All the staff are lovely with Lottie, she has so much fun and has settled so well. Management are so accommodating to our schedule and a phase in approach. Would recommend.

George loves coming to nursery every day, the staff are always super friendly and helpful and seem to really care.

The nursery is amazing, all of the staff are AMAZING always go the extra mile, always happy to help and do it with a smile.
We have had 2 children attend the Cotgrave setting and they have both thrived and come on leaps and bounds with the help from the amazing staff! Couldn't praise them enough!
And if there has been any concerns raised they've been resolved almost immediately and given reassurance! Couldn't be happier that we chose this setting!

The staff in the toddler room are great, they are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They keep you informed of what they have been doing, any concerns and discuss developments. They know the individual needs of your child.

We feel that the nursery as a whole is very beneficial for our child and her social skills have improved massively.

All staff are lovely and welcoming. My baby daughter loves spending time here which makes me feel at ease and relaxed about leaving her with them. They do an amazing job.

All of the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. My little girl loves coming here! (and often seems a little disappointed I've come to collect her) It makes things so much easier knowing she's well looked after!

My daughter has been loving nursery here. She regularly tells me (and everyone else) that nursery is fun. She is always happy and confident going into nursery and gets up to a large range of activities each day. It's really reassuring to know she is happy and thriving. Thanks so much!

Can't fault the care at Serendipity. The staff are wonderful and my little boy always has a fun-filled day. I can't believe how much they get up to! I love how much effort they put into everything they do, nothing is half-hearted! Lucky to have such a fabulous nursery on our doorstep.
