We honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery. From day one, the staff have been so welcoming, caring and genuinely invested in our son's development. You can really see how much they love what they do.
The environment is warm, safe and full of fun, creative activities that have helped his
confidence and social skills grow massively. He comes home happy, talking about his friends and what he's learned, which says everything.
Communication with parents is brilliant - we're always kept up to date with photos, progress and any little updates throughout the day. It gives us real peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands.
Choosing a nursery is a huge decision as a parent, but sending him here has been one of the best choices we've made. We're so grateful to the whole team for the care, patience and support they show every single day.
Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and positive environment for their child.

Very good Nersury my son is very happy with this place and they are very helpful with my little boy to start talking which he was late to talk the place is very nice and clean much much better than where he was before

My child cannot wait for the door to open and runs inside and returns very happily. The team are professional, kind and caring always able to meet the needs of my child and myself!
The management are fast, knowledgeable and reliable when responding & providing information.
I am completely
satisfied that my child is receiving the best care possible and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this preschool .

So pleased that I chose to send my little boy to Crafty Wizards New Eltham. He has grown in confidence and absolutely loves it. The staff are really friendly and my son has developed lovely relationships with both team and children. I will be sending my youngest there soon and know he will be in
safe hands.

My daughter has been attending Crafty Wizards for nearly a year. She has really grown in confidence since being there. She loves going there and always comes out really happy and full of beans. The staff are so friendly and kind, she often talks about them when she gets home!

A friendly and welcoming preschool that my daughter loves to attend. Her speech has progressed so much since attending at Crafty Wizards which is definitely thanks to the great staff and the work they do with her!

My daughter attended this nursery 10 years ago, and I always thought if I have another child, I would love them to go here. Fast forward to today, my son now attends!
He goes in excited and happy every day. My son has some extra needs which the nursery have helped identify, and been very
supportive with throughout his time here. He has made so much progress since he started nursery, and the nursery has been a huge part of that.
It is so nice to be able to bring him in, drop him off, and feel that he is happy, safe and making progress! Thank you : )

The teachers and staff can't do enough for our little boy, his confidence and especially his speech has come on in leaps and bounds. He loves all the outdoor activities and all the creative ways they learn!

My son always looks forward to going to school and spending time with his friends. He is constantly saying how much fun he has and shares what he has learnt at school. He shares what he's learnt in carpet time such as all learning the vowels and writing letters and numbers. The outdoor space is also
great for him to run around and play.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. Our daughter has grown so much in confidence, social skills, and independence since starting here. The activities are creative, educational, and fun,
and the environment is always welcoming and safe. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery where our daughter can grow and flourish.

difference in his development, giving us great peace of mind as parents. Communication was always clear and thoughtful, and it was evident how much genuine care they have for the children. As we are now moving to another country, we are very sad to say goodbye, but we will always cherish this time with fond memories. Thank you to the entire team for everything you have done. My son runs into nursery smiling everyday. Staff provide a fun and nuturing environment and set up new activities everyday for the kids. There is a big garden and the kids spend lots of time outside. My son recently started potty training and they have been supportive during the transition.

Lovely nursery and great friendly staff.
My two sons went to Crafty Wizards and now my daughter is enjoying it at Crafty Wizards too. She has really enjoyed the trips out and play time in the garden.

I can't fault this nursery. The staff are lovely and you can tell they really care about the kids and love their careers. I love the huge garden area where my son gets to explore and have messy play. He loves going, i was amazed at how quickly he settled in.

My daughter started at this setting aged 3, and from the moment she stepped inside was completely happy and settled. The staff are always friendly, kind and work really hard to make sure all the children are attended to and have a really lovely time. My daughter has learned so much and made so many
friends in the 8 months she has been at this setting. I know she loves it as she cannot wait to go in the morning, and has so much to tell me about her day at the end of it. I would highly recommend this setting and Crafty Wizards in general. They know their stuff!

My children have been coming to this nursery for 9 years, I now bring my nephew here who has come to live with myself, the nursery is so Supportive of my needs and my child's, I have nothing but good praises for this nursery and the staff, my child's always has his needs met and always comes home

My daughter is so happy at Crafty Wizards New Eltham. She goes in every day smiling and has really grown into herself since being there. Couldn't recommend them enough. I wouldn't be able to mention one member of staff singularly as she loves them all!

My daughter has thrived since starting at Crafty Wizards from being quiet and shy to a sociable and chatty child. The nursery offers a range of activities daily and has a large outdoor area which is great during the summer term. They share some photos of what your child gets up to on their social
media parent page which is nice to see. They also have a parent portal for when staff have changed nappies and if your child has done a wee or poo.
My only complaint was the admin process of getting my child to start the nursery felt unnecessarily long. A lot of marketing emails were sent to me as well as forms to fill out for my child. This can be completed by paper forms or online but even when I did it online, management still insisted I fill out the paper form as well even though it was the same as the online form. I ended up calling the nursery a lot as they were not very good at replying to emails.
Now my child is at Crafty Wizards, my child is enjoying it there and I am a happy parent.
