The carers are very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The nursery itself is clean, spacious, and well organised, with a beautiful, well-maintained outdoor area and plenty of engaging activities for the children.
My son started at 10 months old in the baby room and is now in Firebirds
(toddlers), where he is absolutely thriving. We've been really pleased with his development and the care he receives.
My only concern is that parents and carers are allowed to walk into the baby room wearing outdoor shoes. Other nurseries we considered did not allow this, and although I raised the concern, I was told it wasn't achievable to change. I still feel this may have contributed to my son being unwell quite frequently during his first months, as germs brought in from outside could be transferred onto the floor where babies spend a lot of time. I believe this could be minimized with a no-shoes policy and it will be a consideration with our second. Also, the option of half days would be great.

Very good facilities, modern, well equipped and spacious (with unmatched access for drop off/pick-up). Great staff, accommodating, caring and always providing a jovial atmosphere. Good range of activities for the little ones. Daughter loves going. Absolutely satisfied with our choice.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Chiswick Day since summer 2023. She has experienced the Firebirds class and is now in her final Preschool year. She is so incredibly happy here and she is truly flourishing.
The staff are attentive, caring, and genuinely nurturing. Our daughter is a
summer-born child, and we made the decision to delay her entry into Reception. We were so grateful for the time, support, and thoughtful guidance the nursery gave us while we considered this. I am now certain we made the right choice by extending her time here for another year.
The children learn so much through play, and I feel that Bright Horizons Chiswick Day is setting her up beautifully for success when she moves on to big school next year. The teachers clearly care about every child, and my daughter adores each one of them. She is being nurtured and gently challenged, and it's remarkable to see her confidence and curiosity grow.
I also really appreciate the nursery's strong commitment

I can't believe how lucky we were to have chosen bright horizons in Chiswick. The nursery is spacious, it has a wonderful outdoor space and is full of light. It is wonderfully and effectively run by the management team and a passion for looking after and developing our most precious little people
shines throughout all the staff.
Our daughter has developed amazingly here, she loves her key workers and is excited to go in every day, she is stimulated intellectually and also by having lots of fun!!!
If you are nearby, taking your child to this nursery is a no brainer. I can't find any fault and all the staff are just terrific people.

I can't recommend this brilliant nursery and the wonderful team highly enough. My daughter has been there for a year now and settled in incredibly quickly and skips happily into nursery every day. The staff in the firebirds room are incredibly caring and lovely and I feel completely reassured
leaving her in their care, particularly three staff members in particular are excellent and so kind. The nursery seems very well run by the management team, they are organised and really responsive and the place is always immaculate. The children spend loads of time outdoors in the big playground and are always busy doing interesting things. A really lovely nursery.

I cannot recommend the nursery and babies team enough. They are all so warm and friendly, our little boy has a huge smile on his face every time we arrive. They look after him so well I can't fault them. There is also parking/never an issue and covered buggy park.

Bright Horizons Chiswick Day Nursery and Preschool has been fantastic for our son who is nearly 1. All the staff are so gentle and friendly and have looked after our baby so well. They seem to do lots of fun activities too! Thank you all.

Our daughter loves the nursery and the teachers. They offer a variety of activities and outdoor play. We like that it's not close to a main road and offer parking spaces too for easy drop-offs. Would recommend!

I am very happy with my experience at the nursery. My daughter started when she was 2.5 years old (had been at a different nursery previously) and has made great friends with both the children and the teachers. The children do a lot of mixed activities and my daughter loves all the messy play,
playing with water etc. All the teachers are friendly and helpful if you have concerns or questions about food, potty training, naps etc. Monthly your child's key person shares a round-up of your child's areas of focus and interests which is lovely to read.
The rooms all have big windows with lots of natural light and there is plenty of space to run around in the outdoor area. They tend to go out in the garden every day unless it's pouring down.
The food is cooked fresh at the nursery and has a very good variety.
The pre-school room is for 2.5 to 4-year-olds so it's a slightly larger range than I've seen before. Which can be both positive and negative, depending on your child and your preference.

We are very happy with the baby room. The indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious, providing a calming environment for the baby. All the food is freshly made onsite too.
The staff are caring and welcoming, always taking their time talking to the parents about the activities they did at the end of
each day. There are a lot of learning tools and I’m happy to see they make full use of the sensory room to help baby develop their own sensory experience.

My daughter attended this nursery from age 1 and graduated from the baby room to the firebirds room. We had an excellent experience in both rooms. We only left now she is age 2 as we are moving and are very sad to leave the nursery behind. The staff are all so lovely which is very reassuring and
there is excellent continuity of staff which meant she had great bonds with them. They give a lot of updates throughout the day. The food is great and the setting is lovely with lots of outdoor space. I can't recommend it enough.

We’ve had our boy in this nursery from the age of one in the baby room and graduated up to the toddlers' Firebirds room. We love this nursery. It’s so spacious and clean and away from the main roads. The food is varied and nutritious. But most of all of the staff are kind and caring, I can tell they
genuinely love our little boy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have had our daughter at this nursery for over one year, overall was a good experience. We were particularly impressed with the communications, facilities and the areas around the nursery. During this period we never had any problems.

I’m so pleased to have my daughter here, she is always happy at the end of her day. The nursery think of everything, they provide healthy meals, the staff are friendly and caring, they have a sizeable outside play area and lots of toys.

Very happy with Bright Horizons, Chiswick. The staff are great, helpful, happy, and friendly and provide excellent care for our 2 girls. The facilities are good. But the best review for us is that our kids are excited to arrive and run into the nursery every morning.

We are so happy with Bright Horizons, Chiswick and my son absolutely loves it there. The teachers and staff (every last one of them!) are fantastic - they are warm, kind and treat my son as if he were their own. The activities they plan are engaging, educational and fun and the kids get a great
balance of planned activities and time to roam and explore on their own. The food is great and they treat each child as an individual- e.g. my son isn’t great at napping and gets special help to go to sleep. The staff go above and beyond, often working on days off and buying supplies for the kids themselves. I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of my little boy.

The nursery has improved significantly since new management has taken over. We are happy to see programs such as enrichment and special events where children celebrate events.
Communication is good through the family app.
The staff are great, please do your best to retain them! My children are
happy and look forward to coming to nursery.

My daughter loves this nursery. She has learnt a lot in all aspects, from communication, relationship building, manipulation skills, painting, routine and structure. The routine helps her to feel more confident and secure.
I am pleased with the development. Thanks to all the amazing and
professional staff for your dedication, patience and caring. I would highly recommend Chiswick Day Nursery to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. We feel very lucky to have found a happy place for my daughter.
