The most amazing nursery, filled with staff who genuinely get to know and care for your child. This is my third child and this nursery has far exceeded any of the other three my older two children attended. The provision is exception, with outside providers most days, daily time outdoor and a
wonderfully cohesive provision. Every day he attends, I receive detailed feedback about what he has eaten, when he has slept along with some photos where he is always smiling. The staff at this nursery are exceptional; my son absolutely adores them and they celebrate his achievements as enthusiastically as I would. I highly recommend this nursery!

Overall a very good nursery, very attentive, friendly, and caring staff and management who provide a high quality service.
Our kid has been developing very well socially, emotionally and physically and is always happy going and has built a strong bond with many/all staff and other kids. I've been
impressed with the effort staff go to, to organise a variety of activities for the kids with different sessions running as well like dancing as well as parent invited sessions like at Christmas. We receive feedback periodically as well informally verbally and through EY assessments. I feel like if I wanted to discuss something I can approach staff so overall very happy. I also appreciate the hard work which goes into running a setting like this and see the nursery as an extended big family who has supported raising our kid which will always be appreciated and remembered.

We love New foundations! My daughter attended from age 1 to school and loved every day. My son now attends and is very happy at the nursery.
The staff are extremely caring and always happy to help along with forthcoming in discussing development and behaviour in a kind caring way.
The number
of activities the children do each day is huge along with a great external provider list - with one coming in most days.
The app is great with the nursery providing lots of updates and pictures throughout the day.

My eldest child went here and now my 2nd child is here in the baby room.
The staff were very reassuring when it came to the settling process and I felt at ease leaving him there. You can tell the staff are really caring when it comes to the children and their needs.
The app is great, I check this
throughout this day with everything thoroughly uploaded and love the daily photo updates as well as being able to see things related to his development.
The garden area is a big space and I love that they get outside as much as they can in all weathers. The staff also take the children on local outings which I like to see.
The nursery as a whole gives a safe, fun environment and I have no concerns about leaving my child here whilst myself and my partner have to work.
Would highly recommend
new foundations as a whole!

My son has been here for over a year now. We are really happy with his progress and this is down to the amazing staff! They are so caring, calm and patient. The activities they do with the kids are really good and the outside providers are great, my son does phonics, kindergarten and a sports club,
all of which he loves and I love seeing the photos and videos that are uploaded. They also go on outings to the library / park which is fabulous for their independence. The garden is huge and has great variety to play with. The app they use is good and easy to use, I check it throughout the day and it's useful to know what he has eaten and how much of it etc. The food is very fresh and varied, it has got him eating stuff I would never imagine! We have been so impressed with everything that our daughter is due to join also! I can honestly say I trust the staff fully, you are all a credit to NF! Thank you for everything!

I moved my son here from a different Nursery so he went straight into the toddler room. I was anxious to have to change his Nursery but as soon as he started I was so happy with my decision. The girls are all lovely and made so much effort to settle him in. He has only been there since September and
they know him so well already. Whenever I have needed to speak to a member of the admin team they have been so quick to respond and very helpful. My little boy is thriving here and has learnt so much already. There is great communication all day through the app and I never worry about him when he is at Nursery.

We are so happy with the nursery and preschool. My son started in Toddler room last September and now he just joined preschool. He can't wait to go there and he is always talking about other children and nursery staff.
I love the daily update like food, naps and pictures. It really helps parents to
see their child is happy! Also they have amazing outside providers like kindergarten which my son really likes and he is learning so much about different things, also the staff is very nice and empathetic and also they are doing their best to be creative and supporting for children. We decided to go to this nursery because the classes are small which makes me feel like my son gets the attention he needs. I'm highly recommending this nursery to everyone!

We moved our eldest from a different nursery so he only went to this one for a year, as a pre-schooler and my youngest is in the Tots room at the moment for almost a year.
I would like to start with the office team:
They are all absolutely fabulous! They open and listen to the parents'
requests/worries. I would like to highlight, that they do listen! They are doing their absolute best to make parents/child happy. They care.
And those apply for all the staff in every room, too! All the girls are beyond amazing! They are friendly, very kind and fantastic people. I trust them with my boy, who is thriving. They prepped my eldest for school so fabulous, that teachers were very impressed.
I can honestly say, they are the best in what they are doing and they are all lovely, kind, funny, caring and amazing teachers.
The food is brilliant and the place is nice and tidy.
Thank you for everything that you've done and doing for our kids!

I've got two children at New Foundations. One of whom is about to move on to school. Her time at nursery has been incredible. She's just turned into this awesome 4 year old who loves to learn and explore. The additional activities that are offered (phonic stars and kindergarden) have been absolute
highlights. There's not a week that goes by where we at home don't get to learn something new. We're so glad that she loves phonics ready for learning even more at school.
She's built great relationships with the staff who always take an interest in what she's been up to at the weekend and her social skills have developed so much too.
Now it's on to school for her, but we're excited to see our youngest thrive and grow her own personality thanks to the care, commitment of staff and exciting activities on offer every day!

Highly recommend this nursery. I knew from the moment we had our show around this was the right nursery for my son, all the staff were fantastic. My son attended for 18 months and always loved going to nursery. All the staff have shown so much love to my child and great support with his Senco needs.

I recently moved my 2 year old here after being unhappy with the previous setting. She has only been at the nursery for a month, but I’m really happy with it. You are kept updated throughout the day with nappy changes/meals/sleep. They send out two photo updates per day with tonnes of photos from
the room they are in, which is great as you can see what they have been up to and how they are interacting with the other children. They have an outside provider mini wave come in for the children and again you get loads of photos. The staff are really friendly, they even make a fuss of my older child who never attended the setting, which is sweet. The nursery is small, but I like that it is just 8 children in the toddler room, more like a home setting and not so overwhelming for a 2 year old. Overall, very happy to recommend.

Highly recommended nursery. Both my children attend and really enjoy coming. The nursery offers a great variety of daily activities and food choices. The staff are attentive and caring. It's a home from home feel as not huge numbers of children attending. I prefer this as you get to know the staff
and they form real relationships with parents and the children attending. Lots of extra activities like Forest School, Phonics Stars, Tiny Tekkers, Mini Wave to name a view providers enriching the children's day. A wonderful place for little people to grow, learn and have fun! Highly recommended nursery.

From the moment I stepped into the nursery for a tour, I knew it was the nursery for my daughter. The updates of her daily routine and pictures of what she has done throughout the day puts my mind to rest that she is being cared for properly. My daughter has special educational needs and they
include her in all activities and make her feel special when she is in their care. The staff are amazing with her! I wouldn’t want her in any other nursery. All the staff do an amazing job and you can feel their passion for the children. I would recommend New Foundations over and over again!

I’ve had a big change in life recently and one of the biggest concerns was moving my child to a school in a different city that should be comfortable and happy. New Generation Bexleyheath I can honestly say has a special place in my and my child’s hearts. Each key worker is amazing in what they do.
They have loads of activities for the children as well as setting reachable milestones. They are kind and considerate. The nursery is clean and has a variety of play spots and activities. As this nursery is slightly smaller I feel that they can connect with my children more personally which is a quality hard to find. The app they use is kept up to date throughout the day. I can honestly say I have no worries when my child is at nursery. I can see the growth from her and a lot of that I will give to the key workers and her being at such an amazing nursery.

My little one started this nursery after an unfortunate experience at another local nursery. The staff are a cut above the rest. They are caring and very engaging. They are brilliant with keeping you updated with activities of the day and are brilliant with getting back to you if you ever have a
query.

Our 17-month-old started this nursery when he was 9 months. He has amazingly grown from a baby to becoming a toddler. He suffers from eczema and is allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts. The nursery took this on board and ensured that his diet is adjusted and emollients applied. We get updated on his
development and he gets lots of cuddles and love from everyone at the nursery. I can’t recommend this nursery to everyone. The peace of mind we get and assurance around his development is outstanding.

The team is lovely and cares about our son’s development. You can tell they all enjoy what they do. On top of this, the nursery is incredibly well organised, a fantastic space for play and extremely professional.
We also like the variety of the meals our son is getting there. Overall we’re really
happy and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who lives in the area.

There is lots of learning and interactions with other toddlers.
He has really settled well and enjoys going.
He has made friends and I can see he is learning a lot every time I pick him up.

It's a good nursery for my son.
There is lots of learning and interactions with other toddlers.
