View Full Details of Puddleduck NurseryI've been extremely happy with the care and attention my child receives at The Puddleduck Nursery. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely invested in the children's development. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts both parents and children at ease. The nursery provides a wide range of engaging activities - from arts and crafts to outdoor play in the Forest school and early learning sessions - all designed to support each child's growth and curiosity. My child has become much more confident, social, and independent since the new management under Kim. The facilities are clean, secure, and thoughtfully organised. Meals and snacks are healthy and varied, and the staff are excellent at accommodating dietary needs. Communication is also a huge plus: we receive daily updates through the nursery app, including photos, progress notes, and reminders. The events for parents are great too.
Our son spend wonderful 2 years in this nursery and loved every minute. Special mention to Susana and Debbie, he loved them both so much and there was no day when he would not want to go in. He was also a big fan of their forest school, football & music lessons. As a parents we liked the environment, teachers and we also liked their food menu which offered heathy options full of flavour.
It's a lovely, bright, open space with lots of different activity areas and toys. The staff are engaged with the children - there's different activities every day. We find the staff supportive. For example, our son has been going through a difficult moment developmentally, and they have been helping us figure it out.
