Lovely caring staff. There is a strong focus on learning through play. Extensive leaning opportunities. fantastic outdoor space. The food offered is outstanding. Really glad to have chosen this nursery.

My daughter started at Bananamoon Nursery almost a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with the progress she's made. Her development has been superb-she's hitting her milestones, and I've seen a big improvement in both her language and speech. She's grown into a very confident little girl. As a
parent, I feel completely reassured that all her needs are being met. The staff are warm, kind, and genuinely caring, always bringing a positive attitude. They're also very flexible and make a real effort to work with parents, keeping us involved in every decision about our child. I really appreciate how open they are to feedback and how willing they are to support both me and my daughter. Overall, it's a truly lovely nursery.

We are extremely happy to have chosen Banana Moon nursery for our little one ,we had a great feeling after visiting it and we weren't wrong!
Our son is thriving even more since he started nursery and he is always happy to go to nursery,witch means he is enjoying the time that he spends there and
we know that he is well looked after and stimulated with different activity ,he is surrounded by great staff and there isn't anything better then been with other children.
We very often say how happy we are with Banana Moon, from day one, and even more now, after a year ! Thank you from the bottom of our hurts to all the amazing staff, it's not an easy step sending your child to nursery but they made sure the transition was fun and gave us an immense joy seeing how much our son loves going to Banana Moon. One more thing : the food that they provide is fantastic, freshly prepared there . You are all AMAZING :)

We have sent both of our kids to Banana Moon (one is still there and the other is now at school) and they have thrived there. The staff go above and beyond and it is fantastic environment where they have made lasting friendships!

Both my children have attended Banana Moon nursery in Sheffield, and my second one, who is 2, is still there and will stay until they go to primary school.
The staff at nursery are and have alway been absolutely amazing at supporting us and our children, who love and loved it there. The staff team
are like our extended family, we could not make it without them. They are loving, caring, supportive and always there for the good and bad times, to help us through.
They take great care in educating and engaging our children, through excellent educational and play activities.
They cook the food in house, and they go above and beyond for the children and parents.
I could not recommend them more.

Banana Moon are a very caring group of kind and enthusiastic people who have bonded very well with our child. From the "baby moons" (6 month to 2 years) where our child was given security and a safe space to exercise his initial ability to manage without us and he flourished. He graduated to "mini
moons" (2-3 years) and not only enjoys his days but actively asked to go to nursery on days he's not there.
The activities and ratio of carer to child is generally good and the food is exceptional.
Overall we feel comfortable that our child is safe, learning, developing new skills, well nourished and most important, having fun!

Banana moon nursery is really amazing.My child is really happy about her nursery.My child really loves her teachers.The teachers attitude towards their students is really appreciable.The whole nursery have got good facilities especially play area and class room.

Really love this nursery for my daughter. The communication is brilliant, the activities are really thought-out (celebrating a range of festivals) and not repetitive. The management door is always open and the management team know the children really well. The menu is great and my daughter eats
really nutritious meals. The best thing of all are the staff - they really make me feel like they care about my daughter and know the children in their care really well.

Both my children have attended this nursery from being 2 until school - I cannot praise the staff and the environment more. Like a family they truly care about the children that attend , great outdoor space and amazing activities for the children always . I would highly recommend this setting for

We are incredibly happy with the nursery setting and staff. They do everything they can to keep the children engaged, they organize tons of fun activities for them to learn using play as a main driver. Outside space is wonderful as well, and they go outside every day, which is great for development.
The staff is always kind and supportive, and they try to reassure us when we feel insecure. Couldn't think of a better place for my kid!

We have had a great experience so far. Our daughter joined the baby moons class in November 2024 aged 13m and is now 19m in the same room. There were 3 settling in sessions free of charge and they completed a thorough handover with us to learn all about her personality and preferences. They
continued to maintain our preferred nap schedule which not all nurseries do. They have been fully supportive in our potty training journey and she is now out of nappies. The class size seems small compared to other friend's nurseries and they organise little sensory activities for the babies each day and give them plenty of time outside. Communication is really good and updates are provided throughout the day through their app. There was a parents evening recently for an opportunity to share progress. Staff seem to have a genuine affection towards our daughter and are always so positive about her which is lovely.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for the past 3 years, and my son for 4 years before he left for school. Banana Moon is a massive part of our lives! The staff are kind and caring, they encourage and bring out the best in the children. They organise varied and interesting activities
everyday, and have a lovely structure during their day. The outside space is brilliant and they use it all year round. Food is really varied and caters for all diets and tastes. We are so pleased we decided to use Banana Moon for our children, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to everyone for such wonderful care you show all the children!

Great nursery, really well managed. The staff are superb. They are always informative about how the day has gone and genuinely seem to enjoy looking after the children. We are really happy with it and have both our kids there.

This nursery is absolutely fantastic! They've offered nothing but continuous support for my child, and me as a parent. All the staff are amazing, friendly, chatty & have a fantastic work ethos.
The meals are fantastic, a lot of thought, effort and hard work clearly goes into planning their own
menu's and cooking it all on their onsite kitchen.
My child's development has sky rocketed since starting back in 2023. She is very happy, content and loves coming to nursery!

My daughter has been coming here since she was 1 (3 now) and we love Banana Moon Day Nursery! The staff really care about her and her well-being, every key worker she has had has been absolutely amazing. Her confidence has grown so much and she has made really meaningful connections with the staff
and other children. Thoroughly recommend Banana Moon to everyone.

My little boy (21 months) has been coming to this nursery since last summer. His development has skyrocketed along with his social skills and confidence. He loves coming to nursery and has formed great bonds with the staff in his room.
The staff have been understanding and supportive of any family
issues and I feel my son and all other children are looked after as if they were their own.
Huge thank you to everyone for providing such great care, highly recommended!

The staff are amazing and very tentative. They are very knowledgeable and always try and answer any questions we might have. They take very good care of our child and try their best to accommodate the things we do at home, e.g. potty training or keeping up to date and responding to our child’s
second language. Also, it is very important that they go and play outside at least once a day in the garden. For the specific room our child is in, they do different activities every day and they try and teach the toddlers how to interact with small babies.

As a first-time mum who's had a bad experience with my son's previous nursery, I would definitely recommend this nursery. They've put my mind at ease throughout the whole transition. I feel like all the staff in his room really know him and his likes/dislikes and are really hands-on with him. They
treat him as an individual and you can tell they all genuinely care about all the children. I really like that they feed children often and do different activities every day. I feel confident with leaving my son there and very happy we found this nursery.

Both of our children have absolutely loved Banana Moon. Our youngest has been going there for nearly two years now and his big sister went there until school. The staff are amazing and create a wonderfully supportive environment that really helps kids develop their confidence. The nursery has a
lovely outdoor side and the kids are outside in all weathers. We had a fantastic experience with their SEN support too and found the nursery both willing and able to adapt their processes to support our child.
