No complaints perfect service and my child loves to go to nursery. Never a tear in her eye. Staff lovely and amazing. Seen a lot of development since she started to attend. She is always doing loads of new activities which are always updated for me to see.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Kids Planet Nursey. She adores the staff who do a fantastic job supporting her with her learning and development. As a parent I have found the manager and the staff team to be very supportive and helpful with any inquiries I have made.

My daughter has recently started KP blackrod. I was so nervous about leaving her as I hadn't really done it! The whole team - management and practitioners were incredible. From reassurance, to sending pictures on the app. Making a nervous mummy really feel at ease! From the setting in sessions, the baby room team were amazing. Going through all the paper work & explaining how the day usually goes, what I need to pack, key worker (what a key workers is) & everything else in between . The care they give is out of the world. My daughter had been upset on some of the visits when I left the room. The team sat and give as many cuddles as my little girl needed. - nothing else mattered! One staff member in particular has been brilliant. From helping sort 30 hours to having a little morning chat! Staff member are so lovely and friendly. So happy I chose Kids Plant Blackrod!

Best nursery by far, my little one has been there a couple a years now and just leaving for big school. We will really will miss the place and the people who do their all to support and care for every child, they are a wonderful team including all the extras such as spanish, football and kidsology! THE ABSOLUTE BEST NURSERY!

After viewing several nursery's we knew from the first moment we walked in to the nursery this was the right place for our little Boy, he started in January and is absolutely thriving there. He is currently in tots and loves it, he comes home with the biggest smiles after his fun filled days! The staff/management are all so lovely and are always asking for us to post things from weekend to they see what he's been up to, so they can speak to him about it which is really nice to see they care so much! They spend lots of time outside which is perfect for our little boy as he loves to be outside whatever the weather! I love that we get constant updates throughout the day with stories/pictures so we can see what he's up to! It makes my day to see him so happy and having fun! Honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter has attended kids planet blackrod from the age of 9 months. Recently she has moved into the toddler room and I cannot thank all the team enough for how they've handled this transition. My daughter struggled with everything being so new but with the teams patience and caring ways she's now doing much better. As a mother I couldn't wish for anything more. Thank you,

I can't praise the staff enough at Blackrods Kids Planet. My little boy has just started nursery at 13 months old and I was so so nervous as a parent as to how he would adapt. The team have made it seamless, keeping me updated throughout the day, giving my little boy the attention he needs and being totally honest with how he's been. I've thanked the staff soooo many times this week and I'm just so grateful for each of them. It makes going back to work and taking our little boy to nursery next week so much easier and reassured he's in the safest of hands. Thank you to everyone in babies room and to the wonderful nursery manager!

Staff is very friendly, our child struggle with separation however they are always so patient with her and whenever we come to pick her up she is happy and smiling. The app is great so we can see what she ate and how she was in the nursery. All together we are very satisfied and would always pick the Kids planet nursery for our children.

Great nursery with really lovely staff! My little girl is in pre-school and has loved her time here from being 12 months old. She will be sad to leave at the end of the Summer term! She has really thrived at Kids Planet and looks forward to going each day.

We absolutely love this nursery! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by such lovely, caring staff who have made our child feel right at home. It's clear that everyone there genuinely cares, and that means the world to us. We love all the activities and experiences they give the children. But most importantly, we feel completely confident that our child is safe and well looked after. That peace of mind is priceless. We couldn't ask for a better environment for our little one!

My son started Kids Planet Blackrod in December 2025 and he absolutely loves his time in nursery. The girls in the baby room go above and beyond for myself and my son and I have huge amounts of trust in them. We have always had a lovely welcome, a brilliant and thorough hand over on every pick up and the communication is brilliant. He's currently in the process of moving up rooms which has been done professionally and to fit my son's needs. The app is absolutely wonderful and updated well throughout the day. The manager is so kind and attentive and always very accommodating. I have no complaints and only positive feedback for this nursery.

My little boy has been coming to Kids Planet Blackrod since around July 2024. There has been no issues here at the nursery since he began and he's settled well here, the staff are very loving and nurturing towards him. They are very supportive of him when he does have his bad days and give him endless cuddles to help him settle. They have also helped in weaning him off his milk during the day which has been a massive help with his eating during the day too. Highly recommend this nursery! :)

My son has attended Kids Planet Blackrod since April 2023, when he was 8 months old. Our experience has been absolutely amazing. The staff are so caring and you can tell that the children are at the heart of everything they do. My child has always been happy and content with all the staff as he's progressed through the different rooms. We really couldn't ask for more from them. Thank you to all the staff!

After raising an issue with the toilet facilities they were resolved within a few days. Which i really appreciate. Thank you. Staff are freindly and my son loves going to nursery. Staff are approachable and i feel i can go to them with anything i need. I also love recieving updates and photos on the parent app used to communicate between nursery and parents.

Kids Planet Blackrod is a fantastic nursery. Both my children feel safe and happy attending and walk in every morning with a smile! The staff are attentive and caring, my children have good relationships with the staff. The communication between nursery and home is good and I receive regular updates and photos of what my children have been up to most days. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Brilliant staff, always ever so friendly. My kids really enjoy going to nursery. I would highly recommend! Shout-out to the Preschool and Toddlers staff as they're all approachable. Different days will include different activities.

Amazing place! Very welcoming and communication is 10/10. My little girl has attended since she was nine weeks and the staff have been amazing from the get-go. It's a big deal trusting people with your children and they shown so much care from the start. The baby room is well set out and has good facilities. Lots of interactive play, singing, and reading. The app is also such a good feature to help keep track of every day to day activities. Food intake and nappy changes. The Staff are so supportive too. The safeguarding is outstanding with facial recognition. Would 100% recommend.

I can't praise the staff enough at Blackrods Kids Planet. My little boy has just started nursery at 13 months old and I was so so nervous as a parent as to how he would adapt.
