Fantastic nursery, great staff, good facilities. The nursery is a good size with room for the children to play and develop, food and drink is always available. Good communication through the app and in person

My daughter is a very self-aware, quiet and shy toddler, and she absolutely loves Once Upon a Time Day Nursery. As a parent, that means everything to me.
She is so well looked after, and the care and attention the staff give her is truly wonderful. Even though she only attends one day a week, she
had such an easy and smooth transition into the setting, which really shows how nurturing and supportive the team are.
Since starting in late Oct 25, she has gained so much confidence. It's been amazing to see her come out of her shell more and more, all thanks to the encouragement and kindness she receives at nursery.
I couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring, safe and supportive environment for their child.

I can't thank this nursery enough. My son absolutely loves going in every single day and it's all down to the friendly staff who put there all into the children. My Son has come on so much with his speech and it's so warming to leave him in the care of staff where I know he's safe.

My son has attended this nursery for the last 3 years and has come on leaps and bounds since he first started. The staff are quite literally a family and they treat the children the same too. My daughter will be starting there next year and I wouldnt send her to any other nursery.

Absolutely fantastic nursery! Was recommended by a friend. We lived around the corner which was handy and they have gone above and beyond for my daughter! They have provided a lot of support and help to getting my 2 year old potty trained! We have since moved 20 mins away and with lots of nursery
choice we wouldn't consider sending her anywhere else! She is so excited to go to nursery and I am very relaxed sending her there with no worries at all! Also one on the beat priced nurseries I have found! They absolutely deserve a number 1 spot

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and is always so happy to speak to me about much fun she had there. Staff are amazing and I absolutely love that I get to see what she ate, if she was changed and photos of her everyday. It really helps with anxiety as a parent. Their parent days where
we can come into nursery with our children and get some feedback is also amazing.

Once Upon a Time is such a lovely nursery. The staff are kind, professional and caring. It is very clear that my daughter (who is 1) is genuinely excited to go to nursery and that the staff genuinely enjoy caring for her and the other children. It is a bonus that her social and language skills have
come a long way since attending here too. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic place for the children. Great professionals, you can count on and very caring. The app is great for contacting them and the daily pictures of the kids really cheer you up after a long day.

A truly wonderful nursery! My little boy gets excited when we approach the building in the morning, goes in all smiles and is super happy to see the staff! A great sign to me is when he goes in and doesn't look back for me as shows he is comfortable and happy there. All the staff are so kind and
friendly, they have been supportive to us from the moment we started going there. They keep the children busy and entertained all day with a range of activities and going out in the community. My son has come on really well in the few months he has been attending and his speech has really improved. My son's key worker is absolutely amazing, she knows him really well and is very knowledgeable on neurodiversities and how to support him the best way possible. The app is also a great tool to communicate with the nursery and I enjoy seeing photos of his day and what he has been up to and eaten that day. Best decision I made was to send my son to this nursery, highly recommended.

I have 5 children and so far 4 have attended. My first over 11 years ago when they hadn't long opened. My son loved it and the care was so great that 5 years later I knew I wanted my second to go and the others have followed. The standard has always been the same. I've had children that have ran in
and also a toddler that suffered separation anxiety, they've been great with all of them and all have been treated with the same level of understanding and kindness. I choose Once Upon a Time over the school nursery because I know that I can truly trust that my child is happy, safe and loved there.

My son has been attending Once Upon A Time since October 2023 and the staff have been nothing but accommodating, helpful and supportive. My son absolutely adores his key worker and other staff members and always comes out full of smiles. They made his transition period into nursery as easy for him
as possible and always kept us informed of any updates within the nursery. He has come along amazing since attending and I'm sure he will continue to thrive whilst he is still attending here. A credit to the Llanelli community.

My daughter attends twice a week and is so excited to go each session. She goes in with smile and comes out with a smile which tells me how happy she is to be there. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The feedback at the end of each session is thorough and includes photos to see what
she has been up to that day which is always lovely to see. My daughter has grown in confidence and we are thrilled we chose this nursery for her. Would highly recommend.

I moved my children aged 2 and 1 years from a childminding setting to Once Upon A Time. The transition could not have gone any better. The staff are so warm and welcoming every morning towards us all. The children are thriving from being here, they're happy and stimulated and are excited to go to
nursery in the mornings. The care is so personalised they remember and recognise the smallest of details in my children's personalities, likes/dislikes. Their eating variety has improved which has also transferred to home! I have lovely photos at the end of the day and it helps me engage with the children on what they've been doing when we're home. The children have good balance of outside play which was important for us and trips into the community. They facilitate the Welsh language in all aspects of care which was very important to us being our first language. I can't recommend the nursery enough, I only wish I moved them a year ago!

We were nervous about sending our 16 month old to nursery and had no clue what was involved but the staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable. They invited us to look around, answered all my questions fully and we got a really good feeling about the place. It’s clean, well organised, has a good
range of toys / facilities, including a sensory room and a train viewing platform, which my son loves. They do lots of different outings and activities, he is so chuffed with himself when he brings home something he’s made. They have a great menu and although my son is a fussy eater at home, he eats everything at nursery. Communication is excellent, both through the app and face to face at regular progress days. Key workers really take the time to get to know each child and work with parents to address any issues, (separation anxiety, I’m looking at you). My son really enjoys going to creche and asks for staff members by name over the holidays. We are so happy he goes to Once Upon a Time!

This nursery has to be the best nursery in Llanelli.
My daughter is currently going here and before that, my other three children also went here. My eldest attended ten years ago and it still has the same amount of care and love for the children now as it did ten years ago.
There are even some of
the same staff members there now as was ten years ago, it feels like a family when you step in there and you can tell it's not just a job to the staff there but they love doing what they do.
I wouldn't send my children anywhere else, the staff have watched my children grow with me and I will be forever grateful that they could offer my children the love, safety and care like I would.
Highly recommend this nursery.

A truly fantastic nursery, couldn't ask for better. I have my daughter and my grandsons here and they have come on so much since joining. They love going in and can't wait to get there.
Staff are so friendly inside and outside of the nursery and they can't do enough for you and your children.
Always informative daily and do their best to make fun days and always have fantastic ideas to make something even better than it already is.
High recommended.

Absolutely brilliant childcare, my son has come on brilliant since starting last year. Can’t praise the nursery enough. My son would not mix with any other children until starting this nursery and wouldn’t wave anyone goodbye until they were out of sight now he waves when people wave to him.

An outstanding nursery. Both children go to the nursery and are always excited to go, they always come out with great stories of what they have done.
As a parent, I am kept up to date on any upcoming events and have daily logs of what the children have done, including meals, sleep times and
nappies.
Staff are always welcoming and take the time to interact with you upon pick up and the children adore them. I Highly recommend this family-run friendly nursery.

This is 100% an all-round amazing nursery! Would highly recommend Once Upon A Time Nursery to everyone.
As a first-time mother I was quite nervous about putting my child into a nursery but the staff there were all so welcoming and friendly that they instantly put my mind at ease knowing that my
child was under the best care. I love seeing all the pictures and reading my child’s daily diary.
I can’t thank this nursery enough for everything they have done and continue to do.

The staff at this nursery are absolutely brilliant. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my son and myself. They keep me up to date with how his day has been, any upcoming events (with plenty of notice) and any changes etc. My son comes out beaming every day. Their app keeps me up to date
with what he’s been up to. When I arrive to collect him, I get a lot of feedback. My son has made lovely friendships there and has lovely relationships with all the staff. All the staff are so welcoming. The nursery itself is a lovely home-from-home, welcoming environment. I have noticed a big change in my son already since attending Once Upon A Time Day Nursery. He has had a few struggles with certain foods and the staff there have worked closely with him and myself and now he is trying new foods and new textures. I am very grateful for this nursery and I do and will continue to recommend this nursery to everyone.

This nursery has to be the best nursery in Llanelli.
