Little wellies is an excellent privately run nursery that caters to many needs of individuals. My child was really struggling to settle (taken over 6 months) and the staff really persevered with patience, updates and reassurance that our little boy would settle. As parents it's always daunting to send children to nursery however our little one now loves going and has developed so munch socially and intellectually. Staff are friendly, the nursery is secure and children get to experience a mix of playing in and out in addition to occasional trips outside the building. Well done guys and keep up the good work.

This is our 3rd child coming to Little Wellies! We absolutely love it here. I am always so happy with the care provided. The children are well cared for! They always have a day full of fun and activities. The food is also great. It's hard going back to work full time when you have a baby, but I feel secure and happy knowing he is spending the day here. He always goes in happy and smiling and waves me off! I dont have a bad word to say. They have maintained their high standards throughout!

I couldn't even start by saying a bad word about this nursery the staff are amazing more like family to all the kids my boys have been attending little wellies since last year and they have settled in absolutely amazing they love going to school they love making memories with there teachers the staff are incredible with keeping you uptodate with what's happened at school the food they provide is exactly what a child would love there always good with keeping child clean and dry. would highly recommend. the management is amazing and so easy to communicate with

My little boy started this nursery summer 2025, the staff have been absolutely amazing & beyond accommodating with everything and anything! My little boy cries when we bring him home and it's brought on his speech / social development leaps. The manager Emma has been an absolute star with everything, as well as the staff in Rainbows who my son adores. All the kids are happy when I drop off and pick up, they do so many activities and outdoor play. My son is a very fussy eater with a dairy intolerance and the staff go above and beyond for him to try new foods (which they manage to get him to try!!) I highly recommend this nursery to everyone & I can't wait to send my youngest so he can have the same experiences

My child has been attending for well over a year now, he started of in raindrops, then onto rainbows and now on to sunbeams. He has gone from strength to strength since starting, his speech and understanding of is amazing. He was a really fussy eater before starting at Little Wellies but now is eating more of a variety of different foods. First time using a nursery and would definitely definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who asks

I cannot rate Little Wellies high enough. They have all been exceptional with our little boy since returning from an illness. Opened their arms and welcomed him back learning his new way of life. Letting him continue learning through play and been part of everything they do. The support has been amazing. If anyone would ask me if I recommend a nursery it would be Little wellies!

I can hand on my heart say this nursery is so caring and supportive. All the staff treat the children like their own and the care they give the children is outstanding. Emma is so supportive and is always there when you have any questions. She has supported my child through applying for an EHCP and I honestly don't know what I'd do without her help!

My little girl has been thriving. She was a little timid and tearful at first. But has settled right in! I can see how much fun she has by the state she comes home in! Letting children be children and what more could anyone want. Honestly I was a very anxious mum, but the way they take care of my child and put my heart at ease the 10 times I do call throughout the day. Makes it so much easier for me to be at work and not worry about her. My little girl is a lot more confident and doesn't mind playing independently anymore. I absolutely love how attentive the staff are at the nursery and how they tend to each child's needs. They've figured out how to settle my little girl and how she likes to eat. Couldn't have chosen a better setting for her. Thank you.

My little boy loves coming to Little wellies, he has amazing practitioners caring for him & helping him learn. They know him so well & take the time to give really good feedback on his days. He talks so highly of his nursery experiences & has made some really good friendships. He loves all the messy activities that are on offer daily. Emma is a fab manager & is always available when needed with any queries I have. I have had both of my boys at little wellies & am happy with the care that have been given to them by the amazing staff team.

Myself and my partner are so so happy with the level of care our child receives from all staff in the room. They are always so caring and welcoming each morning and never fail to give her a cuddle (always has to have a cuddle on drop off) her social skills and vocabulary has flourished since starting at little wellies as the staff are so good at interacting with her. She is always happy to go and very happy in pictures posted on the social media group.

We chose little wellies wrose for a second time because of how fantastic they are. Our first born attended little wellies 5 years ago, when it was time for our second to attend we knew little wellies was the best choice. Our little one has been attending for the last 18 months and we have experienced nothing but outstandingly consistent care for her. All members of the team are friendly and welcoming, there's a great balance of fun and learning. Our little one loves attending and we know she is well cared for every moment she attends. We could not recommend them enough.

My son started at the nursery in September, and I was honestly pretty nervous about how he'd settle in. But the management and the staff in his room have been absolutely amazing. They've been so patient, caring, and really helped him and me feel comfortable from the start. The team are brilliant, and I would happily recommend Little Wellies Nursery to family and friends.

Little wellies have been amazing with my daughter! They've gone above and beyond with getting to know her and understand her truly. My daughter loves going and sometimes even wants to go on weekends. She's flourished so much since attending and I literally feel at peace when I know she's at little wellies because they take such good care of her.

Can't begin to express my gratitude to this nursery, my son thoroughly enjoys his time every week. The teachers are great and approachable. My son's speech improved tremendously and I put it all down to the hard work of the teachers of this nursery. 10/10 would recommend.

Great nursery, a lovely staff. My little boy is only two but he loves going to nursery and can recall his day because he's had that much fun with his friends, he can use a few makaton signs. My daughter also attended prior to starting school and she also loved it.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful! My two boys go and it's incredible how they settled in so fast. I'm impressed how kids are involved with so many activities and decorating all rooms every season. Thank you so much for the staff doing an incredible job!

Fantastic nursery, would highly recommend to others. From the start staff have been so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They all give an in-depth handover after every session which is fabulous. The work/learning is outstanding and I am beyond proud of how far my child has come since starting.

My child has been attending Little Wellies Wrose setting coming up to a year now and she has flourished so much within that time. The transition from room to room is great and I loved how this was done at nursery. They always make sure there are lots of activities to do with the children and make time to go outside when they can. I couldn't fault this nursery at all and the manager is always very accommodating to any queries or questions you may have.

My son had attended Little Wellies from 10 months old at both at another setting and here. He has come on loads and can tell me all about his day. They have been helpful with potty training and update me most of the time about his day. He always eats lots and sleeps (which is more than he does at home!) Huge thanks to everyone who has had him and made him smile and kept him safe.

My daughter has been attending now since May 2023, she absolutely loves coming in and even asks on days she's not there if it's nursery today! I chose Little Wellies as my now 12 and 9-year-old attended when younger. It's family-run and it really is a family. We love being part of the Little Wellies family and will be sad when it's time for big school next year.

Can't begin to express my gratitude to this nursery, my son thoroughly enjoys his time every week. The teachers are great and approachable. My son's speech improved tremendously and I put it all down to the hard work of the teachers of this nursery. 10/10 would recommend.
