everyone, keep up the great work!
