Our son joined Kindred Wanstead shortly after his first birthday, and the progress he's made has been incredible. As first-time parents, we felt so reassured by the warm, caring and dedicated staff. They've helped him grow in confidence, learn new skills, and feel truly nurtured every day.
We love
the updates on the Satchel app - seeing what he's eaten, how he's napped, and all the activities he's enjoyed gives us real peace of mind. The focus-week feedback and photos are amazing and show just how thoughtfully the team supports his development.
What makes Kindred special is that the support goes beyond the classroom. The staff share activity ideas he enjoys so we can continue learning at home. It really feels like the "village" people talk about, and we're so grateful to be part of this community.
We're genuinely so happy we chose Kindred Wanstead. It's a nurturing, supportive environment where our son is thriving.

Could not recommend this nursery enough, as a first time mum it's daunting leaving your baby in the hands of somewhere/somebody else and Kindred made it so much easier. The staff are wonderful, very empathetic yet reassuring and proactive about keeping you up to date on how your little one is
settling in and getting on. The facilities are homely and the service is on point with daily updates as well as weekly progress in the first weeks. My son settled in very quickly and I can see he sees it as a second home when I drop him off with his arms open to the staff. I love how the staff are engaging with the parents too and offer quarterly family days so you can experience a day in the life of you your child. Thank you Kindred for making the transition to childcare so easy!

We are so happy with Kindred Wanstead. Our son has been attending since 6 months old and he absolutely loves it. He gets excited every morning when we arrive and is always playing happily when we pick him up.
The kindred team supported us through many milestones - sitting up, weaning and crawling.
It feels like our son has an extra set of parents, their support has been incredible!
We are kept up to date on his day through the app and the team are great at communicating with us if there are any issues or important updates.
We have gotten to know all of the staff really well and they genuinely care for our son. I would 10/10 recommend this setting for your little one.

My little son had a great settling time and felt comfortable very very soon. He is excited to go to the nursery every morning and jumps around when we arrive there in the morning.
We fell really safe in the knowledge that our son will receive the best care from two particular staff members and the
team.

My daughter loves spending time here. It would be better if they "pretend play" more with life like situations like " at the doctors" or " at the shop" or have to spend time in pretend set ups like kitchens or salons. Hope it will be fun for them.

I was very nervous about my daughter starting nursery but straight away they made us all feel so welcome the support and communication is amazing you are always kept in the loop and updated on your child my daughter loves going to nursery and settled in so quickly because of how great all the staff
are with her and how much they care recently my daughter was in hospital and the nursery went out of their way to call and check in on her which was so lovely and greatly appreciated i would recommend this nursery to everyone they are amazing

The Staff at Kindred Wanstead have been absolutely amazing. My son beams everyday he comes in and the staff are also excited to see him. You can tell they all love what they do and are so communicative with the parents. The weekly news letters are such a jot, because you can also see what your child
will be doing in the future classes as well.

I have had 3 children attend this nursery. My twin boys attended from the age of 1 and the nursery has always been very supportive of their needs. They supported us in obtaining an education plan due to their developmental delay with complete support. They were very good with them and the boys
although nonverbal with high needs really seemed to enjoy attending. They are now at a special needs nursery, but my daughter now attends. She loves every staff member and is very excited to attend every morning. I am very grateful to have found such a supportive and caring environment for my children.

Kindred Wanstead Day Nursery is a brilliant nursery. When we moved to the area, they helped our first son settle in so well and managed his allergies with great care. We're now taking our second child there and they gave me such peace with how they adjusted to his needs and our concerns. Their comms
are A1, staff are super friendly and lovely! I wished they stayed open a bit later but other than that, love them!

Our daughter is fairly new to the nursery, has been warmly welcomed and adjusting great to her nursery experience. We believe a large part of this is the great team at Kindred Wanstead Day Nursery and Pre-School. We feel very fortunate to have such a nice place for her to go during the week and we

Our son has had a fantastic experience here this far. All the practitioners are professional and heavily invested the development of the children they work with. We are very happy with the progress our child has made and the effective communication between the nursery and ourselves.

Our daughter has been attending nursery for just over a month. After the inevitable settling-in period, she has been growing more and more fond of her peers and the lovely team that works there. She is having a blast! We love hearing about what she’s been up to, there is never a dull moment.
Returning to work has been great knowing she is so well looked after by such a lovely team.

The staff are lovely, warm and friendly. The facilities are great. There is a good range of activities, toys and a fantastic garden space. My children are really happy. They are really attached to their carers and they have lots of friends and lots of fun!

My child thoroughly enjoys attending Kindred Wanstead Day Nursery and Pre-School. He has been attending since 2022 and it has been really wonderful to see him grow as he progresses through the different stages at nursery.
There’s a clear curriculum and focus weeks which provide me with invaluable
feedback on how he is learning, progressing, any improvement areas and a plan of action on how they will support him.
I love the app the staff use to keep us updated throughout the day and communication is brilliant - any question or query is no problem and staff are always willing to help. The nursery is spacious and garden space is perfect for these little toddlers.
Being a first-time parent and sending my child to nursery filled me with nerves and still does at times but staff have been fantastic and always reassuring he is in safe hands - which he is. I would definitely recommend Kindred - it’s a safe, warm and friendly place for a child to grow, explore and be curious.

Two of my children attend Kindred Wanstead Day Nursery and Pre-School and from the beginning they make you feel so comfortable, communication is excellent and all staff are amazing. Their app keeps you updated with all information throughout the day, tells you how many times your child has been
changed to showing you what and how much your child eats and much more. I have no faults about this nursery as it is like one big family and my children are always full of smiles from the beginning of the day to the end of the day.

We have had a fantastic experience with Kindred. Our 1-year-old son started full-time in January and has fully settled in within a couple of weeks. The staff and management have been so kind and attentive making sure our son has been fully supported and happy as he adapts to his new environment and
routine. We are completely comfortable dropping him off every day knowing that he is well looked after. We can track all his naps, nappy changes and meals in the app in addition to regular photos and updates uploaded by the staff. We would recommend Kindred to anyone in the area.
