If you want a nursery where your child is looked after by exceptional staff that clearly care about the wellbeing of your baby/toddler/pre-schooler then this nursery couldn't come more highly recommended. My daughter has been a part of the alphabet city family for 3 years and prior to that my niece
since it opened in 2015. Both children have a fantastic vocabulary and have developed better than I could have hoped. They have not only enjoyed learning through the team on site but have made the most of the additional activities on offer such as stretch and grow. The online communication portal around what your child has been doing during the day is effective and means that parents can easily communicate with the team. More importantly, they have handled the recent difficulties in covid exceptionally well and I am grateful that since the nursery reopened we are yet to have had any isolation incidences. Communication is excellent and the team so friendly that it made my nursery decision easy!
