Both of my children have been part of the Boys & Girls family since they were just one years old, and now that my youngest is moving on to a nursery closer to our new home, I just wanted to take a moment to say an enormous thank you to the whole team. From day one, the care, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of staff has been exceptional. You've created such a warm, nurturing environment where my children have not only felt safe and loved but have truly thrived. The support, patience, and attention to detail you give each child has been clear to see and the positive impact it has had on both of mine has been incredible. You've played such an important role in their early years, and I'm incredibly grateful for the memories you've helped them create. Thank you again for everything over the years, we will miss you all so much and will always look back on our time with Boys & Girls with huge fondness and appreciation. Warmest Wishes.

My little boy has been flourishing at Boys & Girls Nursery Rickmansworth since joining in March 2025. This is due to the staff who really care for the children they look after. They create educational and interactive activities and gently work with my son as he develops verbally and physically. He really enjoys his day's at nursery and he comes home with a full belly, a huge smile on his face and plenty to talk about. We hope our positive journey with Boys & Girls Nursery Rickmansworth continues and would highly recommend this nursery to any of our friends and family.

From communication of start dates, to arranging settling in days to starting nursery Boys & Girls are fantastic. Made everything so simple and my son absolutely loves nursery days. Thank you to the whole team for making the prices so simple, easy and enjoyable

We have both our children at Boys and Girls Nursery and couldn't be happier with our experience. Our children are so happy there and always smiling at drop-off which is amazing. The staff genuinely love our children and it's evident when you spend time inside the rooms as you get a real feel for the happy environment and the care that goes into looking after the children. The nursery is very good at communications and very quick to respond to queries and there have been many over the years! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boys and Girls to anybody.

Our two children (ages 1 and 3) joined the nursery in September and we couldn't be more happy with the transition. The settling in period was so smooth and the staff have been fantastic. Taking the time to get to know our family and being so kind and caring. We highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for childcare. Thank you to all of the wonderful team, who work so hard to give our children a fun, happy and safe environment each and every day.

Boys and Girls Nursery is a fantastic nursery! The staff and the facilities are great. Our son attended and now our daughter. He really enjoyed his time there and has made a lot of friends. I would definitely recommend to anyone whom is looking for a nursery for their child.

Our son settled so quickly at Boys & Girls Nursery, it changed our whole experience of childcare. The staff are so caring, they ensured he had the routines he needs and activities he enjoys. Our son quickly became attached to his key worker in the babies room who gave him all the cuddles he needed so that he quickly looked forward to going to nursery. The staff also work hard to give us peace of mind, from the app updates and photos throughout the day to phone calls when needed so we feel happy and worry-free. They’ve made a huge difference to us and supported our son to have fun, improve his skills and try new activities. He particularly loves music sessions on Thursdays. The communication is excellent and we enjoy the different events with open afternoons for parents. Overall, our experience couldn’t have been better for settling our son into nursery.

My daughter joined Boys and Girls in August and we only have positive things to say about our experience so far. They are always one step ahead and I feel completely relaxed knowing my daughter is in their care. They took the time to understand her likes/dislikes too which I appreciated. She settled in much faster than we thought she would and this is a reflection of their excellent understanding of and commitment to each child’s needs.

I only have positive words to say about the baby room at Boys & Girls Nursery Rickmansworth. The room/building/facility is a lovely place to be. I've known most of the staff there for four years now (since my son started), they have been so consistent. They are great ladies with such high energy levels. We get such a welcome every day and such comprehensive feedback at the end of every day. They do such fun things with all the babies in the room and I can't fault the food or facilities. It's a happy, fun, safe place and my daughter has settled in brilliantly. I feel perfectly reassured that my daughter is in the best place she could possibly be whilst I'm at work - and that they truly care. Thank you Boys and Girls - keep up the good work!

We are really happy our son is going to this amazing nursery. We are impressed by how smoothly he settled there, even after we had a previous bad experience with a different nursery. I really thought he would never be happy there, especially as he goes for a full day. He is no longer crying when I leave him there and gets more and more exited to spend time at the nursery. So many thanks to all the lovely ladies that are taking care of him. They have been great supporting him with potty training as well. Thank you for wiping his face when he is dirty (quite a rare thing at nurseries), helping him to learn while playing, and for teaching him how to have fun, sing, dance and get dirty. I know he gets yummy and nutritious food as well; every time we visit the nursery the smell is amazing, you just want to sit down and eat. Thank you.

My daughter has been attending Boys & Girls Nursery for the last 8 months and she absolutely loves it. The staff are lovely and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. Since my daughter has started the nursery, I have seen a huge improvement with her speech and general interaction skills, and this is all down to the wonderful team.

My son is going to primary school in September but has been at Boys and Girls Nursery for the past 3 years. The staff are all so lovely and helpful and inclusive too as my son comes from a same sex family and they have always been very supportive and welcoming. My son will miss Boys and Girls Nursery but I would recommend it to anyone who is making the big decision of what nursery to send their child to. They will be in good hands.

Our daughter has been coming to Boys & Girls Nursery for a few months now and I cannot recommend them enough. As a first-time parent, leaving your child is so daunting but the nursery made the transition effortless and took so much of my worry away. My daughter loves going to the nursery and the team in the baby room takes such good care of her and is incredible. She is thriving and I see how much her development has come on since being there. I highly recommend them.

My daughter is currently in the pre toddler, dance room having started in March 2022. The transition into the room has been nothing short of fantastic. Both the key worker and all staff in the room and beyond have taken the time to make my daughter feel special. She has come on leaps and bounds in terms of developmental milestones and loves the homemade meals. One example of how the manager has gone above and beyond - I called to explain transitioning to cow’s milk wasn’t going well and the manager instantly added an alternative child’s milk to the order and her meal plan. My daughter’s key worker is kind and gentle with her and other children. It really is a lovely place! My son attended Boys and Girls for two years and had a similarly fantastic experience - what's more, the garden has been upgraded since he attended, further enhancing the experience.

After 13 months of maternity leave in a pandemic, when we had barely been apart, I was quite nervous about my daughter starting nursery! But the team in the baby room have been brilliant from day one and we are so happy with how she has settled. They really got the measure of her quite quickly and we love receiving the feedback at the end of the day and the updates on the app. Her development has come on so much since being there, she’s much more confident and independent and seems to learn something new every day. Everyone at the nursery made us feel very welcome and made an effort to get to know her and us from the start. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

As a parent, you just know when something feels right and I know when my daughter was close to turning 1 that I needed to return to work and ensure she was in a happy and safe environment for 4 full days a week. I took a tour around Boys & Girls when my daughter was barely 3 months old and I already knew it was perfect for her and us. I had seen nearly 6 local nurseries but none of them ticked all the boxes. My daughter has now been at the nursery for nearly a whole year and she has blossomed into a funny, caring and confident child.

Our son has attended boys and girls Rickmansworth since he was just over 1yr old, he is due to leave at the end of August to start school. He took a while to settle but even so we could see the positive impact being at nursery was having. In particular, in the last 8 months, we have seen such positive social confidence in him. He seeks out 'friends' wherever we go and is super confident at introducing himself and interacting with people. He is our little superstar and we thank the part that Boys & Girs has played in developing him to where he is today.

My son joined the pre-toddler room at Boys & Girls Nursery Rickmansworth and has moved up 2 stages into the pre-school room, we have never thought of moving him. I have always been impressed with the care shown at Boys and Girls. Staff have always made me feel confident that my son is not only looked after but valued by the team. He regularly comes home with new songs, new games and a whole range of stories which show not only how much he enjoys being in this nursery but how much progress he is making. His current key person is always warm and welcoming. They have been incredible during the pandemic, providing a safe environment and balancing the needs of us as parents with the difficult circumstances. Thank you to the manager and the team for everything you've done.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since Jan 2021 and it's been really great. She had never attended nursery before and joined when she was 2.5 so I was a bit worried about how she would settle as she hadn't mixed much with children her own age with all the Covid stuff going on. I have to say she settled in really well so quickly, the nursery and staff were excellent and she loves going to nursery. I've been so happy with her progress there really is nothing I can fault or say I've not been happy with. I'd highly recommend Boys & Girls Rickmansworth. Thank you for looking after my daughter so well and making her so happy.

My son had a great experience at Boys & Girls Nursery Rickmansworth. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, to the point where my son didn't even feel upset to be leaving me. I felt thoroughly at ease and reassured, knowing that my son was getting such good care and attention. The feedback that we got on a daily basis was thorough and detailed; everything is documented. Thank you to his lovely keyworkers. I would definitely recommend this nursery!
