A brilliant nursery, my son is very happy every day and excited as soon as he turns up to nursery. The management team are communicative and responsive and the care giving team are easy to reach and always keep me updated on daily developments. The staff are brilliant. A super place to send your child!

We visited several nurseries and chose Little Elms over options that were closer or had better Ofsted ratings because of the welcoming and supportive atmosphere, the staff's excellent responses to safeguarding questions, cleanliness, and nutrition. Our child has been there for nearly a year now and we've continued to be glad we made this choice. A lot of people have put a lot of effort into giving our child a great experience. Had a few hiccups related to our child bonding with a particular member of staff, and then experiencing some developmental setbacks when that person rotates to another nursery or goes on annual leave, but those changes are inevitable in a nursery setting and staff have done a good job of helping our child get back on track. Most of the time it's easy to address any issues by talking directly with nursery staff; on the few occasions we've had to speak to management, they've been responsive and eager to partner with us to help fix any issues. Highly recommend.

Satisfactory nursery overall. Very busy with limited resources to provide individual or consistent childcare which was quite disappointing when first joined. This is quite common amongst nurseries I was told. Unable to cater for vegetarians everyday accordingly to care updates via app. Nice although worn, outdoor areas for exercise/playtime/learning which my child really does enjoy and will talk about back at home. Toilet/potty areas are not always well maintained, as a parent I can appreciate little ones have accidents but the smell of urine is in the corridor/playroom sometimes. Playroom teams are lovely but do change quite often. Plenty of activities and variety of special events throughout the year for children to get involved in and learn different cultures, religions, festivals etc which is good.

My son is about to start school but has been here since he was 11 months old. We have been so thrilled with every single stage. The care, attention, thoughtfulness, and fun that each member of the team bring each day is fantastic and exactly what a parent would want for their child. There is a spacious garden, sensory room, regular themed days centred to teach the children about the world, and correspondence between the nursery and parents is exemplary. Meals are healthy, varied and offer new tastes and textures, which is wonderful! Support for major changes including potty training, new siblings, and in our case, when personal reasons meant other family members were assisting with drop off and collection for a while, has been incredible. Leaving my first child on his first day at nursery was emotional and scary, but I have only seen him thrive at Little Elms. So much so, that I have already confirmed my newborn's place here for when I return to work next year.

Our son has been attending Little Elms crofton for almost 2 years, and we've experienced all the varying care they offer from 9 months all the way to 2.5 years. We have always been so impressed with the teams in each room, and all the dedicated toys and educational resources that align with the childrens development. They have a wonderful garden area outside that our son absolutely loves - especially in these summer months. They've recently planted herbs and vegetables to teach the children about growing your own food which has been really exciting for them. The Nursery teams provide lots of great content and updates weekly on how the child is developing, and offer parents evenings to get a chance to hear how well they are doing and any areas for improvement. Overall we are so happy with the Nursery and are looking forward to having our daughter join next summer.

We couldn't be happier with the care and love our daughter receives at this nursery. From the moment she walks through the door, she's greeted with such warmth and kindness - it truly feels like a second home for her. The team in the Owls room are exceptional - a special mention must go to a few members of staff who go above and beyond every day. Their genuine care, patience, and positivity have made such a difference in our daughter's confidence and happiness. She always looks forward to her days there, and it's such a comfort knowing she is in such safe, loving hands. They have a great app to provide us with daily updates, detailing what our daughter has been up to, eaten and also any progressive milestones and achievements. Their events throughout the year for Easter, Mother's/Father's Day etc are also incredible not forgetting their Christmas performance!! Thank you for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment, we're so grateful for everything you do!

Where do I start... The staff are fabulous, warm, welcoming and just wonderful. The nursery is always immaculate when I drop off and collect. My stepdaughter absolutely loves it, she wakes each day asking if it’s a ‘school’ day. On collection the staff are always available to spend time with me detailing all of her events and adventures she has been involved in. The nursery uses a great app which gives me timely updates with the foods she has eaten and fabulous pictures of her enjoying herself and learning lots of new skills. The management team are very efficient and always available to help should any query arise. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.

I have been a parent at Little Elms Crofton for over 5 years now with two of my children that have attended the setting. With both my children the staff's care has been exceptional, all the staff work so very hard to ensure all needs are met and my children have and do thoroughly enjoy being there. I enjoy receiving the observations I’m sent daily of what my youngest is up to, I can see what she’s eating when she’s sleeping and all the fun activities she’s up to during the day through observations they send via the app. The management team puts personal care to each and every child, to knowing their names, needs and requirements, which makes me feel at ease when leaving. I'm grateful for all Little Elms offer us as a family and for my children!

My son has been attending Little Elms Crofton since November 2023 and he’s having a great time! This is a lovely nursery with knowledgeable staff and friendly management. I particularly like the app where I can see my son's progress and what been up to each day. I also love the feature where you are able to communicate with staff and key workers. Would highly recommend it.

Since my little girl started at the age of 8 months Little Elms has been nothing shy of amazing, I was nervous sending her to the nursery for the first time but I wouldn’t have it any other way! She has always exceeded her milestones and has learnt so much while attending the nursery. The staff and management team are friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. She is now in preschool and absolutely thriving, creating new friendships and learning new things every day. She adores her friends and key workers and continues to make new experiences!

Great nursery and preschool. Both my boys have built great relationships with the staff and enjoy their time there. I feel confident that the staff care for them well and help them meet their developmental needs.

Our daughter started at the nursery when she was 14 months old and now at 19 months old, we would say that she has completely settled and happily goes to the nursery and sits with her key workers as well as other members of the staff in her room. She eats well and is generally happy during her time at the nursery and we are kept updated on her nap and meal times as well as what and how much she has eaten. She has started to eat independently at home too, thanks to the habits formed at the nursery. Her vocabulary has expanded as well. We are very happy with the complete and overall care that our daughter receives at Little Elms and will happily recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic little nursery, the staff are great, and all very engaging! Our little one loves it there, especially the garden! I recently enrolled my child in this nursery and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and they provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children. The curriculum is well-rounded and includes a variety of activities that promote learning and development. My child always comes home happy and excited to share what they did that day. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a high-quality childcare option.

A great nursery, my son is so happy there. The staff are welcoming and friendly and it is such a positive experience for us all. They stay on top of updating the app throughout the day so I know what’s going on, and always doing fun activities to educate and develop their skills.

All three of my children have attended Little Elms. My eldest attended back in 2011 my son 2015 and now my youngest is currently attending. They have continuously delivered high-quality care and early years education throughout the years. There are some members of staff that still remain in post. Which is always a good indicator of how well it is run. The staff are amazing, friendly, supportive and fun. My daughter loves attending and loves the staff. It gives me peace of mind when at work that she is getting looked after.

Engaging and supportive staff. I am extremely satisfied with Little Elms Crofton Nursery. The Teachers here are not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. They communicate regularly sharing updates on my son’s progress, which has been reassuring. The diverse range of activities, festivals celebrations and educational resources provided has greatly contributed to his learning journey. Thank You.

My son has been going to Little Elms Crofton since he turned a year old. Initially, when he was in Dove's 2 room, we had an amazing experience; he was looked after very well. But since he moved to Robins, I have not been so happy with the ratio of carers per kid, but that being said, I have always seen that they try harder and are always open to any kind of feedback and ready to work on it. I had to prompt many times, but they do listen and improve, so I am glad about it. My son has bonded well with most of the carers, and they are all very lovely. I think it would help to have more structured activities to help children with their development and communication needs, which I think they are starting to include in their daily routine now. I have also raised concerns regarding my son's speech delay and developmental issues, and the nursery is doing a good job helping him through it giving him individual attention that he needs.

My daughter has been in this nursery since she was two and a half years old. She has learned so much and has gained so much confidence during her time there. The staff are very supportive. My daughter will really miss this place, especially saying good bye to one staff member every day before leaving.

My daughter went to Little Elms Daycare Nursery and my son has been there for over 1.5 years now. He always has a great time and can now tell me what he gets up to. They have great facilities and always have lots to play and do. I find the staff really supportive and helpful. He is currently potty training and they are really helping with that. I would highly recommend Little Elms, Crofton.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was a toddler. During this period she has grown into a confident and happy little pre schooler. She has a great relationship with the room staff who are always friendly and approachable. She looks forward to going in every day and will miss the nursery when she starts school.
