Been with Kids Planet Tong since Jan 25. Our daughter loves it. The care since day one has been amazing. All staff are extremely friendly, caring and can tell they love their job. With regular updates via the app we feel reassured, communication is clear, and always easy to talk to staff and manager
at any time. As a parent, you're always going to feel difficult sending them to nursery but Kids Planet Tong has helped take that fear away. Could not recommend them enough! We're so thankful for all the team's amazing work.

Kids planet at Tong is such a warm welcoming caring childcare setting. My Daughter has been attending 2 years now since she was 1 year old starting in baby room. She has always loved going in in a morning and looks forward to her nursery days when she knows there coming up. The staff are incredable
an have helpped my daughter grow and develop so much. They are so child focued an strive for greatness offering the best possible care. Special mention to key workers for my baby room

All the staff are so lovely but These are staff that are spoken about often and fondly at home an have had a big influance over her care and enjoyment at nursery

We are gratful to have the peace of mind our girl is safe, happy and thriving while we work

My LB has been with KP - Tong since 10months old (now 4).
He has complex medical needs, that require above and beyond training, constant updates, assessments and communication. From the very beginning they have carried this out to the best of their abilities and gone above and beyond for my LB and
also myself. We have gone through some of the hardest times in our lives personally whilst he has been in attendance, they supported us every step! The staff in all the rooms are excellent and so friendly and welcoming. We have encountered a few very minor issues in these years. Whenever we raise anything to the Managers, it is dealt with, accountability is taken, it doesn't happen again & they openly welcome feedback and thank you for raising any opportunities for training. My LB has become so confident, and learnt so much with their support and I will be really sad to see him leave in September as he loves it! I do highly recommend :)

Both of my children go to Kids Planet Tong and with each experience the staff have been amazing. They made my children feel welcome and at ease.
Carla, Lillie and Reanna have all gone above and beyond and have made both the children's nursery experiences exceptional.
So glad we picked this

Our little boy was in the process of transferring from babies&tots into toddlers for 2-3 year olds. Both the babies&tots team and toddler team created a smooth transition and allowed our little boy to move when he was ready and confident. He still loves the babies&tots staff and now has his
favourite staff members in the toddler room who really understand him and help with his confidence. He really loves going to nursery.
Absolutely 100% recommend this fantastic nursery! They go above and beyond expectations.

We could not be happier with Kids Planet. Mario has settled in amazingly and loves going. Sarah (his key worker) is brilliant and we are so happy with the progress he has made since starting.
I cannot recommend the nursery enough. Both of my boys loved it!

My children moved to Tong from a different setting. Since day 1, we have felt very comfortable here. The staff are extremely welcoming and show genuine care to children and parents alike. My children have settled in so quickly, which is definitely due to the time the staff have taken to get to know
them. I definitely think that Tong is like a home away from home. Everyone always seems so happy and positive. Thank you to the management and staff for making a normally stressful time smooth and enjoyable!

I have 3 children and they have all been to Kids Planet. One has left and I currently have 2 there now. The best decision I have ever made was picking this nursery.
My first child started in the beginning of 2021! The two managers at the nursery are absolutely outstanding! The care they have
given to my children could not be matched anywhere. I viewed so many nurseries when deciding which nursery to put my kids in and when I met the manager and was shown round my decision was made instantly.
All of my children have been so happy here. All the girls have been amazing. The love and care they show to my children honestly melts my heart. It's not easy leaving your child with anyone but I never worry when my kids are at nursery. 10/10 for them!
My son was delayed in his speach and nursery picked it up straight away got him referred to speach therapy and went above and beyond for him. A year and a half later he speaks perfect and is not behind anymore and I couldn't be happier!

My child's key worker always goes above and beyond when looking after my child; this is apparent in the feedback I'm given and the learning updates loaded on the app. At the last parents' evening, the feedback was amazing, it's apparent that the key worker thinks very highly of my child, and give
really in-depth and informative feedback. I really appreciate this as it gives me and their father an insight into what our child is like at nursery. My child's key worker understands their personality and needs, and will cater to these to make my child feel comfortable and give them the best experience at nursery. Management are also amazing, super helpful and approachable, will go above and beyond to give the best support and experience for my child.

Our child loves coming to nursery. The staff here have been amazing. They got to know him, which helped him settle. They always clearly communicate whatever has gone on in the day and how he has been. He goes in now with no crying, waving bye to us but always really excited to see his key worker.

I have had 2 children at Kids Planet Tong since March 2020. During this time I have nothing but positive things to say. All the staff I have encountered have been brilliant. Both my girls have loved their time here.

Fantastic support from staff in supporting my child's emotional development. She talks non-stop about 'Colour Monster' and relates to her own feelings. The staff gave me a check-in resource to use at home which has been effective in supporting my child to express his emotions.

Initially, I was worried and nervous about sending my child to nursery but it was the best decision we made as a family. My child has come on since nursery and absolutely loves being there. The staff are amazing and so informative. My child comes out happy and can't wait to visit again. Good range
of food, toys and activities. The staff are very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend it to other parents.

The baby and toddler room plus the Senco worker have been amazing at learning about my daughter's needs and making me feel very relaxed about leaving her at nursery, something that feels even harder for parents of children with complex needs. They've been thorough with her care and I trust them
completely with her feeding and all aspects of her routine. I've told everyone who will listen how amazing they've been and I can't wait to see how much she thrives at Kids Planet Tong. Thank you.

Where do I start, what an amazing nursery!
My little boy started when he was 12 months old, I was nervous about going back to work and my mind was put at ease constantly. All the girls are amazing - 4 ladies in particular (everyone in babies/tots and of course the management. It is run
professionally with so much care. I would not want my little boy going anywhere else. He has come along so much with walking, talking and his speech. Thank you all, you are all superstars! Keep smashing it!

Our little boy has been going here since he was 10 months old. He absolutely loves going to nursery, he has so many friends and loves all the workers. The staff have been great at helping him to develop. The management and staff are always great at answering any questions you have. They keep you
informed of everything to do with your child. It is a great nursery with lots of facilities and resources and will be sad when our child leaves. Knowing how happy our son is when he comes to nursery speaks a thousand words of how great it is. Thank you all!

Loved my grandparents stay and play recently.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly to me.
I’ve been collecting my grandchildren from Kids Planet for the past 4 years and always get a very informative hand over from their key worker.
