My daughter loves coming to this nursery, she started at 7 months and has since moved from baby, toddler to preschool class. She has learnt a great deal, her speech and vocabulary has improved, she writes her name confidently and looks forward to going daily. The staffs love her, they love seeing her and she loves seeing them, she has formed her first friendship bond from a young age and understands social skills such as waiting your turn, patience in line and tidying up after oneself. She will be starting reception soon and I am proud to say that this nursery has set her up for greatness as I am sure she will do well and be confident in her new school as she has been given the tools to succeed. Thank you Spring Nursery Northumberland Heath.

I absolutely love this nursery - it is the only place within the area I would be comfortable enough to send my sons too. I have watched my boys thrive in this nursery and i have also grown in confidence and that is hugely because of the team here. The staff not only work great as a team but provide an invaluable learning experience for both my sons, they show warmth, encouragement and nuture them in all aspects of thier learning journey, and, because of this my sons have became more confident and thrived. The staff have always shown genuine kindness, care, and are very passionate about thier roles. The boys have formed everlasting friendships and celebrated and succeeded in many of thier milestones here. The learning resources are good, The rooms are a decent size and I love the free access to the well equipped garden areas. From a parent perspective, when choosing a nursery, I do not think you could want any more than what is offered and provided here as ticks all the boxes. Thankyou

I have my second child in the nursery , honestly I think the best nursery in the area . Lovely staff , feels like a family everyone who works there . Kids feel happy , lot of activities . The nursery app has weekly updates with photos about all the activities the kids doing each week.

Couldn't have found a better nursery for my daughter! Staff members go above and beyond to ensure all children's needs are met! Clean and positive environment for the children, great leadership and staff create a great experience for the little ones! Wish my son had gone here! Well done staff for creating a wonderful environment for the children and parents who use the nursery!

Amazing nursery, staff are professional, kind, caring and friendly. Everyone always has a smile. I've had several of my children attend this nursery, my son currently attending is SEN. The staff are absolutely fantastic with him and so supportive of his needs. The lady who is the current SEN lead has worked so hard with my son to engage him in activities to expand his social interaction, alongside another, his progress has been wonderful to watch. He always has the best time when attending. The lady is an incredible Manager who creates an environment that is warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I've had both SEN and neurotypical children attend this setting and found that each child was given exemplary childcare. The staff here really are your child's biggest cheerleaders and celebrate every little milestone, communicating both on the app and an in person at handover. Thankyou Spring Day Nursery Team

My daughter is always very happy to go to the nursery. Every day she comes and tells me new stuff/words she learned. They have variety of activities and learning. The staff is very attentive to every child's need. Overall, I am happy with everything they do. Highly recommend this nursery to mums.

When searching for a nursery I wanted a second home for my little girl, somewhere they would feel loved, happy, and confident, and Spring Northumberland Heath gave us all so much more! The staff are absolutely amazing, I will never be able to speak highly enough of them all. Our little boys journey has just started here and I cannot wait for all the wonderful memories and friends he is bound to make here too.

The best choice of nursery for our little girl. The staff couldn't be more supportive of her character and development. They provide a safe environment which my daughter is excited to go to. Activities they provide are creative, engaging and educational. Seeing my daughter being welcomed by the amazing staff reassures us that she is safe and happy while we're at work. Couldn't recommend enough!!

My daughter has just started this nursery, and I am really happy with how they induced her into her new setting. All the staff are so friendly and great with all the children. They keep me updated on her day on an app, which is really good. I even get pictures during the day.

I highly recommend this nursery. The staff is very friendly and the manager has helped me a lot to register my son because I was struggling with some things. I am so thankful to everyone of them because my son loves to go to the nursery every time.

We all need to be focused on customer-friendly solutions and make the daily life easy for everyone. It does not need to be focused just on the payment but on the comfort and satisfaction of the parents. Take care of the safety requirement especially to describe the reason and how occurred the accidents.

The best nursery. I am so grateful that my son attended this wonderful nursery, toddler and preschool room. My son is special needs and we had a huge support, we didn't feel alone in this journey. Senco is absolutely brilliant, a big thank you to a particular member of staff we much appreciate what wonderful work you've done for my son. At the moment my daughter goes to this nursery too. She is so happy and always talks about their friends and the team. Both kids settled really well, never cried and always happy. I can't thank enough the manager and all the staff who are working so hard to make our children happy. Feels like a big happy family who is always there for you. Thank you!

Amazing nursery! The staff are all so friendly and helpful; our child absolutely loves going each week. The app is amazing too, getting updates throughout the day really helps and knowing what our child is eating and getting up to just puts any worries at ease. Could not fault this place at all.

Spring Nursery Northumberland Heath Erith is an excellent nursery where my grandson is thriving and learning so much. He loves all the staff and often talks about his day and how much he enjoys it.

It is a great nursery and has so many activities to do. My daughters have learned so many things, and they are great now with colours, numbers and many other things. The nursery is very clean and has great teachers; they are lovely people. Thank you to everyone in the nursery.

Fantastic nursery! Everyone is so welcoming. All the staff know my son's name, even without them working in his room. Made me feel comfortable leaving him when he was upset on drop-offs and providing regular updates to put my mind at ease. All staff are so friendly and genuinely care about all the children there. Always recommend the nursery to friends.

We absolutely love this nursery. My daughter is on the ASD pathway, and the entire team bend over backwards to accommodate her. She gets extra one-to-one care and support. The Senco is fantastic, and all the teams are great with SEN kids. She is so so happy to go in every day she is there. The management is amazing, and all the extra paperwork my daughter needs they have either done for me or guided me through. Five stars aren't enough! Keep up the amazing work team.

Our experience of the nursery so far has been brilliant. The staff were so helpful with getting us all set up, the charges are reasonable, and it's a lovely nursery for our son to go to. The staff are always so lovely to us and our son, providing regular updates in person and on the app. We have no complaints at all, and are very happy that we chose to come here!

My son is now in his 2nd year with Spring Nursery. The first week of starting (age 2 and 2 months), he was very emotional to leave me; the girls at the nursery were so comforting and tried their best to make him feel welcome and comfortable; he was well-settled within the week. I always recommend this nursery to anyone! All of the women are equally lovely, helpful and enthusiastic, and my son has the best time at nursery. They all want to push him to the best of his ability and encourage with at home (settling into his own bedroom, no dummy etc). As a first-time mum, I always remember our experience!
