I was looking for a really good nursery for my son, and after researching and visiting several options, I chose Kids Planet Prestwich, which I believe stands out from other branches.
A clean environment, high hygiene standards, and a good range of activities and learning opportunities were very
important to me, and this nursery clearly provides all of these.
One positive feature was the Famly app, which provided daily updates and gave me reassurance as a parent.
The staff and management team were another key reason for my choice. The key persons are patient, capable, and genuinely caring, and the management team are kind, approachable, and always supportive.
The separation process was quite limited, and I was only able to stay in the classroom with my child for one day, which had a negative impact on my son and his behaviour. However, thanks to the emotional support and care provided by his key person, this issue was resolved.

Highly recommend. I started as somebody who was super apprehensive and anxious about leaving my children but I've had nothing but positive experiences. Seeing time and again how dedicated the team are and what a happy place this I know I made the right decision. Kids have a great time. They have
gone above and beyond to make sure I feel reassured and never rushed at drop off or pick up, always kept well informed.

The Kids Planet team are great. Our child loves going and we've been able to regularly discuss our child's development and have agreed a collaborative approach.
We receive regular updates via the app and all carers are happy for a chat in the morning or end of the day. Literally the only
constructive feedback I can give is that the app and carers sometimes contradict each other, but this is easily done when there are so many kids to look after. We wouldn't expect every member of staff to know exactly what each kid had done that day.

she loves going to nursery
She has a smile on her face when arriving and when leaving
It's took a while but the girls in pre school have helped my daughter so much to settle in and I'm so
grateful as she had bad experience in her other nursery I couldn't thank them enough for all they do to make sure she is happy and well looked after

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are caring, supportive, and genuinely lovely with the children. Our 2-year-old is always happy going in and coming home, and we've never had any concerns. We highly recommend them.

Our son has been in the Baby House at Kids Planet for four months since he was 12 months. We have had a very positive experience with all our interactions with the staff from nursery manager through to the staff in the baby house
The staff were very attentive and proactive with helping him settle
into his new routine.
He has a good variety of food every day and this has encouraged him to try more foods at home.
There are a wide range of activities offered, often themed around events such as Christmas or Halloween.
We get regular updates on what he has been up to throughout the day.
He has developed really well and I'm confident this will continue once he moves up to the next room

Kids Planet Prestwich is the best! My daughter went there for 2.5 years and my son has been there for 1 year. The staff are so lovely, nurturing, inclusive and incredibly supportive.
My daughter still asks to come with to collect my son so she can see her old key worker as she misses her.

Our daughter has attended the baby house since November last year and has settled really well. She chose her key worker on her first settle and we've never looked back since. We get photos weekly and the girls always have time for us in the evening when we pick our little girl up to let us know how
she's got on during the day, we can't praise them all enough

We Couldn't have chosen a better place for our daughter to learn and thrive! ALL the staff are incredible and take so much time with her. The effort they put in is just incredible- and they deal with everything with a smile on their face!
Our daughter has special needs and they have adapted
everything to make sure she's had the best chance to develop. She's grown and learnt so much and we can't thank the staff enough.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since February this year.
The staff, particularly in the Tots room, have been brilliant with her.
She's very happy to go to nursery each day, I can see the staff know her very well and her development has come on leaps and bounds.

Our daughter was transferred from another Kids Planet Nursery, and I have to admit that I am more than happy with the Kids Planet Prestwich Nursery than the previous one. She settled in perfectly, when I m picking her up she looks good, clean and happy. Also not to mention that we as parents are
receiving pictures of her in the nursery quite often compared to the previous Nursery. Thank you so much!!!

Our daughter has been at Kids Planet for nearly a year and we can't speak highly enough of everyone in the team. The care has been excellent in the baby and tots rooms so far, everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. It's been a pleasure to see our daughter develop, get better at eating, get
more confident and we're very grateful to the team for taking great care of her. She loves nursery too.

My son attended Kids Planet in Prestwich for 2.5 years. I can honestly say it was the best decision we made for our sons start in life:
The staff consistently went above and beyond for our son and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were all so friendly and accommodating.
The variety of
activities, events and play areas were fantastic, plenty for all of the children to do and learn from:
The food was always to a really high standard, nutritious and with a great variety: They managed to get our son to eat some amazing dishes!
The management team were fantastic too. They were really helpful, kind and again, nothing was too much trouble for them.
I would highly recommend this nursery! 10/10.

My son started when he was 1 years old, he went straight into their tots room his his key person was introduced to me, we had a great bond and so did she and my son. He go in great but did settle in the day (he had been with me only really). His key person was honest with her feedback and I really
valued that, I got updates via the app of photos and general care updates. He now runs in and we even got him a uniform so he knows where hes going just like his big brother for school. This worked really well and he looks super comfy in it. He's been there 5 months now and I can't complain about the room, he's almost 2 and I'm sure toddlers will be just as good.. i know they will love their garden space!
My only down side is I would live to put him in more days/hours than funding but it is very expensive, of course you oay for the provision so the price is satisfactory for the place but I couldn't give a good/excellent however would be happy to pay if my work hours changed and I needed to

Our son has absolutely flourished since starting at Kids Planet in May. He has become such a confident individual and is always happy when we take him/pick him up. The staff are lovely and clearly make sure he is engaging in activities he enjoys as well as supporting him to progress developmentally.
Very happy for our second to be joining there when they are born and ready.

Amazing preschool, my child goes in to the nursery happy and comes out happy as well as talking about all the fun she has had. That’s all you can ask for! She has loved all the activities that change daily, thanks.

Fantastic nursery. The app keeps me updated all day and the parents evenings and monthly reviews are really helpful. They don’t send poorly children home as quickly as other nurseries. They will administer Calpol and keep children in if their temperature drops which means we’ve barely had to miss
work at all. They were also happy to accommodate reusable nappies and trained all staff on how to use them.

We have both of our daughters here and we can't sing the nursery praises high enough. The care and attention they provide both girls is outstanding and they look forward to going each day. The staff are fantastic, always friendly and always smiling.
We get regular updates throughout the day on
activities, sleeping and eating which is very handy indeed. We would highly recommend this excellent nursery!

What a fantastic nursery! Our son has not long left the preschool room and our daughter is currently in the toddler's room. Both kids started around age 11 months and have loved every day at nursery.
The staff in all of the rooms are so nurturing and caring. The kids absolutely love going there and
we've not had any issues with settling in. We know they're so well looked after. The app is brilliant, it keeps us updated through the day with photos and meals/naps etc and we get a full rundown of the day when we pick up.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We love Kids Planet Prestwich! We've sent two kids there now and both have thrived/are thriving. The staff are absolutely incredible and treat the kids like family. The food always smells amazing in the morning when dropping off and both have not only eaten everything given there but sometimes have
more than one portion which is unheard of at home.
The outdoor space for all age groups is fantastic and the best we've seen from any of the nurseries we looked at when making a decision and the kids get loads of outdoor time which is fantastic.
