Great nursery, amazing staff members. Super helpful and adaptive, understanding about the child's and parents needs and requirements. I would recommend this nursery any day as it is the best one in the area

Firstly the settling in period was smooth, the staff take extra care and it doesn't go unnoticed, my daughter loves going to nursery and is thriving I can see all the changes and new things she learns when she come home

We are extremely grateful to have found such a nurturing and thoughtfully run nursery for our child. The staff are exceptionally caring, patient, and attentive. Since attending this nursery, we have seen remarkable growth in our child, particularly in her independence and communication skills.
What stands out most is the way my child has become much more confident in expressing her needs, thoughts, and feelings, and her vocabulary and clarity of speech has improved noticeably after attending the nursery. The teachers take time to understand every child's temperament, strengths, and needs, helping them grow with confidence and joy. The daily activities are well-planned, age-appropriate, and engaging. The nursery also maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation, which is extremely reassuring.
Most importantly, my child looks forward to going to nursery every day, which speaks volumes about the care and environment provided.

Hungry Caterpillars are incredible. We are so happy we chose them to care for our son. He has settled in so well and the team are amazing, we couldn't ask for a more caring environment! He has come on leaps and bounds in all areas and we love hearing all about the fun activities he gets involved in
each day!

Amazing nursery staff really nice and clean.
Since my little one started she start talking and interact with kids when we going out
As iam not English natif I recognise the nursery are really helpful because she stard having a nice vocabulary

I chose this nursery because they have great play areas, indoor and outdoor. I also had a great impression about the nursery staff. They are very good with my baby and have a good environment for learning and development.

Both of my children come to this nursery! They love it here so much that they forget to say bye to me at the door sometimes.
I love the see the activities that the children are up to from the photos and the individual feedback too.

Our child is having a great time at the nursery, and us parents are very satisfied with it. There are small things that can be improved, but overall it's a very good nursery with really excellent and supportive staff!

We took extra settling sessions but was managed to get baby settled just before my return to work. I cannot say enough praises to the staff there. They tailored the meal and care according to baby's needs, and tried their very best to comfort my baby - to which I'm very grateful for their
understanding and support. We like how thoughtful the safeguarding procedures were, and we were able to see pics of our baby participating in different activities. I can tell my baby was learning quickly from his stay in hungry caterpillar, like he's no longer cry when we pick up, is more likely to feed himself and even been able to pull himself to stand up! Thank you for all of your hard work!

I just love this nursery and I'm happy that I chose it again for my second child. The staff it's very polite and responsible and overall it's an amazing experience for my child and for me as well.

The staff in the babyroom are warm, welcoming and brilliant with my daughter. She started at West Twyford in April 2025 and has flourished and developed in so many different areas. She goes in happily and is always willing to go into the babyroom no matter which staff are there. It has made starting
nursery a much more enjoyable experience knowing im leaving my little girl happy and in an environment where she feels comfortable and safe. Thank you all for your support in transitioning her into nursery life.

They smile and well come us
The nursery is clean the kitchen is clean
The food is so delicious
My baby is allergic to cows milk so they take care of my baby and feed him with care
My baby he don't speak they teach him few words so when he comes back home he always say new words
My baby
wakes up in midnight telling me I want to go to nursery! He always say his teacher names
When I bring him back from the nursery he sleeps on the way to home once he wakes up he say more nursery more nursery he screams he wants to go to nursery
And my baby attached to me too much I breastfeeding him two years and one month he sleeps in between my arms in my bed so the nursery, they are patient and they let him love them which makes me happy
And the most important thing is they clean his nose better than other nursery they leave kids nose dirty
Finally thank you for everything I highly recommended this nursery

Special review for one member of staff in particular in the baby room. Has helped make my daughters adaption to nursery setting very smooth. This member of staff has always been my daughters go to staff member and she has also helped my daughter slowly warm to the other staff members too. Thank you.
For two members of staff in particular in the toddler room, they continue to help develop my son everyday and even on trying days, they are always on hand with advice and guidance to help my son overcome his learning to control his emotions and actions.

Nursery staff are always nice, friendly and helpful. They have gotten to know our child really well and seem to genuinely care for their well being. It is always nice to hear from them about their day at pick-up time, and what new activities they did with the children.

Amazing team!
Baby started since he was one and he is turning three this summer.
He has developed so well and feedback from his 2 year review was very positive. Wide range of activities to encourage early learning of numeracy and literacy.

Can not thank the amazing team members of this nursery enough. Both my daughters - one now aged 5 attended and the other 2.5 attends the setting and have done phenomenally well. The care, dedication and love is second to none. So thankful and grateful to have them as part of our lives.

Loving and caring staff, as a first-time mom, I felt reassured that my daughter is in good hands. Staff work alongside the parent and workaround my likes and preferences which I really appreciate. Overall, a great nursery!

Amazing with my child, he loves going to nursery and feels really good here. I feel reassured 24/7 with the constant updates throughout the day from the nursery on the app. Honestly couldn’t ask for more. So happy we’ve got a space here.

Lovely nursery, everyone is nice and caring. Chef prepares lovely homemade meals. My son left in June, and We will miss everyone. If I have another child, would definitely send her/him to the nursery.
