An absolutely wonderful nursery, the staff are so friendly and helpful. My children have come on leaps and bounds since attending. Nothing is too much for the staff, the trips, learning experiences and activities are incredible and my children are always well fed and looked after. Could not

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle for two years now, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions we've made. He is thriving in every way, surrounded by the most nurturing, friendly, and supportive environment. I love that he knows every single staff member by name, along with
his friends - it really shows how comfortable and confident he feels there. He walks into nursery every morning with excitement and absolutely no fuss, which speaks volumes. The fresh, healthy meals they provide are amazing too - he's usually full and content by the time he gets home! The learning-through-play approach has helped him develop so many new skills, and I truly appreciate the educational support he receives every day. What makes Monkey Puzzle even more special is how much they support families. No matter what you're going through, the team's communication, empathy, and compassion are outstanding. It feels like a real family community.

In recent months, Monkey Puzzle has truly gone above and beyond for the children who attend. There's so much meaningful interaction with the real world, which my daughter absolutely loves. Throughout the day, I'm kept fully updated on the app, with every detail shared and a thorough review of how
each child is developing and growing.
What stands out most to me is how MP nurtures independence, caring, and kindness, while encouraging children to use their own voice. That emphasis has made a real impact at home, and as a family, we've noticed how much it's shaped our daughter's confidence and expression.

Excellent nursery! All the staff are really kind and helpful. My child is very happy after coming to nursery. Their food quality is excellent. My child learned lots of things from here. It is the best nursery I've ever seen.

Monkey puzzle has been amazing for our 11 month old. The caregivers are gentle, attentive to every detail and have been very patient with our son. Our child comes home happy and playful which has made us feel completely at ease. Our child gets to explore through many music time, sensory play and
outdoor activities. Its amazing to see how much he enjoys and learn through play. I love the daily and weekly updates on the app. Huge shoutout to the babies room staff and i would highly recommend Monkey puzzle to any family looking for quality care.

We couldn't be happier with the service provided to our two sons who attend Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe. The stimulation and variety of activities the children do is varied and most appreciated. It's so nice to see the smile on the nursery staff's faces when they see the children arrive, just as big
as the smile on the children's faces when they get to spend the day at MP. The key workers deserve a special shout-out for the feedback we get from them on our child's development. Our youngest bond with his key worker is special, especially when he was anxious starting MP. His confidence has really grown.
For our oldest his wide ranging vocabulary is so impressive and thanks to the tasks the staff do with him. Thanks so much to all of you.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe for nearly a year and I couldn't be more pleased with his experience there. I love the weekly updates of what they get up to as well as specific updates about him from his key worker. I have loved attending the stay and play sessions that are run
periodically throughout the year for special events (e.g. Mother's Day). I also appreciate the proactiveness from the management to seek feedback and new things to implement. I look forward to seeing the continued growth my son will experience as the years go by!

Monkey Puzzle has been a kind and welcoming space for all three of my children, adapting seamlessly to their different needs and providing a setting they were happy to go to each morning. Great staff and brilliant location in easy access of the Rye and town centre.

The nursery at High Wycombe has been very good. Both our 4 and 5 year olds attended for many years. The staff are good with the children and the activities and food options available are very good. Both our daughters have enjoyed their time at Monkey Puzzle. The hours provided are also very good.
From 0730 to 1830. Overall we would recommend this nursery to anyone in the area looking for such services. Thank you all for looking after our daughters over the years, and best wishes for the future.

From day one, the team made us feel welcomed and reassured. Our son absolutely loved going in each morning always excited to see his best friend, explore new activities, and be greeted with the kindest smiles. He attended Monkey Puzzle for 15 months, two days a week, It's been a joy watching him
grow in confidence, communication, and independence thanks to the nurturing environment provided.
The staff treat all the children with equal care and attention - there's such a warm, inclusive atmosphere that genuinely celebrates each child for who they are. As parents, that means everything.
Thank you to the entire team for the brilliant job you do and for a lovely Graduation afternoon. We will always have fond memories of Monkey Puzzle and wish you continued success as you help many more little ones thrive.

Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe is hands down the best of the best. They have great staff, who are all dedicated to their jobs, they are always there for any support that you might need. When I first viewed the nursery, I knew that it was the one that I wanted my child enrolled at. They do countless
amounts of activities, implementing the EYFS framework. My child always comes home telling me everything that the class does each day. The meals that the chefs make are always healthy, appropriate and appetising. The nursery have been a very big help and support to me and my child and I will forever be thankful and grateful for all the staff that have taught my child. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe to anyone searching for a nursery for their children.

Choosing where to send your child is the most important decision for their early years development. I chose Monkey Puzzle in 2020 for my first child you thrived at the nursery and was cared for and taught so well by staff. It was then an easy choice to send my second child to the same nurturing
environment.
My little one is doing so well there, they have mornings out at the park as well as walking into town to visit the library and shops to buy ingredients for their cooking creations. All brilliant foundation skills to have and access to new experiences.
The nursery is clean and always feels welcoming, the staff are approachable and are brilliant when helping out with new changes such as potty training.
Overall, this is a nursery I feel confident sending my children to.

We have been a part of the Monkey Puzzle HW family since 2022 with both our boys attending from 9m/1yo. I can say wholeheartedly that choosing this nursery was one of the best decisions we have made. The staff are exceptional - they are loving, caring and really do foster such a welcoming
environment for the children (and parents!). The communication from staff & management is next to none - it feels like a family here. Our eldest graduates in the Summer, we will be so sad to see him move on from here but I know Monkey Puzzle have set him up for what lies ahead at big school! I would recommend Monkey Puzzle to anyone, my boys run in with a smile which is the greatest review you could have!

Hi! I am very happy with the Monkey Puzzle nursery, my son is also very happy to be there. The teachers are very nice and patient. They have a lot of activities and I'm excited they go even outside the nursery for activities ( market , park ) . My child was not an English speaker, but he did very
well and learned English quite quickly, again thanks to the patience of the teachers.

We sent both our children to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery and our time with them has spanned nine years, ending in August 2024. I can wholeheartedly recommend this nursery team to be kind, caring, passionate about what they do, engaging with parents, great communicators (they have an app which is
updated daily with activity photos, and a log of your child's progress). If ever we've had any questions, the manager and the team have been really responsive and worked with us. It's more than just a team, it's a family, and as a parent and child, you too are welcomed into that family. I feel like they have been such a huge part of our lives for almost a decade, and we have all been through a lot in that time. We will be forever grateful that we chose Monkey Puzzle to care for our children in their earliest years.

My son joined Monkey Puzzle in 2021 and has just started school this September. Our 18-month-old is currently attending. Our experience has been wholly positive. The staff in all rooms show great care and compassion and the communication i.e. daily activity and learning updates and responding to
messages on the app have all been fantastic. The Nursery Manager is friendly and approachable and is frequently at the door. Given the challenges all nurseries have experienced with staffing, the manager has done amazingly well to consistently provide a safe, compassionate and engaging day nursery environment. Other perks include being 5 min walking distance from the town centre and train station, a decent size and secure outdoor play area and good parking, and well-organised parent-child events throughout the year. We highly recommend Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe.

Lovely nursery with caring staff.
My son joined the preschool class at 3 years old after attending another setting where he had been since he was 8 months old. We were anxious about how he would adjust to such a major change, but the staff were supportive and he settled in nicely. He enjoyed his
time there with great activities and outings.
Management are easy to reach and the nursery is conveniently located with parking for drop off and pick up.
The nursery was recommended to us by a friend whose child already attended and I would recommend it too!

My son has thoroughly enjoyed his three years at Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe. The staff are lovely and so caring with the children. The management have been under pressure recently in line with the sector as a whole but they have always put the needs of the children first. As a result, the nursery is
a beautiful and welcoming space for the children where they can feel safe and free to grow and express themselves. The activities for the children are fun and engaging and my son especially loves all of the food prepared fresh on site. The facilities are good with plenty to keep little ones entertained and the children follow the early years curriculum with letters and number practice through different themes. The nursery have really prepared my son well for school too, and helped him grow into a happy, confident and independent little boy. I definitely recommend Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe.
