My Son has been attending since Sept 2024, he is now 2 years old and I have been very happy for the whole time he's been there. I feel very comfortable knowing he is in such a positive environment with such caring staff. My son has learnt so much while being there and I have no worries about his development. With no siblings or cousins I can see he is learning to share & take turns which is something I would struggle to teach him at home. My son didn't take long to settle in during his first year and now seems to enjoy going, he loves the water activities & sometimes tells me the names of his friends or what he did. We get regular updates with pictures about his learning and love to see what he's up to. All the staff are warm, friendly and very caring, I get an enthusiastic welcome every morning and a positive update at pick up every day. He always seems to eat well and his nap is consistent keeping his routine in check. We are very grateful to have new beginnings looking after our son

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 11 months old and every step of her journey to now (2 years old) has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are so attentive and loving. The environment feels so safe and nurturing. She has made lots of friends and her development whilst being here has been incredible. I honestly have nothing negative to say!

Overall we have had a very pleasant experience with New Beginning Day Nursery. The staff and facilities are extremely helpful and caring. The nursery is well run, organised and clean. Staff members give great updates of the children and you can see they care about the children and their learning. Thank you for being such a great place for the little ones.

I am so happy with the care my son has received. I was worried him only being 7 months when he started out. I have been put at ease and he loves his nursery days, always happy on collection.

We cannot recommend New Beginnings Day Nursery enough. From day one, the staff have been incredibly warm, friendly and caring-including the amazing admin team. The manager, is truly exceptional. My husband and I always praise her not just as a fantastic manager but as a wonderful person and carer. Her leadership creates such a nurturing environment and it's clear how much she and the team genuinely care for the children. Our daughter has been here since 2022 and absolutely loves it. Our son started in 2024, initially attending two nurseries due to limited availability but we were over the moon when we could move him here permanently. Now, we couldn't be happier, neither could he. New Beginnings feels like a family and we're so grateful to be part of it. I have given outside space a "good" rating as I feel it could be bigger and have more stuff for the children to do. But this is just a recommendation, we are still happy with what they have.

To say we love New Beginnings is an understatement! It is an outstanding place and our son adores going each day, and our daughter will begin going next September. Each staff member is caring and enthusiastic, and you can tell how much they enjoy their work. Our son has grown and learned so much, and the team truly put thought and care into what they teach the kids. Everything from the care, the meals, the communication to parents, every step of the journey with NB is exceptional.

My daughter started at New Beginnings Romford in September 2024 and the improvements in her speech, language and overall development have been incredible! Considering she's currently going to nursery twice a week, she settled very quickly and soon felt very comfortable with her key person and all the ladies of the Sweetpea room. My partner and I could not be more grateful for all the wonderful things our daughter has experienced since being at New Beginnings. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because nap time has consistently not been great. I put it down to my daughter being spoilt with blackout blinds and a white noise machine at home and not being used to the difference in nap time set up. Apart from that, we are very happy with our experience with New Beginnings Romford and look forward to our daughter continuing our journey together.

My youngest is currently attending Romford branch, and I have no words of how grateful and blessed we are as a family to have New Beginnings Romford to look after my son. We have no help from family or friends, and so the staff are our extended family and they literally helped us co-parent my son. You go above and beyond for us! Thank you to everyone at the nursery from the bottom of my heart!!

New Beginnings Day Nursery in Romford has been truly incredible since the moment we enquired about their services. The team is exceptionally friendly and attentive, which has been reassuring for me as a new mum, especially during those first few weeks when my child started attending the nursery and I returned to work. The updates we receive are fantastic, and it's such a joy to see all the fun activities they organise for the kids. Plus, the menu is always fresh and varied! We couldn't be happier with the nursery and its amazing team. They truly make all the difference!

My beautiful girl has been at New Beginnings for the last 2 years and it has been amazing to see her blossom. She is nurtured and allowed to develop in her beautiful way. She has navigated through the rooms very well and taken to her Key person so well. They know her well as a person and it's beautiful to see her nurtured. The staff are all exemplary and nurture each child amazingly well. The Admin team are amazing and kind. The food is nourishing and I am so thankful for all the team who have guided me as a parent to a New Beginnings child.

My son just started nursery in September and he's settled in really well. The staff are always very welcoming and show genuine care for him and the other kids. They have been encouraging him to walk and seem to do a variety of play activities at the nursery. we get his updated care diary everyday to see how he's been eating and drinking which is very helpful for a parent. My only suggestions would be more regular picture and video updates (typically once every 2 weeks) and excursions outside of the nursery. Other than that they're great and my kid enjoys it.

We have been delighted with New Beginnings who have looked after our daughter from the age of 10 months to nearly school age with great care and imagination. The staff are uniformly pleasant and our daughter adores them and the activities they do there. She has already learned so much from her time there and is now being prepared for school by learning to write her name, spell and add up. I couldn’t have asked for a better start for her.

Choosing New Beginnings (Romford) for my daughter has been an excellent decision. The dedicated staff and engaging activities have truly made her time there a joyous experience. The staff's genuine care and attention to each child's needs are commendable. Once she had fully settled in, we noticed a significant improvement in her confidence, development and social skills. We're grateful for the wonderful team at New Beginnings for providing such a loving and stimulating environment for our child. Thank you!

My twins have been really happy at New Beginnings, they are excited to go in and see their key worker and their friends. Their speech has improved so fast and when they come home they have always learned new things. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Me and my husband are extremely happy with how our daughter has settled into New Beginnings Romford, she started in September and within a few short weeks, she has settled so well! Her confidence even outside of nursery has grown so much! We are so grateful and it's so lovely to know how looked after and cared for she is! Thank you all so much!

New Beginnings Nursery is brilliant. My eldest daughter has seen it all the way through and I currently have my other two daughters at the nursery. The staff are polite, kind, efficient and always make time to have a conversation if you would like to without making you feel rushed. The nursery is very clean, my girls I feel are well fed and looked after. They enjoy their time at nursery and I enjoy listening to their stories about their day.

New Beginnings Romford is a fantastic nursery, both my children have gone/go to the nursery. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to the children. I’m kept well informed and updated on how my child has been during the day, eating etc.

My daughter started New Beginnings in Romford, in Sept 2023 at 10 months old. The settling-in process was reassuring. The staff thoroughly answered all my questions and allowed my daughter to have an extra session to support the process for her. It was lovely to see how quickly she became comfortable with her keyworker and the nursery manager. As the weeks have gone by, my daughter has settled well. She's learning new things and her confidence around new people has increased. She seems to have built secure relationships with many staff members. She is usually fine to leave me at the door and is always happy when I collect her. The nursery is great at keeping parents informed through frequent photos and updates on the app. A 6-week review for new parents and monthly newsletters. The Client Services Manager is fantastic and a real asset to the nursery! My only disappointment is not yet being able to increase my daughter's days, which means I have to supplement with a childminder.
