From the very first home visit, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for as a family. The team took the time to understand our son, our routines, and our hopes for him, which immediately gave us confidence and peace of mind. The settling-in period has been incredibly thoughtful and supportive,
allowing our son and the entire family to transition at our own pace while keeping us closely involved every step of the way. We are truly grateful for the nurturing, patient, and professional care provided, and we would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a warm, family-centered environment where children can truly thrive.

Great nursery. They're very supportive, and look after my child who really enjoys going to nursery. The early drop offs and late picks up are really helpful. Also you get updates on your mobile app. The wee one gets well fed. Would recommend.

My daughter loves the nursery staff so much! The communication is great, the kids are always learning something new and they work with parents to meet yours and your children's needs. Very child centred and a warm, friendly environment!

My daughter started in wee gems at the start of the year and absolutely loves going, she always comes out happy and smiling and myself and her Dad enjoy getting daily updates on the app of how her day at nursery has been. The staff are friendly, attentive and passionate about early childhood
development, putting my daughter in Wee Gems is the best decision I have made as all my daughters needs are being met and she has a great binds with all staff.

Wee Gems Livingston has been an exceptional nursery for my daughter since she started at the beginning of 2025. As a first-time mother, returning to work and leaving my child was daunting, but everyone at Wee Gems Livingston has been incredibly supportive, making the transition smooth for both
parents and children.
My daughter absolutely loves her time at the nursery and has formed wonderful relationships with the staff. The team is excellent at keeping parents updated through the app - whether it's about naps, feeding, activities, or new menus - so you always feel connected and involved in your child's journey. I would highly recommend Wee Gems Livingston to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing environment for their little ones.

Wee Gems livingston is the best possible place for our kids to develop and grow. The facilities, management and configuration are great. But the thing that we have enjoyed most for over 4 years has been the staff. Always friendly, always keen to give you the insights into how your kids are getting
on and suggesting things for them to try or learn at home.
Couldn't imagine having our girls be anywhere else.
Thoroughly recommended.

Our little boy joined the nursery back in October 2024. The manager gave me a tour of the nursery & was warm & friendly, I instantly got a positive feel for the nursery.
The staff are all so kind/ caring & positive. Our little boy often struggles with drop off and can get quite emotional and the
staff quickly swoop in to reassure him giving cuddles and letting him wave at the window. They also reassure me by sending a message on the app to let me know he has settled and is enjoying his day. We had a parents night phone call yesterday evening and it was very clear that they know our little boy extremely well, his personality and his likes/ dislikes. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery & im very glad we chose you.

Outstanding service , the nursery staff have brought my son on leaps and bounds , the bond he has with some staff is amazing .
I had so many doubts to put my son in to nursery as he is not even two yet and to leave him with strangers the stress it caused me as a mum but to see how much he is
coming on and how much he does love it , best decision ever, it's all thanks to wee gems ,
The manager also , so kind and very welcoming , thanks ladies for all the work you do!!!!

Wee Gems is a wonderful nursery. My daughter learns a great deal, she is always in her best moments from the nursery. I greatly recommend Wee Gems. Wonderful staff, ever-smiling, friendly and caring team. I have not had any bad or negative experiences since we joined the nursery.

Nursery has been a fabulous experience for our granddaughter and we are excited to watch her thrive in such a nurturing environment. Staff appear to be very knowledgeable and are friendly, which puts our minds at ease. We love receiving the daily updates as this gives us a lot of comfort.

Amazing staff members. Very polite and kind. Keep the good work up. I am updated daily regarding the activities of my child. My concerns are listened and addressed by the staff. As a parent, the safety of your child is the biggest concern, but every morning at drop off, I feel safe and that my child
will be looked after and cared for.

Cannot fault the care at Wee Gems Nursery. The little boy loves going and seems to have a very good relationship with the staff. Staff were all very friendly at pick up and drop off with no hesitation to answer any questions.
Plenty of updates throughout the day on the app provided too.

The staff are very amazing and always stand for cooperation, understanding and loving towards children. They always support my child in feeding as well they never give up on children highly recommend.

Wee Gems is a fantastic nursery with amazing staff. I haven't had one single issue or bad day with these guys. Highly recommended! Always great when I need an ad hoc day and my daughter has great bonds with the staff.

Fantastic nursery, my daughter loves it here and never wants to leave at home time. She has made friends, excelled in her knowledge and confidence, and is always well taken care of. They always do lots of activities every day with the children and make sure all children are involved. The staff are
always really friendly and easy to talk to. Overall I am really happy with this nursery and the way it is run and wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else.

My child has been attending this setting for over 3 years and despite a few hiccups in the beginning, I cannot fault them. The new management have made brilliant improvements, from decorating, improving communication, implementing exciting activities for the kids, remodelling the garden and
generally making the setting more inviting for everyone. My child has excellent relationships with the key workers, other staff and the children. They love nursery and telling us about all of the activities they've taken part in at the end of the day. The kids are fed well at all meal times with a varied menu through the week which is regularly updated and have access to fruit and water throughout the day. They are also encouraged to brush their teeth, regularly wash their hands and have easy access to the bathroom. If you're looking for a private nursery in Livingston I can't recommend Wee Gems enough.

Wee Gems is a great nursery. My daughter loves it there, she had a bad experience before she started and the settling-in days really helped and the staff were very understanding. I have nothing negative to say about this nursery and would recommend it to anyone!

My children enjoy nursery very much. They have made friends and have come on in confidence. There could be some improvements to meals or alternatives as these do not seem to be offered very often. There are delayed/issues moving kids from room to room which is having a financial impact on us. The
reasons for this are unclear, could be due to short staffing. The staff are lovely and seem to genuinely enjoy their roles within the nursery. This nursery is pretty expensive and with the increasing prices not much has changed. Children are not taken out with the facility very often which used to be a regular occurrence when our eldest first started.

My daughter has been attending one day a week since August. She's now 8 months and has been supported to meet her milestones. We love getting updates about her day and what she has done. It's so lovely to see how happy my wee one is when she arrives at nursery, she loves it there and loves all the
adults that care for her. I am a big advocate on ensuring children are receiving warm, nurturing and caring experiences in their environments out of the home, and I can't fault Wee Gems in this at all.

My youngest daughter has been attending since turning one and has come on leaps and bounds since starting. All the staff are great, always friendly and supportive. Their lovely nature put any anxieties I had at ease and my little one is really happy there. Cannot recommend this nursery enough, all
