We are very pleased with the care and support our daughter receives at Banana Moon. She has formed a special bond with her key person, Lucy, which has made a real difference to her confidence and sense of security. Lucy knows her well and supports her individual needs with genuine care. She is also
very fond of Jenna and Charlie in the toddler room and it is reassuring to know there is always a familiar face present. This consistency has greatly supported her transition and ongoing development.
We really like being kept updated throughout the day through the app, with lots of photos and regular updates. It is lovely to see what she has been doing and feel connected to her day. There is always a good variety of creative, physical and educational activities available, it has been wonderful to see her confidence grow and her development progress so positively.
The staff and management are warm and professional, creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for children and parents.

The activities are varied and thoughtfully planned, and we love seeing how much the girls are learning by looking on the App.
Both of our daughters attend Banana Moon and it has been a positive experience.

My daughter has been attending banana moon(mere green) for over 3 years now therefore has been in all 3 rooms. I can honestly say that the care she has received throughout the years has been outstanding! The staff form excellent relationships with both parents and children and I will definitely be
using this nursery for any future children.

Wonderful staff and management, they genuinely care and go above and beyond for the children and create a positive uplifting atmosphere for the kids and the parents when you walk in.
Fantastic on site chefs providing healthy well rounded meals 3x a day!
Consistent and careful monitoring and

My son attended this nursery in 2021 - 2024 and I knew that my daughter would attend too. She is currently in baby room and the care has been exceptional. The staff in baby room, in particular Joanna is so attentive with her. I'm updated throughout the day with message updates too as she settles in.
I leave my daughter in confidence and thats the most I've wanted from a nursery!

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter received at Banana Moon Nursery on Lichfield Road. The transition was tough at first, as she had trouble settling in due to separation anxiety and we had already tried few other nurseries prior to the Banana moon, but she didn't settle there.
All
the staff were truly exceptional. Their friendly and patient approach made all the difference, and we really appreciated the option to stay with her initially for an hour or so to help her adjust and slow transition. She eventually settled in completely and absolutely loved her time there. We couldn't believe how much she loved going to the nursery and wanted to go every day. Her confidence grew, social interactions improved as well as her speech as there was some speech delay initially. Special mention to few of the staff members who were incredibly good in helping her settle- Sophie, Wendy, Nikki, Kim, kitchen Staff, but everyone was fantastic.
Highly recommended!

The staff are supportive, friendly and build excellent connections with the children. There are lots of varied, exciting and interesting activities for the children to get involved with. The food offered is balanced and offers a range of cuisines for the children to explore. The outside space is
limited due to geographical constraints but they make good use of what space there is and are always looking to improve facilities and equipment.

I chose banana moon as a nursery for my son when he was 1. He stayed there until he was 3.5. I couldn't recommend Banana Moon enough. The staff to child ratio is good and you get lots of updates on the app. The food is great and varied and always healthy and the children have healthy snacks
throughout the day. There are lots of activities and external providers offering dance and sign and play includes included in the cost. I'm very glad we chose Banana Moon for nursery!

Banana Moon is the only childcare provider I would trust with my son. From the very beginning, the team have made both of us feel completely at ease. The staff are not only professional and experienced, but also genuinely kind, nurturing, and attentive to every child's individual needs.
My son has
settled in beautifully and is always excited to go - which says everything. I'm constantly impressed by the range of activities, the thoughtful communication, and the safe, happy environment they've created.
As a parent, there's nothing more important than knowing your child is loved, safe, and thriving and Banana Moon gives me that peace of mind every single day. I'm so grateful to the whole team.

I have recently started sending my daughter to Banana Moon Nursery in Mere Green and I have been really impressed with the staff and organisation of the nursery. The staff in particular are lovely and really considerate and have helped us both settle into this new routine!

As a first time mom, the thought of leaving my 7.5 month-old in someone else's care was both emotional and nerve-wracking. Now, a month in, I can confidently say this nursery has been one of the best decisions. From the very first settle-in session, the staff were warm, patient, genuinely caring and
incredibly supportive. They took the time to get to know my baby and made both of us feel completely at ease.
My baby settled in far quicker than I expected! The team is fantastic - attentive, nurturing, and always communicating with me. I receive regular photos and updates re his feeds, naps, activities throughout the day. Whether it's a picture of my baby during sensory play or a quick message letting me know he had a good nap, these thoughtful updates give me such peace of mind.
The team is not only professionally trained but also truly passionate about what they do. This has been so reassuring and made my return to work easier than I anticipated, knowing he's in such good hands.

My daughter is new to the nursery and had a few settle in sessions and seems to enjoy her time at nursery. This nursery was highly recommended by a few parents and I'm at ease when I drop my daughter off.
She's in good hands I know it's early days but so far so good the staff are warm and friendly,
which gives me assurance.

My second child now comes to Banana Moon Day Nursery and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. Staff are really attentive, the chefs make really good, nutritious food that the kids enjoy and my children both love coming here.

My grandson absolutely loved attending Banana Moon Day Nursery. He came on leaps and bounds. Brilliant staff and management. Always happy to go and smiling when picked up. He made some lovely friends and loved the outside space, especially the mud kitchen and sandy beach area.

My son has been attending Banana Moon Mere Green for nearly 3 years now. He has therefore been in each of the rooms and looked after by the majority of the staff. We have nothing but positive things to say about the nursery. They really care about the children and their development. The nursery is
clean, safe and fun for the children. My daughter will also be starting to attend when she turns 1 in a couple of months.

My son has been attending the nursery since January this year in the baby room and has settled so well. The staff are very caring, and lots of interesting activities are planned each day. There are regular updates through the app which we love seeing what he is up to, and it is reassuring to know
what they have eaten etc. The food is all very nutritional. the staff also provide detailed reports on their development and are focused on the wellbeing of each child. They have also renovated the outdoor space recently with the addition of 'banana beach' which my son loves.

My youngest son started at Banana Moon in February this year aged 12 months. It did not take him long to settle in as the nursery staff are very caring and friendly. My son is very happy here and I had no hesitations to increase his days from 2 to 3, 3 months later when our circumstances changed.
The nursery was able to accommodate it 1 month after my request. My oldest son who is now 8 attended here also and the quality of care remains of the same high standard. I love the app they use to share my son's daily activities and their communication is spot on. You can message the nursery via the app and the staff are always quick to respond. The variety and quality of meals and snacks is also very good. The outdoor space is small however Kim and her team have made good use of the space and created an engaging and fun environment for the children. My son always has time outside on the days he attends.

Both my children go to this nursery and they have been since they were little, the staff has helped both my kids to develop their skills and talking to the expectations we wanted. A daily diary update of their nursery days is convenient as it keeps us notified of what they learn and eat and the kids
love looking back at their photos during the time they have spent at school when they get home. All the staff are really nice and friendly, they help my kids settle in every morning and let us know how they got on at the end of the day.

Both my daughters have been to Banana Moon! I love the fact that most of the staff are still the same as they were when my older daughter attended- giving that continuity is so valuable!
There are always smiles at drop off and pick up, by all staff (including my daughter) and I always have the
confidence that my daughter is safe there while having the opportunities to develop in a variety of ways.
I would definitely recommend this nursery!
The only downside is the parking, but to be honest the majority of parents/ carers that drop off and pick up understand the issues and respect each other with the stress this might cause.
